Great service for the cost, I've been totally satisfied with my tutoring so far. The teachers really tune themselves to your needs, I don't feel unwanted or rushed like I do in my class. Worth every cent.
This company recently fired many good teachers to save cost. They try to replace the local teachers with online service. Right after we have signed the contract, they fired our favorite teacher. They knew they are going to lay off that teacher, this company didn't mention a word. Also be very careful when you sign the contract with them. It is a very unequal contract, once you signed, 50% is gone. And there is no grace period time to back off from the contract. This company cares only how to make money from you, they don't care if your student gets the right advice. Parents pay so much money for their children's future, however Thinktank doesn't care about it at all!
Glad I enrolled in Pre-Calc before It was too late. This extra tutoring got me way ahead straight from being way-behind! It was embarrassing to ask for help from my peers, this is a much better alternative.
My tutor has certainly opened up some doors for me. In a subject that I was really struggling in, I now think I'm ahead of my class. The investment of time is totally worth it if you're concerned you're falling behind on a subject.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! They have ripped us off. We signed up for their service for 4 years and gave them over $20,000 for my son s classes and college application. They closed their center near our home and told us to go to another location that is 40 minute drive. We refused. They told us we would get a portion of our money back. That was 8 months ago. They never refunded. We now have to take them to court to get the refund they had promised us.
