Jeff made check-in a breeze. I couldn't find a same dsy appointment online. I called him and he squeezed me in. I needed a new battery and he noticed my warranty had recently expired. He was able to offer me a prorated rate which was a great savings. I feel these are the things a great service adviser is supposed to notice and point out, especially if you do all your car services at the dealership.
