I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord from Hendrick Honda. I realized after I arrived home that metal screws had been used to install the front license tag holder on my brand new car. I removed the screws and this left two holes in the front bumper cover. The sales process was good, but they should give the customer the option of installing the front license tag holder. Make sure you let them know before you buy a car so you do not end up like me. Lesson learned... 5-30-2016

The service technician was Jeffrey, my first encounter with him and I hope it s not the last because he was simply awesome. He was polite, professional with very humbling communication skills. My last oil change they didn't fill up the fluids like they said they do and my most current oil change and tire rotation they didn't even check the tire pressure. Basically they don't do what they are supposed to do.... If I pay for a service I expect it to be done, especially when every service experience always takes forever

I am from Columbia, SC and was searching for Certified Pre-Owned Honda's on Yahoo Autos. While browsing, I found that Henrick Honda had an enormous selection of vehicles to select from. What I particularly liked is, they had a huge amount of cars that were 1-2 years old, with very low milage, and you can't beat the Honda Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. I needed to drop a relative off at the Charlotte Airport and decided to stop by Hendrick Honda. I was pleasantly greeted by salesmen, Joe Walker, who was very thorough, professional, and polite throughout the entire process. He told me all about the Accord Cpe and walked us through each step of the buying process. After negotation, Nate Pearson worked to make me an offer and payment that was conducive with my budget. Dorian Gordon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and full of humor when we worked to set up financing, extended warranties and while signing the final documents. I am very pleased with my experience at Hendrick Honda and was especially impressed with their pletora of vehicles. I could have easily went to a dealer in Columbia, however, the deals that Hendrick Honda had were not comparable. I would definitely recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone looking for a Honda, even if you are from out of town.

Bought a new car last week through Jay Levin at Hendrick Honda of Charlotte, and the experience completely changed my perception of the car buying experience. The pricing was good, (per Car Guru) the overall process was smooth, and there was no pressure from Jay or the finance guy (Umberto Spinello) for the usual up-sells. I was expecting the full-court press from every angle when I walked in, and by the time I walked out, I was extremely pleased at how easy the process was from start to finish. From the moment I walked onto the lot, to the time I drove away, it took less than 2 hours for the whole process -- and that included having Jay show me all the new safety features on the car and sync my phone to the multimedia system. All in all, a fantastic experience and a great car! I will definitely be purchasing my next car through Jay.

We just bought my wife a 2017 CR-V. Buying a new car can be incredibly stressful but the team at Hendrick Honda made the process simple and enjoyable from the moment we walked in. Couldn't find a known leak in my tire then overfilled one of the non-leaking tires with 18 more PSI than recommended on my 2014 Odyssey. No thank you. Also had them replace an air filter and now it makes an irritating noise when the heat is on.

Checked my 15 Crosstour in for inspection and oil change at 7:30 a.m. Honda Service Representative Dennis Sanford came out to recommend tire rotation and to do a much needled transmission fluid change. Agreed to do so. Glad they picked up on those service items. And immediately after leaving the Dealership, I could tell how much smoother car accelerated from transmission fluid change.
