Let s talk about the real way a car buying experience should be. I am in my mid fifties and this is not my first rodeo when it comes to car buying. I had not looked at or considered Hennessy Ford, mainly due to distance. There was a dealer that was much closer and I had an offer from them on Friday and we had decided to go to them on Saturday afternoon. Was not pleased with their offer and only had hopes of going and seeing if I could get just a little better. On Saturday morning I searched on more time and widened my area and it included Hennessy Ford. I found a Truck that had exactly what I wanted, and yes it had more options than the other dealer. I sent them an email at 8:33 a.m., they did not open till 9 a.m. that day. At 9:04 a.m. I received a reply from them asking for my phone number. I thought oh no! Here we go again. I still provided it and was called about 5 minutes later. I explained what I wanted and the terms that I wanted to get. There were 3 people on the call, Jeff Asbury, Cedric Martin, and Todor Teddy Todorov. Jeff asked me some questions and stated they wanted to earn my business. I said can you meet my price and terms, the answer I received was yes. Still skeptical I decided to go to them at 3 p.m., best decision I ever made. No BS, great staff and they stood behind every single promise they made on the phone. It was like a dealership that really wanted to understand my needs and exceed every expectation. The final paperwork was done by Emerson Knauss and was explained fully and throughly. Todor Teddy made the experience for me, my wife and daughter, just great. He is a joy to work with. This may be a little long for a review, but Hennessy Ford and their staff deserve every praise I could give. Just a fully enjoyable experience.
