What I can say I Love Paul York (car Sales man) he is the BEST! he made the process so smooth and fast. with the Help of Amael Panhwar (sales and Leasing Acquisition) he made everything happened with the Numbers and everything I wanted with my new 2017 Honda Accord Sport. I bought my first car here a little over a year ago & it was a terrible experience except for my salesperson. This time was truly an easy, fast process. Thomas took me on my test drive & got my deal started for me. Akilah finished up & helped me with this purchase, she was amazing again. Brad the finance manger was really nice and offered great conversations he didn t try too push a lot of extras on me & when I initial forgot to add GAP he was more than willing to fix that and get it added. The team was outstanding & made this a better experience Then my first.
I had the most genuine, professional, and caring experience since being apart of the Honda family, HERE!! I am a transplant from Georgia so this is the first service I've had since moving here. Customer service began from the moment I made my appointment, the gentleman (I wish I could recall his name ) was friendly and knowledgeable and made accommodations for my same day service prior to the holiday, he checked to see if there were any recalls on my vehicle, as well as telling me where on the website I could find a coupon for my service. Clarissa kept her word regarding the length of time the service would take, when there were additional recommendations, she explained, and provided an accurate time estimate AND still got me out with time to spare before my next appointment. I am so impressed with the quality of service they provided.

Where to start? I met James Sheon and immediately we clicked! He was attentive and you could tell that he genuinely cared about what I wanted. He was an absolute dream of a sales professional!!! Next I had the pleasure of meeting Dorian Gordan and Joe Gamati in financing. This was the potential nightmare. Why? See, a week earlier I totaled my 2017 and the insurance companies had not paid off all of the car yet. The two of them advised me how to light a fire under the insurance companies and assured me that everything would work out. Days later after following their experienced advise...the car was paid in full! The day I picked up my gorgeous, sexy, dream Accord EX Coupe, I met Ronnie Russell. This guy! He listened to my wants and walked me to my new luvbug. We test drove and it was love at first sight! (Me and the car that is ;)). Ronnie was instrumental in me deciding on MY car. Not a responsible car like I was leaning towards. I don't need a sedan, I am an empty nester!! Hands down this was the best car buying experience I could ever have in such a stressful circumstance. My girlfriend and I flew down from NY to pick up a Honda Fit. Jessica Johnson picked us up from the airport and had the car all ready for us. We did a test drive and she set up the HondaConnect system, synced our phone, and gave us a lesson on the car's electronics. She was very knowledgable and could not have been nicer. Wonderful experience buying our new minivan with Chip at Honda Hendrick. I was hesitant to make the transition from SUV to minivan but Chip made the whole experience easy form start to finish. We had started communicating days before I arrived. The car was picked and most the paperwork filled out. He did a wonderful job explaining how this van will simplify my life with baby #3 on the way. The whole team was fantastic and energetic. Great experience all around.
I gave 3 stars only because of how long it took. I was not prepared to wait almost 2 hours, especially with an appointment. I do appreciate the kids waiting room and arcade which kept them busy the majority of the time.

Great experience with the Hendrick Collision center! Justin Bowers was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and painless, always kept in contact about the car. It ended up being totaled, so I can't attest to their work, but from what I saw and the resources they have, I'm sure it would've looked better than new. I was actually referred here by Carsmetics because they can't do frame work if it's needed. Any time another shop recommends a shop, it's a good sign.
Found the salesman high-handed difficult to deal with not willing to make any concessions whatsoever what s the original price had been placed. Found the finance people to be difficult to work with. Would not recommend Honda Hendrick
Stopped in here a couple of times for service on my car and no matter who helps me everybody is kind, courteous, and professional. Definitely going to continue to do business here in the future. I drive Uber/Lyft, so it is nice to know I have a place to go to make sure my car is in top shape.
The service was super nice, Joe Ross take his time helping us and he was a really nice guy. He take his time in order to tell us exactly what we need to know. Staff are very friendly and do what was in his hands to give decent prices and a good quality car. Absolutely love the experience and would buy from them again.

Very cordial and professional. I received assistance is setting up my appointment to have my SUV checked per the recalls in some of the computer software. I was given an estimate of two hours for the process. I elected to wait in the customer lounge. It was very clean and seats and working stations were properly set up keeping social distancing in mind.

Please do not call this Honda dealership if you need help over the phone concerning anything to do with your Honda Pilot, you won t even get to speak to a technician. Also, do not have any oil changes done at this dealership. There will be at least 3 additional services that immediately need to be performed on your car, some of which you actually had done at other dealerships already, but they weren t aware of that. (Like a timing belt!) I will drive to Metro Honda in Monroe (MUCH better service) or ANY other Honda to have my last free oil change done before I go to this one again.

Very poor service. I had to rent a car through their car rental. Pretty much a breeze then I needed to extend the rental and was even looking at purchasing a car through their company and then they started threatening to issue a warrant even though the rental was paid for. I'm turning the car in today and will buy a car from their competitor and drive it back up there just to show that I will NEVER do business with them again. Horrible customer service and I hope the sales manager is there so he can see how poor customer service can lead to people not doing business with them anymore. The rental manager is the absolute worst and I hope you loose your job smh. I'm very upset with you all.

Courtesy and professionalism from Justin in the service bay and from Ryan at the collision center was outstanding, really appreciate their suggestions and insights, felt like they were on my side trying to maintain a 10 year old Accord without breaking the bank. Gave 4 / 5 stars only because of the wait time (1.5 hours for oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation).
Jeffrey Smith @ Hendrick Honda always takes excellent care of me when I take in my cars. I have tried other service centers in the past, but none compare to the service I get @ Hendrick.
This was about the 3 or 4th time I ve been here but this time I felt like Honda was trying to get over on me and sell me on repairs that was way over priced, I may or may not come back to this location. I always like to go to dealership to get my vehicles worked on but I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I am not saying all Honda dealerships are like this but Hendrick Honda, I wasn t too pleased this time around.

I received a quote on a Honda HR-V through True Car, and I was quickly contacted by Ken Hill to help with my purchase. I scheduled an appointment, but Ken was tied up with another customer and found me someone else to help with the purchase. Jessica Johnson sat down with me and we discussed my needs and my payment threshold. While the honored the e-price I was given, the monthly payment came back far out of my price range. Jessica and Amael (in finance) worked hard to keep me in my payment comfort zone. I was able to purchase the exact car I was wanted. Overall, it was a positive experience!
The dealership is going through a remodel and the new lobby/lounge looks great. I was there for an oil change with an appointment which took almost two hours, not sure why unless they have a huge backlog or bad time management not serving the purpose of an appointment. I guess they just delay hoping they can lure customers into a potential sale. Either way, it was a okay experience.
The sales staff were helpful, kind, not pushy and very knowledgeable. They made sure I understood each piece of the process. Charles Andrew Patteson made the entire process enjoyable and took the time to make sure I new everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. Growing up my family has always bought their cars and serviced their cars at Hendrick Honda in Charlotte. I've always said high praise and recommended people to buy from here. However, after this past week I've had horrible experiences from both Sam Anders, Internet Sales Manager, and Jeff Kirby, Salesman. Jeff Kirby called me and promised to give us a call back within 30 minutes but never called us back. We went into the dealership, and Sam Anders yelled at us in front of his staff and other customers in the front lobby. He told us we were "bad business" for him. He further showed us bad professionism by having the wrong car we were going to purchase on the paperwork! How careless. Furthermore I will never step foot back in there again and will never recommended other people to this horrid dealership.

Jeff Kirby at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd was great. Several dealerships I visited while shopping for a more fuel efficient vehicle knew very little about the vehicles they were selling. Jeff is an expert when it comes to the product he sales. We have had to go home, read the owners manual, and educate ourselves on the last 2 Ford vehicles we have purchased from Crossroads Ford in Indian Trail. We had an excellent car shopping experience at Hendrick Honda and we will definitely shop there again.

They weren't as enthusiastic as they usually are. They weren't interested in negotiating at all. They gave us one option for price and payments and that was it, sticker price or nothing. Going to look a few other places and see what we can find.
Took my car in for air bag recall . Next thing I know one of service advisors is beating on my dash in front of everyone trying to get it back aligned ?? While I stop him and ask wth are u doin .He tells me idk and says I'll have to take it back to the shop to have them fix it .What is wrong with this dealership every time I go in there for service or recalls its a terrible experience.They try to "fix" your vehicle as quick as possible cutting corners and not finishing the job properly . I'm sorry but this service center is beyond the worst!!!!!!!!!!
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The salesman (John Ward) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The sales manager (Sam Reynolds) was very accommodating and patient with me through the process. All past car buying experiences have started with pushy salesmen greeting me at the door asking tons of questions about money and payments, typically I leave and do not come back and will not refer them anyone. This did not happen Hendrick Honda, there was no pressure and I would strongly recommend this dealership. I would like to say thank you to the entire team and especially John, Sam and Brad. One other person that stands out was Sean. He is very personable and spoke to my wife and I while we were waiting. Super nice guy and very sincere. Thanks guys!!!
one Star is too much for them, I would give minus 5 stars. They are professionals in harrasing, insulting and misbehaving with people. They were giving a deal on price which no they knew no other dealer would give because they had clearance going on on limited stock they had of which they took full advantage. They refused to give the car when we were to there make a final deal saying we are no happy with the price being quoted to you. Then I gave a bad review and then they said we will give you car but instead I have to delete the bad review and write a good review. We changed the reviews and they got the paperwork done which took 2 hrs and then they said relationship is not good we don t want to sell the car and you may leave. We are afraid that you will again give a bad review. This is the way these people work. Shame on them!!!

What is "Above" going above and beyond? It's Sean Smith of Hendrick Honda in Charlotte and it should not be confused with Honda of Concord, Honda auto mall or any of other dealership, it's Hendrick Honda. I purchase a used car from Sean and we did most of the dealing either on email or text. I do my research and at the time was dealing with 10 plus dealerships and was willing to drive anywhere, even Johnson City, Tennessee. Sean made it easy and I could tell without a doubt he was going to put in the time to get me what I wanted, not what they had on the lot or put me in something "I could live with". Compared to the 25 plus sales people from all the other dealerships, he listened and made it happen. When we had worked out the deal, I was on my 1hr and 45 minute ride to buy the car. When I arrived, he was ready for me. I need to note that I knew he wasn't going to make a fortune off of the particular car I was buying, but that didn't matter to him. He made me feel, like I was buying Bentley. When I arrived, I drove the car and checked it out. I probably was in too big of hurry and he could tell, so he tried to hurry the process along to accommodate me. I also wanted different wheels on the car and he said no problem. but he was going to have to put me in a loaner because they had to get the right sensors for the wheels. He also said, he would drive the car to my house. Note above that I live 1hour and 45 minutes away! Almost 4 hours of his time to bring me my car. This to me is way "Above" above and beyond. We signed the papers and two days later Sean brought my car to me and everything was fine, until I started looking a little closer. A couple days later, I called Sean and said there was few things around the console and some exterior issues that I just wasn't happy with. Knowing we already had made the deal and signed papers, I was expecting him to say they couldn't help me. I got the complete opposite, Sean and his boss said, "No Problem"! I told Sean I was flying out on business on a Tuesday and would be back on Friday. He said, "Bring it in and I will take you to the Charlotte airport and pick you up on Friday". Again, if this is not "Above" above and beyond, I don't know what is. Remember, I had already bought the car a few weeks earlier. He help me avoid long term parking fees, not to mention the time he save me! My flight was also an hour late on Friday and it didn't phase him in the least! When I checked out my car, I was blown away. Everything I asked to be done, was done and they did an exceptional job. I can't say enough about Sean Smith and the service I recieved. I am 51 and have bought several cars, houses, etc. and haven't seen this kind of service ever. I don't care where you live, it is worth the drive to Hendrick Honda in Charlotte to buy a car. They care even after you sign the papers. Thank you Sean Smith for all you did for me in buying this car and renewing my faith in customer service and salesmanship. Why would I buy anywhere else.

I recently purchased my Accord Ex two days before new years and it was a very good experience since I had PAUL YORK as a sales representative. He was very efficient and very patient since I started my 2 month car search. Unlike some sales rep once they sell you a car they forget about you but he has been very knowledgeable and help meet my needs of the moment.
