There is no question, hands down the best experience buying a car! Ronnie Russell understood what I was looking for and got me a hell of a deal. Also, I was in and out in no time. It was a very satisfactory experience and I couldn't be happier with the staff and customer service provided by Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. I wouldn't and will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle.

I recently had a multi-point inspection completed on my 2013 Honda Pilot on July 3, 2019. I was greeted by Jeff Nall who did an exceptional job from start to finish. Jeff's level of courtesy and professionalism should be recognized and appreciated by everyone at Hendrick Honda.

Specifically, I arrived at a busy hour on a holiday weekend and I was asked if I had an appointment. Over many years bringing our cars to Hendrick Honda, I never had to make an appointment. Initially, I was upset and a little confused by what I thought was a "new policy". My response was that I would simply go somewhere else where I didn't need an appointment. Jeff took the initiative to see what the schedule and timing would be and was able to work me into the busy schedule to service my vehicle. The result was complete customer satisfaction due to Jeff's extra effort and professional approach, along with the proper service of my car in a very timely fashion.

One other quick story about Jeff. In June, my wife (Angie) brought her 2018 Honda Odyssey in for servicing and a recall repair (sliding side door). My wife has an illness that prevented her from leaving the car all day. Jeff managed to provide the exact same level of service as I experienced, with his courtesy and professionalism to promptly get her car into the schedule and serviced in very short time, knowing her circumstances and the nature of her illness. She came home and told me the story and we were truly grateful to have a person like Jeff be an advocate for her on that day....and on July 3rd, for me as well.

We recently bought a used van from Hendrick Honda. We had the pleasure of working with Benny while buying the van. He is very personable and remembered us from the time we had looked several months before. Benny has a great personality and bent over backwords to make sure we were happy. If you need a used car go see him.

All other sales associates were very friendly and welcoming as well. Hendrick had hot dogs and hamburgers for the customers to enjoy while shopping. We will def go back.

Out of 3 Dealerships in Virginia who could not fix my problem. Hendrick Honda techs are experienced and care for their customers. They fixed the issue within the day and I am so relief and very pleased.

Found lug nuts on my wheels severely over-tightene...

Found lug nuts on my wheels severely over-tightened. This can cause a major issue if you get a flat and can't get the tire off. It can also cause severe damage to the aluminum rims and lug nuts. I clearly expressed this concern to the service manager, Chris Curran, and he has not responded to my questions or settled the issue. The owner is also aware of the situation and has not done anything to resolve it. I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership.

I just purchased my 3rd Honda from Hendrick Honda. The buying experiences I ve had with Hendrick have been great. That s why I keep coming back, and I don t even live anywhere near here! I live in south Florida. I have family here in Charlotte. Two years ago we happen to be driving down South Blvd. As we were passing Hendrick my wife said I think I spotted a silver Pilot that said 4WD it. I had been looking all over south Florida for one but 4WD s in south Florida are hard to come by. I made a U-turn and drove in. She was right, there were several. I went inside to price one out. That afternoon I left in my new Pilot.

Fortunately for me, Sean McLane was there that day. Sean was great to work with and we negotiated a deal that I was happy with and I bought the car. As with many car buyers, you always feel a little apprehensive buying a new car. Nobody wants the mental anguish associated with the process. Within five minutes of shaking hands with Sean, that feeling disappeared.

Sean introduced me to one of his sales people who would take the time to show me several different Pilots and let me test drive them all. Manny DaSilva has to be one of the most pleasurable and patient new car sales people I ve ever worked with. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life. I spend time researching and comparing cars before I set my mind on what I want to buy. By the time I get done, I know just about everything there is to know about the car. One thing that I ve always hated whenever I ve gone out to shop for a car is when the salesperson does not know his product. Manny KNOWS his product. You can ask questions and he knows the answer. One time I asked a question regarding towing and he said Gee, I don t know that. Give me a minute, I ll go find out. And he did. Awesome. So much better than some BS that you d normally get from a salesperson that didn t know the answer.

Hendrick is the real deal. LIke I said, I have purchased quite a few new cars in my life. It s really my biggest indulgence. Some people like to vacation, some people like to go to Vegas, some people like fine wines and cigars. Me? It s cars. Not Maserati s or Porsche's. I just like every day cars like Honda s and Toyota s. I buy a new one every two or so years. I ve even traded in a car less than a year old because I didn t like it. Twice. With that being said, I can honestly tell you I know the process pretty well. I ve purchased from a lot of different dealers. I have now purchased my third Honda in a row from Hendrick Honda. I bought my 2010 Pilot in April 2010. I traded it in and bought a 2012 Pilot from them almost two years to the day. Yesterday I traded in my wife s 20 month old 2010 Crosstour that I bought from a dealer close to my house in Florida. Instead of going back to that dealer or any other dealer close to where I live down there, I chose to drive the 700 miles to deal with Manny and Sean instead. That speaks volumes for Hendrick. We bought a new Odyssey from Manny. As we were leaving Sean saw me shaking hands with Manny and came out to say Thank you and goodbye. Real people. Real deal. I ll be back.

I've lived in Charlotte for 17 years and between my husband and me this is the eighth car we have purchased from a dealership (never the same dealership twice). I will now turn to Tanner Fisher for any future car purchase for my children or myself. He is the epitome of professionalism and not a "low-presser", but rather a NO-pressure salesman. The experience was flawless. Additionally, Joe Gimati in the finance department is Tanner's equal in professionalism and courtesy. They respected my time, my needs and most certainly helped me chose the right car for a great value. Thank you gentlemen. I will be a return customer.

Total cost was $80. $60 for an oil change seems extremely high and having to wait close to 2 hours for. Next time I will be taking it some place else.

Even though the dates of when the car was going to be finished kept changing, Stan was patient with me and always notified me with what was to be done that kept the dates postponed.
He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and told me in detail and explained to me everything he knew.
Talking to him also brightened my day as well. Very funny man.

I came by Hendrick Honda at 1:30 p.m. looking for a new Honda. Looked around for 5 minutes no one spoke or said anything to me. Went to the front desk and requested a salesperson. Agent at front desk ask for assistance over intercom waited 5 minutes inside no one came. I told the guy at the desk I would be outside if someone could come and assist me. Walked around outside looking at cars in the front and back for 30 minutes. No one ever came got in my automobile and left. Poor customer service ,why bother being open on Sunday at all.

I just had my first free maintenance service at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. About a week after I bought my car I noticed that the seatbelt floor panel had popped out of place and I could not pop it back in. When I brought it to Kal Ramadan's attention he was able to order a new part and even called me to remind me to take my car in once it arrived. It was swift and took less time than I had anticipated. I was concerned that I would have to pay for the part but Kal reminded me that my warranty covered it. Kal was very helpful and truly made me feel like I was a priority. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Hendrick Honda and would recommend it for others as well.

The salesperson Dennis Lee was the best salesman I have ever experienced during a car purchasing process. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive during the entire process. His approach was never to pressure and ensured I had the best car for my 19yr old son in college. He stayed connected during the entire process and made me aware of all options to ensure I stayed within my budget. By far this Honda dealership ranked #1 over the previous 3 places I had visited that day. I was WOWed by the total experience, including the Finance person (forgot his name) that made the final phase of process a true happy ending. It's people like these two that make a company one to remember and visit again when it's time to get my other kids vehicles!!

It is amazing that Hendrick Honda has the time to call you 5x a day when you show the slightest interest in a car but can't be found the day after your purchase when you find the issues. The 162 pt inspection is a joke. I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey and it had all the boxes "checked" - turns out it has a dent in the bumper, chip on the windshield, Chickfila wrappers in the seats, looks like an internal panel is damaged. Be warned when trusting Hendrick Honda. I did for 12 years - time to stop.

I have used Hendrick for close to 17 years. The sales and the service has and still is impeccable. I have tried corner garages and have been very disappointed. I have never took back any of the 3 cars I brought to service. Perfect!
The only negative I have AND it is very small is ... the price of the parts are on the high side.
However less stress sometimes is worth the price.

They're very expensive to do work on your car but they do good work! What I like about this place is that Dennis showed me the part on my car that need to be replaced in order for my car to pass inspection. So I asked Dennis pulled the part out of the car and showed me the leaking parts because $1,300 is a lot of money. Next when my car was finish I ask him to show me the new part so he did. That is what l like about Hendrick Honda dealership on South Boulevard.

Great experience! I worked with FRANK and STEPHEN and they took the time to get me the price I needed and were not pushy at all. I had a strict budget but desperately needed a new car that day. I got a certified pre-owned car and it's like new! I couldn't be happier with their customer service as well as the follow up call a few days after. I will definitely do business here again.

As I sat in my vehicle in my garage my car started flashing lights that all these systems were failing. I immediately called Andrea freaking out, she calmed me offered to send a tow truck free of charge and told me she would do her best to get me out for my appointments and to pick up my daughter.
Upon arrival she was assisting another customer via telephone, so she let me know she was expecting me and took my keys.
She came to me not even five minutes later to explain the process, apologize for not being able to greet me as she would've liked. She explained the process and reassured me they would do their best to get me out on time. Andrea then returned to tell me the findings, the process and still got me out with time to spare. Andrea was professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and simply a blessing in an already difficult week, and the start of a new day that wanted to continue the trend. Customer service is always A++, it's not just a tagline, but it's the heart of this dealership.

As always, the people at Hendrick Honda are helpful, provide good advice and great customer service. My service administrator, Andrew Hedrick, helped us understand the problem and worked with me and my schedule to get the problem fixed. Andrew even brought my children popcorn as we waited during our first appointment. Also, Andrew helped arrange the loaner for the second appointment drop-off. Buying a car is always stressful, but the people at Hendrick Honda made the experience as stress-free as possible. Rodney Roseboro helped me to select the perfect car, answered all my questions, and worked his butt off to find me the CRV with the fewest miles logged on the lot -- in record time (and I love my new car!!). Sean McClain, a sales manager, was also very helpful. He actually dissuaded me from purchasing a more expensive model with AWD based on our typical car use-- said we didn't need it (and he was right). The finance department also cut out the BS offers (e.g. gap insurance); finance can be probably the most stressful part of buying a car because you just watch your monthly payment climb. But at Hendrick, I felt no pressure for the add ons and feel that I was given all the information needed to make thoughtful decisions. To note, Hendrick also offers lifetime power train warranties on their new vehicles...very enticing. The people at the front desk were also very helpful and attentive. I recommend Hendrick Honda for your next car buying experience.

I m not one for reviewing places, but after my time at the Hendrick Honda in Charlotte I felt compelled to write something because so rarely do I receive such great service. This is a place you need to check out if you re looking for a new ride. If you do decide to check out this dealership (from my experience there I don t see why anyone wouldn t) ask for RICKY WHITTEN & SEAN MCLANE. They hooked me up with this amazing 2019 civic sport that I m already in love with. They were awesome every step of the way and made car shopping, which I was expecting to be an ordeal, a really enjoyable experience. I was wearing a Georgia T-shirt when I came in, so they turned the Georgia game on the jumbo screen of their customer lounge for me. It was like watching the game in a movie theater! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and more interested in making sure I had a good experience than selling me a car. It s that kind of thing that makes you want to do business with them. I ve already recommended them to my friends the next time they are looking to replace their current ride and I strongly recommend them to anyone who reads this as well!

Honda is full of bull. They get you in, butter you up and then there is always a hiccup. I was embarrassed on Thursday and it took them until today to call and leave a voicemail on my phone instead of calling me at a time that I could answer. The finance manager was super rude and had his preconceived notion about me before he even looked at my file. I will NEVER ever buy another car from here again. You all need to stop lying to people and making them feel like a VIP customer when all you care about is a sale.My first salesman was Chris Robinson And he lied too. I m good over here.

We have now had two amazing experiences at Hendrick Honda this year! First, and foremost, Scott Byrley has done an amazing job with all of the staff here. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly and efficient.

Umberto Spinillo was assigned to us for the purchase of a minivan and an accord.

Charles "Charlie" Harris was also involved in helping my wife feel like she was in good hands.

The Minivan - We had our Toyota Sienna minivan break down on us after years and miles. It just decided to happen as I was traveling to PA to visit my brother and my wife was supposed to leave on the same Friday to drive to TN with our kids. She calls me once I am in PA and tells me the minivan is dead. I called Scott B and he told her to come on in and they would help her out.

She drove in, they found a great pre-owned Honda Odyssey on the lot in her favorite white. It was pouring the rain, and everyone was totally amazing and made her feel well taken care of while purchasing a car on her own with her husband out of town. I cannot tell you how grateful I was for the way she was treated.

The Accord - My 1997 Honda accord finally had enough. I called Scott and he said to come see Umberto again. Within a few hours, my oldest son and I drove the old accord in, test drove several on the lot, negotiated the deal and left with our new Honda accord. As a business owner, I totally appreciate how well we were handled from start to finish. My son learned a lot about how to do business as well as how to appreciate people that do a good job. Very impressive Hendrick Honda!! Thanks!

Always a wonderful experience at Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. Andrea in the Service Dept is very helpful and attentive. I ran over a screw, called, and Andrea told me to come over and they would take care of me. I received a follow up phone call a few hours later, after my quick tire replacement.

I have never previously experienced such a great, personal, easy car buying experience. I could not be more complimentary of Paul York or Sean McLane. I appreciated the extra effort Sean made to locate and deliver my vehicle in the color and package I requested before I had to leave town on work business. I already have received many compliments on the vehicle. My husband and I joke about how I was only getting tires and wiper blades for my but came home with a new car attached to those tires and wiper blades! Everyone is wonderful at Hendrick Honda. I also thought that finance was streamlined. Thank you Hendrick Honda for a wonderful experience.

This is the second Odyssey I've bought from this dealer and the second time around was just easy as the first. John Tatum was our salesperson again and he's just so unlike your typical car saleman. Professional, fun and easy to talk to. Most of all he listens to the customer and doesn't beat around the bush. Sean the sales manager is also who I dealt with and he was great as well. Very eager to help, polite and once again unlike your typical car salesman.

The car buying experience can be a tedious one but these guys at Hendrick make it easy and enjoyable. Most of all they make the customer feel unique and special. Ask for John Tatum or Sean the Sales Manager (his last name escapes me) and if you don't have the same experience as I did I will truly be shocked. Two vehicles purchased in the last 2 years from the same dealer and the experience was pleasant and easy both times. I wish other dealers operated that way. Top notch outfit with top notch people. Keep up the good work guys.

Wonderful service department!! Prompt responses, and upfront about costs. Service was quick, and done exceptionally well. I ended up having a problem caused by previous work done at another dealer. They quickly fixed the problem, and now my car is driving perfectly. Will definitely be bringing my car here anytime it needs service.
