My wife and I concluded our car search for our daughter. Her first car and a nervous purchase for us. Sales Manager, Mr. Stephen Pecha and Sales Specialist, Mr. Steve Bagwell were the best. With their help and understanding, we purchased a 2012 Honda Civic. A bit out of our intended budget but thanks to Mr. Pecha, we are driving the car home and feeling great about Hendrck Honda of Charlotte NC. The car is clean and a great starter car for our baby girl.

Buying a car is not a fun thing to do on my list of to dos. But Melissa Evans at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd makes it easy. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells and is a pleasure to work with. She takes the headache and hassle out of buying a car. I have purchased several cars over the years from her, and when it is time to buy again, I will call her.

Purchased a Honda Odyssey from Hendrick and had a smooth experience. The sales consultant worked with me to beat the competition. They located a vehicle by dealer trade that met all of my detailed specifications. The facility has a child play area that makes business with families much easier. Would certainly recommend business with Hendrick to friends.

Jeff made check-in a breeze. I couldn't find a same dsy appointment online. I called him and he squeezed me in. I needed a new battery and he noticed my warranty had recently expired. He was able to offer me a prorated rate which was a great savings. I feel these are the things a great service adviser is supposed to notice and point out, especially if you do all your car services at the dealership.

I had an amazing experience at Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. They worked with me to trade-in my old car and give me an amount I was satisfied with. Josh Randolph worked with me for hours to do a thorough test drive, transfer insurance, and answer all of my questions. Great experience and I love my new HRV!

Very well organized dealership,stays busy. The dealership practices Covid-19 safety protocols,there customer service personel are friendly and courteous,they handled my situation quickly and professionally. My only complaint is the quoted price they gave me was lower than the actual bill. The finished bill was a bit steeper than was quoted to me;however I did choose to pay the bill,because the service was good and my wait time was shortened.

I have bought four cars from Ned at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. He always puts the customer over the dealer and I can always trust him to shoot straight and give me honest advice. Was in and out in no time, service was good and I got what I needed no questions asked.

Overall, this was a good buying experience. Ken Hill was outstanding...very friendly and professional, not at all pushy. The buying process is much better than it used to be but there is still room for improvement...hopefully the new desktop technology will speed up the contract part of the process.

Hendrick Honda of Charlotte made the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesperson Israel was incredible and so patient with us. We test drove a bunch of cars and he spent the whole day with us and they let us keep car we were looking at overnight even though we were about an hour away to make sure it was the one we wanted.

The service department of Hendrick Honda is outstanding. Every employee from check in to check out is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is a pleasant change to feel respected and valued while having your car serviced.

I had a botched windshield replacement from a 3rd party and took it to Hendrick to get it fixed. They worked with me to get the correct replacement and camera calibration done and even gave me a loaner car while we waited for insurance approvals. Dan Cannon was the service rep and was excellent.

Had an appointment for my oil change on Saturday, 1/9/15 at 845am. Once I arrived I was greeted promptly and courteously by Clarissa Parks. I only had to wait about an hour and my car was ready to go. Very fast service!

I wanted to say Donald Gunn did an excellent job on my recent visit. I waited for an oil change and mini service of tire rotation and various checks. The inspection turned up very dirty cabin air and regular air filters. Donald suggested the whistling sound I was hearing when my fan was in the 2 or 3 position may have been caused by the dirty cabin air filter. Sure enough I no longer hear the whistle. I appreciate keeping my car in top condition and that is why I choose to have Hendrick Honda do all of my service. Thank you!

We just completed our third purchase at Hendrick Honda. Of course, we love our new Pilot, but that car can be purchased at any Honda dealership. We continue to patronize Hendrick because of the outstanding customer service we receive from not only the sales team (especially the manager Sean and sales reps Joe and Jay), but from the service department as well. Their famous line is, "We want to make you happy." They do whatever it takes to see that you are exactly that...HAPPY! We have never been big fans of service at the dealer, but I am sold on their service department too. Honest, reliable, accommodating, fast and the $25 hand wash is sweet icing on the cake! As long as we buy Hondas, Hendrick Honda of Charlotte will be our place!

We dealt with a sales guy named Carlos, he was very friendly and he kept us informed often as to what steps were being taken to get us approved. We went with the attitude of if it happens it happens, well the folks at Hendrick made it happen. We will definetly shop Hendrick again.

Had to have the recalls taken care of for our Odyssey. I called Hendrick Honda, got an appointment for the same day. Dan Cannon provided excellent service and the work was done in less time than I was told it was going to take. I also got an estimate for some work that I know is coming and it was a very reasonable estimate. I will bringing the van back when that work needs to be done. I am very glad that I called Hendrick Honda and my wife is very happy!!!!

I'm giving this dealership two stars solely for the salespeople. The salespeople are top notch. They know their stuff and go out of their way to get you the car you want and are helpful during and after the buying process. When I leased my first car about two years ago, the saleswoman (I can't recall her name) actually worked with my mom to convince me to go with a lower trim than I initially wanted. They're there to help you. The finance department, on the other hand, provides the worst service I have ever encountered. In the last six days, I have left four voicemails with four different people in the finance department and have left my name and contact information with the operators three times. It took an email and a Facebook post threatening a BBB complaint to FINALLY receive a call back. After speaking to Jim in finance, we agreed my mother would come in to sign the necessary paperwork to void my service contract, as I have recently moved to Texas and my mother is the primary lessee. She wasn't able to make it the day we spoke, so she called the next day to make an appointment to sign the paperwork, but was told she couldn't make an appointment; she then left him two voicemails and also never received a call back. So I called first thing this morning to speak with Jim to make an appointment for her to sign this paperwork. The operator had an attitude, but finally connected me to someone in the finance department. He also had a condescending and disrespectful tone. Instead of listening to my complaints about the time I've had to take out of my workday to make these calls and the sheer number of calls I've had to make to get this simple process completed, he said "Well would you like to just come in instead of talking about it." It should never take more than one business day to return a voicemail in any industry. A customer should also never have to make that many phone calls to simply speak to someone. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB next. Long story short, the salespeople are excellent, but if you have any problems, don't expect any help from anyone else there.

Andrea is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced at Hendrick Honda. She treated me like I was her only customer and a princess! I was so impressed with her I hugged her when my car was done. She told me she loves her job and your sure can tell! They had me in and out in a few hours and I was a work in, my car was acting up on 85. My husband called them and Andrea told him to ask for her and when I pulled in the service station she was coming out to greet me! Love this service!!

Paul York made our car buying experience perhaps the most pleasant one I have ever had. I typically hate car shopping but this one was so different from the very start. He was helpful and knowledgeable about everything relating our Pilot. We finished late, so I came back to get our accessories and the car detailed. Once again everyone that I talked with went out of their way to make me feel like they were there to make sure all of my needs where 100 % met. Not only would I recommend going and working with Paul York for your next car. I know that when we are ready to trade in our next car he will be the first person we call.

This is an extended review for Jim who works in the financial office at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. While doing the financial paperwork for the new car, I specifically told Jim my parents would be mailing the paperwork back after it had been notarized and signed. A week later I started receiving several phone calls from Jim about not receiving the paperwork back. For someone who also works full time, I was confused by how rushed Jim was being about the vehicle trade in. On the last phone call, Jim threatened to remove the trade-in and back out of the deal. He also threatened to have the purchased car picked and told me no paperwork was submitted to my new resident state for my tags and registration. Basically, prolonging me in receiving my new tags. It is disappointing that the experience could not be great all the way through from sales to financial department, but it was not. With my temporary tags not even expired, receiving so many phone calls in just two week, and then to be threatened just let a very bad feeling about this dealership. It feels as though I am being treated like an untrustworthy customer even though I was fully transparent with both sales and Jim. I am not 100 % sure I can recommend the dealership when some of their staff members behave this way.

Ronnie Russell has assisted me not once but twice with an easy and carefree car buying experience. He was friendly, professional, patient and was sure to ease any anxiety and answer any questions I had throughout the process. If visiting this location, I would recommend working with Ronnie. We visited several dealerships during our most recent auto purchase.
No salesperson was anywhere near as professional as Tyler. He was a great salesperson to work with, helped us find the right car and explained everything we needed to know about the changes between our old 2005 CRV and our new 2016 CRV.

Ameal was great to work with on our paperwork and took great care of all of our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and instead of several hours making our purchase we were in and out in no time.

We will definitely visit Hendrick for our next vehicle!

Daniel Smith took very good care of us on 09/19/16. My CRV had a recall to have the software updated. Daniel said it would take about 1 1/2 hours to do, so we waited. It took just that long. We waited in your nice waiting room and had some popcorn. Nice experience!

I was initially told that the repairs on my car would be done on Friday. When I called in on Friday, they told me it would be done on Monday. When I called in on Monday they told me it would be done on by noon on Tuesday, then they called me on Tuesday telling me it would be even later due to something else that they had neglected to do. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this. I understand things sometime come up, but to have to reschedule three times for issues that are on Hendrick's end is ridiculous. How much is it ask to communicate reasonable estimates of time? I as the customer have been without my vehicle for an extra 4 days. I made plans based off the the initial timeline that I was given and I had to break those plans.

I recently purchased new Honda CR-V-2019 and 2020 back to back at classic Honda dealership. Amazing people who works there. Jimi and bill helped me out very well with recent purchase. My wife and I felt warm welcome here. They understood my needs and did not took more time and gave me the right deal no back and forth( compare to other dealerships).they know how to take care of clients first time owner or loyal one. I called and was directed to several people and got their voice mail. Finally I ask the operator to give me someone who was free. She directed me to John Miller. He was professional, listened, and understood my problem of my new car never having been put on my insurance. He contacted the correct person at Hendrick's, got the infer. and sent me a copy of the transaction. I was able to again contact the insurance company and they corrected their mistake and all is well. I was very frustrated when I got to John. He was calm, helpful, and took me seriously. My experience at Hendrick Honda was nothing short of exceptional! I have been a loyal customer for 33yrs and have had numerous sales men. Bennie Schadrac is the most memorable of them all! From the very beginning his smile and funny laughter makes you feel so at ease that you can't help but to laugh along with him. He doesn't pressure or corner you but listens to your wants and needs and his communication and keeping in touch is beyond what ice ever experienced! I ve always taken my car to Hendrick Collision for body shop repairs. They are very professional and have rental cars on site to make the process smooth. I took my car in on Thursday for a bumper repair/paint and picked it up Friday afternoon.

I've done business with Hendrick Honda for years and I wouldn't have it any other way! George is new to the team but has a great deal of experience and an awesome attitude.
