Both my husband and I had orders coming from H. W. but it didn't say in the communication which order was being processed, delivered. It would help to know to whom the order was for and what the Rx was as we have different ones ordered.

I ordered supplies, paid for them already and I STILL haven't received
my order because my signature is required.

Supposedly, there was an attempt made to deliver my order on 6.20.20. I was at home all day long with some visitors and I find it hard to believe that nobody heard knocking on my front door by the person trying to obtain my signature and deliver my package. I even called the number on the delivery slip to request another day to deliver. I scheduled redelivery for today, 6.24.20. Needless to say, nothing was delivered. I do WAH, do I was home all day. I wonder if I'll ever get the package... In

Really easy ordering, great customer service & saves me literally hundreds of dollars for my Rx's. I'm very thankful and happy I've found HealthWarehouse and will continue to use them for my Rx needs.

I've never dealt with an online pharmacy before. My doctor sent over my Rx & I looked over prices not only on what he sent over but other medications. The prices are fantastic, the customer service was great. I had a problem creating my account & called & not only were they helpful in walking me through, they helped me in telling me how to navigate around the site & what to do. I really like this company. I always get my packages on time! I highly recommend this online pharmacy!

So easy to work with HealthWarehouse! Just like working with a local pharmacy but cheaper and my meds are delivered to my door. That is priceless for those of us who can never find time to pick up our meds. Refills are automatically sent and HealthWarehouse contacts the doctor when you re out.

Always reliable with excellent communication. I have been a customer for many years and have never had an issue with any shipment. I use HealthWarehouse even though I have great insurance through my employer.

I love this company. I have been a customer for over six months, I have dealt with them online, through chat and also over the phone; they have been professional and kind through all of my interactions.

The only thing negative is the amount of time it takes to receive medication, however, they do offer a host of options in receiving medication quickly.

With all that said, they have saved me so much money. I couldn't afford my medication without them.

This is the first time I tried this company.

The customer service was not the best. Tried ordering a product but they would not sell in the amount they had advertised on there site. With no disclaimer saying your prescription needs to be for that amount. I sent in my order and then mailed them my prescription as requested, (for some reason they do not take email prescriptions). When they received my prescription they then said no to my order. They said they could only send a 30 day. I had some exchanges that went no where. In the mean time they took it upon themselves to use my personal information and contact my doctor and try and change the prescription! What?

I cancelled my ordered due to not being able to supply what I requested. Also said I needed my prescription returned. They refused to return my personal information and property.
They also proceeded to sent out a 30 day supply which I did not request and bill me for it!

Eventually they came to there senses and refunded the charge of the prescription sent, but they still refuse to return my prescription.

I would be very careful when ordering form this place. Better call first and be sure you can get the requested amount before ordering. Also be sure you can email the prescription before ordering.

Not a good experience. I will not use this company ever again.

Ordered an RX that was not covered by my insurance...

Ordered an RX that was not covered by my insurance company from HealthWarehouse. The cost was within reason as opposed to the overseas and Canadian companies that advertised. My order came quickly and without issue even after they needed to transfer the RX from my preferred pharmacy. Will definitely continue with these guys and highly recommend them...

I have been using Healthwarehouse about 10 years. There were a few minor bumps early on -growing pains I guess. Last week I ordered my three prescriptions Thursday morning. The prescriptions were in my mailbox in Texas on Monday. Phenomenal service.

Shortly after my first script was called into HealthWarehouse.com, I received an email stating my password had been changed by them. I was appalled. I responded immediately and informed them in all my years of doing business online I had never encountered such an alarming practice. Their poorly stated reasoning did not apply to me. I went onto their website, set up an account with my password, as usual, end of story. I asked them to state on my account, under no circumstances are they allowed to change my password. I've encountered yet another issue with them. The invoice sent with my prescription did not include the shipping charges. I requested several times for an invoice with total charges, to date, I've not received it. I was told by a customer service agent that it had to be mailed to me. Guess what, no shipping charges on invoice. With today's technology this request should be simple enough. Right ????

Had Dr send over script for meds I was taking. Saved about $70. They said shipping would take 2 - 8 business days and I got the meds in 6 because I live in Northern Wisconsin. A very easy experience.

I had a great experience in getting my medication from Health Warehouse. Customer service were very prompt in arranging for urgent delivery of medicine when i informed them that my medicine has not arrived and i might be left with no medicine if it does not arrive soon. i received urgent supply and in the meanwhile regular supply also arrived. I found customer support guys very supportive and understanding. Shall continue to shop with the company in future too.

After tracking my package and seeing it sit at the local post office for several days, I noticed the tracking number did not show the apartment number so I contacted Health Warehouse thinking this might be the hold up. I sent an email to their customer service stating that they did not add my apt number on the label when they shipped it out... They said they did indeed add the apartment number and said it was verified by a supervisor and that I needed to contact my post office. After contacting them, they informed me there was no apartment number so they returned the merchandise to HealthWarehouse. I emailed customer support again stating that and they have yet to respond. I have no merch and they have not issued a refund or shipped a new one out. Their service is poor. Don't use!

I use this pharmacy for veterinary prescriptions. I would not hesitate to use them for something for myself if needed.

I live in Kentucky, but they still deliver much faster than they promise. My dogs Rx arrived in a couple of days when they said it would be at least eight. This has happened every time I have gotten a prescription filled. Their staff is very helpful on the phone. I m extremely happy to have found them. They ve saved me quite a bit of money on veterinary prescriptions.

It seems from reading the reviews they are either really good or horrible. I don t know if it makes a difference that I m in Kentucky, but they don t know that when they pick up the phone and talk to me. I ve been ordering from this pharmacy for quite a while and I m really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here. No affiliation

i have not had a good experience so far. i do have special needs due to allergies and i am a prescribing health care provider. i ordered my medication weeks ago. i still have not received it. i had to leave for a medical conference and am having to do without my medication. before i left i tried to contact you to find out why i did not have my medication yet. i got a text saying my meds had been shipped over 10 days prior to my date of running out of medication. i used the online option to contact you but never heard back about where my medication was. also my provider had a problem with having to order the meds several times getting info stating she had not ordered it for 90 days which i know she did because i work in the same practice with her and all of her erx showed 90 days.

The customer service folks were very helpful and patient during my last online experience. I was having difficulty placing my order online- it took only a a minute or two for me to connect via chat with someone and she was quick to understand the problem and help me.

It took almost three weeks and four phone calls for them to send me my medication. Each time I spoke with a representative, I was assured all the issues were resolved and that my order was being shipped out that same day or the day after at the latest. I ended up running out of medication and having to go to an actual pharmacy and ask for an emergency supply. Thankfully they were able to give me enough to last me until my medicine finally arrived. After all of this I got a half-hearted apology from one of the representatives who, quite frankly, seemed pretty annoyed with me and my predicament. I was really excited to try this because it was going to be cheaper for me than going to a regular pharmacy, but it's just not worth it. I would rather pay a little more and know that I will receive my medication and be treated well than save a few bucks and go through this nightmare again.

I have been using Healthwarehouse for over 8 years...

I have been using Healthwarehouse for over 8 years now and have usually been pleased with their service and prices. I realize that during covid, all things change but I was more than a little upset with my last order. There were new regulations in place because of the specific medication I needed and the price for that med had increase 4 fold. I understand supply and demand. I can only hope that when the idiocy of declaring hydroxychloroquine a useful treatment for covid has been entirely debunked the price can get back to reflect how inexpensive this actually is and can be more available for those who need it for rheumatic conditions. I'll stick with Healthwarehouse. Very good customer service.
