As always, the people at Hendrick Honda are helpful, provide good advice and great customer service. My service administrator, Andrew Hedrick, helped us understand the problem and worked with me and my schedule to get the problem fixed. Andrew even brought my children popcorn as we waited during our first appointment. Also, Andrew helped arrange the loaner for the second appointment drop-off.
