I recently leased a gorgeous Civic at Hendrick Honda - South Blvd. The process of choosing the "perfect car" & then having to read & sign numerous forms went smoothly due to the help of Jessica Johnson. Great customer service and I really enjoyed the workstations. The one star is for the renovations that made the waiting area messy and the fact that the car wash was closed. Otherwise I had a good experience and will definitely be back to address the future repairs that were recommended to me.

We started working with Paul York at Hendrick Honda back in Oct 2015. We wanted to look a couple of choices over but didn't have time for a test drive. We thought we'd be buying within a couple of weeks, but it just didn't work out. We went back just before Christmas and I'm happy to say, we were able to negotiate an awesome deal with Paul York and his manager Sean, to purchase a 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L. I'm also happy to say, despite the fact we didn't go back right away we were not harassed via phone calls between our first visit and our visit to actually purchase. Which has not been the case with other dealerships we've had contact with.
The whole team at Hendricks Honda were very friendly and always hospitable. The showroom and surrounding area looks well cared for and professional. It also appears the service waiting area is set up to make customers as comfortable as possible, when it's necessary to wait there while your car is serviced.

I love coming in for my Service at Hendrick Honda on S Blvd. My service advisor is Clarissa and she is always so helpful and friendly. She has a Big smile on her face always. I did discover a little hiccup/problem when I got home which is not Clarissa fault. I opened my glove box to put my service paper work in it and I can t get it to close. I called Clarissa and left a message about this and she immediately called me back. She already had asked the service manager about it and explained they take the box out to put a new air filter in. Hopefully, next time they (the service people) will check to make sure they put it back in correctly. I live in Monroe and will have to return tomorrow to have them fix the glove box.

Absolutely marvelous so well organized there for no waist of time is really the definition of excellent customer service.
I have used this location for service twice now, and each time, the personnel have been outstanding. Professional, courteous and efficient. They are being very careful with customer and employee care during the virus. Someone will come and prep your car with a wipe down, seat mat, and steering wheel cover before it is sent to service. Would highly recommend using them for your service needs.

I had a great experience with Hendrick Honda. I initially dealt with Tyler and Sam, the internet sales managers, who were very responsive and helpful. The only reason I have to take away a star is because of how long I had to wait on the day I came into the dealership to finalize my purchase. Although I had already confirmed my final price and everything was ready to go, I was still at the dealership for about four hours. I don't believe this had anything to do with any of the staff at Hendrick, only with how incredibly busy they were on the day I went, which was also the last day of the month. In fact, I think how busy they were is a testament to their excellent customer service. Luckily, I got to spend those couple of hours waiting with someone as personable and helpful as Franklin Norton, who was an absolute delight. Franklin has extensive experience working with Honda and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a great car.
Carlos Coyle is exceptional at what he does. I was nervous to buy my first Certified Preowned vehicle but Carlos made me feel extremely comfortable by candidly answering all my zillion questions, following up on every little detail to make sure I felt like I was driving away in a brand new car, educating me on all I needed to know about how to use it, and followed up multiple times to make sure I was happy. His exceptional service and care for me as a customer went far behind the sale. Carlos truly cares about his customers being happy with their purchase and my husband and I appreciate the above and beyond service. This was our 3rd Honda and we will continue to buy Hondas. Buying a used car, generally, isn't always the funnest thing to go through. That being said, I'm grateful for Hendrick as we were able to find good Honda's there. I think their approach to financing could be better (rates varied wildly on each car, even though we have good credit) and the process of buying a used car, in general, leaves some empty waiting time but ultimately we did get cars we like and are useful. I worked with Ned on one car and Carlos on the other. Both guys were knowledgable and friendly. On one of the cars, there was a smoke smell in the car and I dropped the car off with Ned, he put the car in detailing to be ionized and then drove me back to my house so I wouldn't have to wait there. Then once the car was ready he drove it to me and then I drove him back. He did it all with a smile and friendliness, thank you.
This is my new car first 5000 miles free service. Dropped off my car at service station, waited at waiting room there's plenty of space for social distancing. Having WIFI and coffee, soon I was told it's done. They did the oil change and tire rotation surprised they even washed my car, looked like brand new again.
I made the mistake of purchasing a car from Hendricks dealer at s.blvd. Their customer service is awful specially their service department, if you need to have your car service, the people working there act like they're doing you a big favor, they don't even acknowledge you when entering the building and you're even park right beside their desk. I had previously bought an odyssey from Honda at independence blvd. They were awesome from the salespeople to the service department; even though it takes me 15 more minutes to go to that location I do it because they always acted like the appreciated my business unlike Hendricks at S.Blvd.
My sales person Melissa Evans, helped me purchase a Honda CRV. She made the whole experience of buying my 2012 vehicle easy and pleasant, she was very accommodating. All of the staff there were most helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Saw Hendrick Honda had a lot of good reviews, so I tried to shift my car s regular maintenance to Hendrick. Surprisely, whoever picked up my phone made me feel they were saying I don t need your business.
I wanted to make a appointment to check my car s rear camera before warranty expires, since it doesn t work properly occasionally. The suggestion I got from the call is basically You should stop bringing it in!! It s your phone s problem not Honda s! If you bring it in and find nothing wrong, we will charge you diagnosis fee, even if it s under warranty! How polite!

Andrea Bedoya-Pere has been helping me in the service department since I moved to clt 3 years ago. She has had to help me often over the past three years, as I up until recently was driving an old accord that needed lots of maintenance work throughout the years. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! She truly loves her job and her kindness always brings me back to Hendrick!
When my car finally bit the dust this January I worked with the sales team and am now in a new 2020 accord! That experience was also full of amazing customer service. We had a good experience buying a car here but you should be prepared for a very long wait time it is not a quick process . The salesman and finance people are nice and work very hard to help you.

At the end of the service I have been told that everything is looking good including battery and with in couple of days my battery died. I don't know how this was not identified at the time of servicing.

Just bought a Honda odyssey on thec11-29-18.
Now it 11-26-18.
Just driving it for the first 6 days and all of the warning light go off. Have to drop it off 3 times. The totals days the van stayed in the shop is 19 days.
Try to complain to the sales manager.
To see if I could get another van replaced the defective van because I drove it only for 8 days and the service manager came and talked was me. Said that he doesn't know how to fix van and doesn't know how long will it take to figure out how to fix it.
And there is nothing he could do but let them keep working on the van. Then I mention about I want a replacement van then he said
after I bought the van it no longer the dealer responsibly to replace another van and all they can do is keep fix the van.
If I want to get another van for replacement. I have to call north America Honda my self.
Very frustrated.
I did called but they closed today.
May try to get some of News channels to help on this.

Unfortunately, our first experience with this Company will be our one and only.
We were in contact with them for a week about a specific car. I was told that if I put a fee down, they would hold the car until I could get there by Friday. My Husband spoke to our salesman everyday, getting all of our ducks in a row to come test drive and most likely purchase this car. I called him on Thursday to make sure I was doing the correct thing in getting the loan from my selected lender, everything was dandy.
HOWEVER, A couple hours after speaking to the salesman myself, he called my husband. He claimed that they were a "mixup" and THEY SOLD THE CAR. This is after being guaranteed that by putting money down, this car would still be here on Friday. So not only did they take my money with no problem, they lied and sold the car anyways.
I am not exactly sure what kind of business these people are running, but they no longer have my respect nor my business.
This is by far the best car buying experience anyone could ever imagine. We booked an appointment with Jess for 2018 Honda Accord ExL before hand, met her at 6:30pm on a Friday evening, test driven and brought the car with a great deal by 8:30pm the same day. Yes, 2 hrs from test drive to financing it and delivering it. I appreciate all the efforts Jess put into making this look really simple(I couldn't have imagined that we could make this happen in 2 hrs without a hassle). I had the best experience and would highly recommend this dealership and Jess Johnson! A big thank you to Jess and Hendricks!

My CRV was subject to the airbag recall. I called to set up an appointment. About 48 hours before the appointment, I received both a text and voicemail reminder. Jim Burrows met me at arrival and got my service set up in just a few minutes. Later, Jim called me to let me know my car was ready. From start to finish, this was a pleasant and efficient experience.

Had a bad start of my day because my element wouldn't turn over, thought the key was shot, so I got a lift to Hendricks.
Apparently in order to get a key made you need all of stuff that is usually in your car. I tried explaining that to the sales counter, finally the service manager can over and handled it!
