I recently had a multi-point inspection completed on my 2013 Honda Pilot on July 3, 2019. I was greeted by Jeff Nall who did an exceptional job from start to finish. Jeff's level of courtesy and professionalism should be recognized and appreciated by everyone at Hendrick Honda.

Specifically, I arrived at a busy hour on a holiday weekend and I was asked if I had an appointment. Over many years bringing our cars to Hendrick Honda, I never had to make an appointment. Initially, I was upset and a little confused by what I thought was a "new policy". My response was that I would simply go somewhere else where I didn't need an appointment. Jeff took the initiative to see what the schedule and timing would be and was able to work me into the busy schedule to service my vehicle. The result was complete customer satisfaction due to Jeff's extra effort and professional approach, along with the proper service of my car in a very timely fashion.

One other quick story about Jeff. In June, my wife (Angie) brought her 2018 Honda Odyssey in for servicing and a recall repair (sliding side door). My wife has an illness that prevented her from leaving the car all day. Jeff managed to provide the exact same level of service as I experienced, with his courtesy and professionalism to promptly get her car into the schedule and serviced in very short time, knowing her circumstances and the nature of her illness. She came home and told me the story and we were truly grateful to have a person like Jeff be an advocate for her on that day....and on July 3rd, for me as well.
