Our family has bought three used cars from Hendrick Honda and has yet to be disappointed by either the maintenance dept. or the sales dept. Our most recent transaction was quick and painless, and Frank Norton, who we worked with (on all three occasions), even held my car in advance for me to look at. That was nice and reassuring given my trip and brief hiatus from school to come see it, and given how quickly the dealership sells cars. Thank you Frank, and thank you Hendrick Honda!
