I can honestly say I have never had better service buying a vehicle than I did from Bill Plachter at Hennessey Ford. He worked tirelessly for weeks helping me find just what I wanted and by the way, over the phone. I live nearly 5 hours away and made the trip because I received the best price and by far the best customer service from Bill. I highly recommend Mr. Plachter if you're car shopping.
