After tracking my package and seeing it sit at the local post office for several days, I noticed the tracking number did not show the apartment number so I contacted Health Warehouse thinking this might be the hold up. I sent an email to their customer service stating that they did not add my apt number on the label when they shipped it out... They said they did indeed add the apartment number and said it was verified by a supervisor and that I needed to contact my post office. After contacting them, they informed me there was no apartment number so they returned the merchandise to HealthWarehouse. I emailed customer support again stating that and they have yet to respond. I have no merch and they have not issued a refund or shipped a new one out. Their service is poor. Don't use!
