He was able to offer me a prorated rate which was a great savings. I wanted to say Donald Gunn did an excellent job on my recent visit. I waited for an oil change and mini service of tire rotation and various checks. The inspection turned up very dirty cabin air and regular air filters. Donald suggested the whistling sound I was hearing when my fan was in the 2 or 3 position may have been caused by the dirty cabin air filter. Sure enough I no longer hear the whistle. We continue to patronize Hendrick because of the outstanding customer service we receive from not only the sales team (especially the manager Sean and sales reps Joe and Jay), but from the service department as well. Their famous line is, "We want to make you happy." They do whatever it takes to see that you are exactly that...HAPPY! I'm giving this dealership two stars solely for the salespeople. The salespeople are top notch. They know their stuff and go out of their way to get you the car you want and are helpful during and after the buying process. When I leased my first car about two years ago, the saleswoman (I can't recall her name) actually worked with my mom to convince me to go with a lower trim than I initially wanted. They're there to help you. The finance department, on the other hand, provides the worst service I have ever encountered. In the last six days, I have left four voicemails with four different people in the finance department and have left my name and contact information with the operators three times. It took an email and a Facebook post threatening a BBB complaint to FINALLY receive a call back. After speaking to Jim in finance, we agreed my mother would come in to sign the necessary paperwork to void my service contract, as I have recently moved to Texas and my mother is the primary lessee. She wasn't able to make it the day we spoke, so she called the next day to make an appointment to sign the paperwork, but was told she couldn't make an appointment; she then left him two voicemails and also never received a call back. So I called first thing this morning to speak with Jim to make an appointment for her to sign this paperwork. The operator had an attitude, but finally connected me to someone in the finance department. He also had a condescending and disrespectful tone. Instead of listening to my complaints about the time I've had to take out of my workday to make these calls and the sheer number of calls I've had to make to get this simple process completed, he said "Well would you like to just come in instead of talking about it." It should never take more than one business day to return a voicemail in any industry. A customer should also never have to make that many phone calls to simply speak to someone. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB next. Long story short, the salespeople are excellent, but if you have any problems, don't expect any help from anyone else there.

I was so impressed with her I hugged her when my car was done. She told me she loves her job and your sure can tell! This is an extended review for Jim who works in the financial office at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. While doing the financial paperwork for the new car, I specifically told Jim my parents would be mailing the paperwork back after it had been notarized and signed. A week later I started receiving several phone calls from Jim about not receiving the paperwork back. For someone who also works full time, I was confused by how rushed Jim was being about the vehicle trade in. On the last phone call, Jim threatened to remove the trade-in and back out of the deal. He also threatened to have the purchased car picked and told me no paperwork was submitted to my new resident state for my tags and registration. Basically, prolonging me in receiving my new tags. It is disappointing that the experience could not be great all the way through from sales to financial department, but it was not. With my temporary tags not even expired, receiving so many phone calls in just two week, and then to be threatened just let a very bad feeling about this dealership. It feels as though I am being treated like an untrustworthy customer even though I was fully transparent with both sales and Jim. I am not 100 % sure I can recommend the dealership when some of their staff members behave this way.

No salesperson was anywhere near as professional as Tyler. He was a great salesperson to work with, helped us find the right car and explained everything we needed to know about the changes between our old 2005 CRV and our new 2016 CRV.
Ameal was great to work with on our paperwork and took great care of all of our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and instead of several hours making our purchase we were in and out in no time.

I was initially told that the repairs on my car would be done on Friday. When I called in on Friday, they told me it would be done on Monday. When I called in on Monday they told me it would be done on by noon on Tuesday, then they called me on Tuesday telling me it would be even later due to something else that they had neglected to do. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this. I understand things sometime come up, but to have to reschedule three times for issues that are on Hendrick's end is ridiculous. How much is it ask to communicate reasonable estimates of time? I as the customer have been without my vehicle for an extra 4 days.
