I'm giving this dealership two stars solely for the salespeople. The salespeople are top notch. They know their stuff and go out of their way to get you the car you want and are helpful during and after the buying process. When I leased my first car about two years ago, the saleswoman (I can't recall her name) actually worked with my mom to convince me to go with a lower trim than I initially wanted. They're there to help you. The finance department, on the other hand, provides the worst service I have ever encountered. In the last six days, I have left four voicemails with four different people in the finance department and have left my name and contact information with the operators three times. It took an email and a Facebook post threatening a BBB complaint to FINALLY receive a call back. After speaking to Jim in finance, we agreed my mother would come in to sign the necessary paperwork to void my service contract, as I have recently moved to Texas and my mother is the primary lessee. She wasn't able to make it the day we spoke, so she called the next day to make an appointment to sign the paperwork, but was told she couldn't make an appointment; she then left him two voicemails and also never received a call back. So I called first thing this morning to speak with Jim to make an appointment for her to sign this paperwork. The operator had an attitude, but finally connected me to someone in the finance department. He also had a condescending and disrespectful tone. Instead of listening to my complaints about the time I've had to take out of my workday to make these calls and the sheer number of calls I've had to make to get this simple process completed, he said "Well would you like to just come in instead of talking about it." It should never take more than one business day to return a voicemail in any industry. A customer should also never have to make that many phone calls to simply speak to someone. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB next. Long story short, the salespeople are excellent, but if you have any problems, don't expect any help from anyone else there.
