I can't thank Hendrick Honda enough for their prompt, courteous and attentive manner with the issue with my CR-V. From my initial phone call to closing out my service slip, I felt like a valued customer. Unlike your competitor where I have purchased 5 vehicles ,Jeffery Smith made me a "priority". If I have any other needs with my car, I will definitely call Hendrick Honda.
