I made a mistake on there web page, which was very confussing.They tried to make it right.The original order was for $25 and they gave me a $15 dollar credit.When ordering the new item though it came to $15.50 and they insisted on me paying the 50 cents with my credit card.When they didn't take my info down right and card got pushed back.I was sent a email asking me to resend card info.I did not do that but sent back an email asking them to cover the 50 cents.They did and almost a month later i got what I had originally wanted to order.So they have good intentions for the most part but , well you see.

As a new customer, spoke to very nice person to set up account and also gave them the information to transfer my prescription from my local pharmacy. She also confirmed my prescription drug (normal, standard type of drug) was in stock. All good so far. Told 3-5 days processing time. Very hopeful I had found a good company. Four days later I discover prescription not transferred. Called Health Warehouse. Couldn t get anyone on phone, so left voicemail stating concern over prescription not yet transferred and asking for callback. No callback ever received, so I called again late on the next day prescription was now transferred. Told by less than friendly customer rep that a week or two to process and fill prescription (this is standard?). What happened to the 3-5 days processing? Well, ok. Time marches on... Having heard nothing, I logged in to account to see if ANYTHING is happening. Apparently, they were now out of stock on my prescription and had to order. Their comment typically takes 2 business days to receive and this typically falls within 1-3 days processing time . Well, that comment was 10 days ago. Still nothing. Still not processing status. If the customer rep that stated couple weeks once processing started (and that hasn t happened yet), it will be over a month before I can expect anything. (I suggest anyone transferring their business to these folks have at least 2 month supply on hand so that you can get your prescription transferred elsewhere in time for your next refill.). Needless to say, I m beyond disappointed in Health Warehouse. I cannot recommend them. As a side note, had some friends waiting to see how things worked out for me before they investigated trying Health Warehouse they won t be giving them a try.

I was pleasantly surprised when the Health Warehouse reached out to me to resolve the problems I had encountered. Health Warehouse - thank you for reaching out! I contacted the manager as instructed and had my meds the next day. Wow! Seems like so few businesses step up anymore to resolve customer problems, so kudos to Health Warehouse for their efforts! I m so happy with their support to resolve the problem that I will continue to use them, am transferring another prescription to them and have shared the great customer support story with my friends (couple of friends are planning to pursue transferring prescriptions to them). Thanks again Health Warehouse!

I have not recieved my medication yet. The order was placed July 10. Today is July 23

Allowed prescription to expire because they were too busy to fill it
First I got an email saying my med was a controlled med and I requested refill too early - they would fill it in 11 days. Then 11 days later they said no refills left - because they were busy and the prescription would be expired before they had time to fill it.
On prior refill I requested 2 meds. They came back with the same too soon message, but then held BOTH meds up even though the 2nd one was not a controlled med. It took a complaint to their conflict resolution manager to get my meds. I've dealt with some bigger on line pharmacies and never had these problems. HW is the most incompetent on line seller of anything I have ever dealt with.
I've cancelled my account - use them at your own risk. A little cheaper but not worth all the hassles.

I had my prescription filled at a local large chain pharmacy (CVS) and the cost was over $70 with my insurance. I decided to check out Health Warehouse and found out that the same prescription was under $11.00 WITHOUT my insurance. I'm moving all of my prescriptions to Health Warehouse!

I was able to find a product on this site that I couldn't locally. Very happy, fast delivery.

Prices are very competitive. Delivery is acceptable in terms of days from order placed. They have brought up questions on a couple of refills that were abit out-of-bounds in my opinion. All this did was slow down delivery of the refill. If there is a next time I will be moving on to another source.

HealthWarehouse states it can take 1-5 day to process an order, which is absurd. 24 hours to process & ship an order with online retailers is the norm & pretty standard nowadays for online retailers, even for online pharmacies! Will be looking for local pharmacies that price match so there's no need to wait 5 days to get my Rx.

Great service! I usually get my order in two days. Prices are really good. My order is about a third of what it costs me in a local pharmacy. Highly recommend you give it a try. You won't be sorry.

Generally my experience has been good but this last order didn't generate the usual tracking info for when I could expect my refill delivered. Consequently I had to contact my Dr. office again to see if the Rx was sent, etc. Unnecessary hassle.

My first use of this pharmacy was a money and time saver. I have my Crestor generic set up for 3 month mailing with no deductible and just $27.

Much better than my Medicare Drug Plan with a $415 deductible. Wish I could drop that plan completely.

I am a big fan of Health Warehouse. The prices are the best I have found and the customer service is outstanding. I was nervous about ordering my prescriptions online but it has proven to be a wonderful choice. They only thing that I believe that could improve is that by the time I receive my refill I still have 20 + days left from the previous one. It would be better to get it with just one week left. But otherwise, I think it's great!

HealthWarehouse customer service is very pleasant and helpful. Contacted the doctor for us when the original request went unanswered. They even expedited the prescription since we had been fighting with insurance for over a month.

My experience with Health Warehouse was bad. First off they only accept perscriptions faxed by the doctor.Clearly they are in the dark ages and can't get emails. Also , I faxed in two perscriptions and only got one after they cancelled my order then called the do tor about it then like I said cganged my order. I never want to use them again. It was a hassle.
