No problems with the website and shipping is fast. I continue to do business with HealthWarehouse because they are dependable and the rices are fair.

Needed Rx refilled not having insurance and found HealthWarehouse while searching for lowest prices. After researching, placed order. Received order for five Rx for less than it would cost me for the most expensive Rx. Life saver!!

If you are tired to going to the Big Box store to get your medications from folks that seem to hate their jos then this is the place you want to get your next prescription refill. Dispensing policies are a bit unusual at this establishment... Prices are outstanding though... If you ever plan on taking a trip and need extra medications they will not accommodate your needs...this is a severe restriction on your ability to maintain your optimum health...we spoke, repeatedly, to a CSR, even stating we were willing to show them our long-term hotel reservation and return airline tickets...no variations to their refill policy would be allowed, we were told

Healthwarehouse is great! They offer prices that I can t find anywhere else. They are responsive and whenever I have had a prescription problem their customer service representatives helped me quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

They falsely advertised albuterol inhaler got $25 and when I ordered it, with my Rx., they reneged on the published price and instead gave me a price equal to the retail price $60- $65. I was NOT happy; nor will I ever attempt to shop there again or recommend anyone else to do so.

Very nice but I never received my medication. Now approaching about a month, wonder if it ever will arrive. And it did today!

A bit tedious to get signed up and select meds, but otherwise followed through with products delivered on time at great price.

Love using Healthwarehouse. But make sure you handle your prescriptions directly. When your Doctor's office calls them in or sends a fax; HWH doesn't seem to be able to match them up; saying they don't have them. Another annoying piece of the call in method is that HWH doesn't tell you the prescription is there, what it was for, how many mg or any details on the order. It doesn't show up on your account so you have to call the Doctor back to find out exactly what it was that was ordered so you can put in the order with HWH. So you might as well just get the prescription in written form and handle it yourself. This causes too many delays and wastes time for everybody. Just send them in yourself - that never fails. This annoyance is why I'm only giving them 3 stars vs 5. Otherwise it would be 5.

Not frauds, but poor customer service. Took our money but failed to give us a refund or new shipment for 1 year after the post office lost the package. Customer service was useless. Gave up after numerous contacts. Edit: I received a partial refund (wrong order, so still out around $100) after customer service reached out to me following this review. Better than nothing, so I am bumping from 1 star to 2. Painful process, but it looks like most others have had better results, so maybe I was a one-off?

I have saved hundreds of dollars by having my prescription transferred here! My generic Celebrex is a tier 4 drug. It was $75 per month copays plus sent me into the Medicare donut hole. I get 6 months here of the same drug for $55! Ridiculous. I never have to worry about running out as it is automatically refilled and shipped to me. I LOVE THEM!

medicine came on time and the agent who helped me was very nice and helpful, will order again from them, the only bad thing was in shipping the medicine top of the bottle was damaged I had to put the pills in another bottle.

Do not bother with this business .. for real .. they are absolutely slow as molasses and their customer service skills are poor and their communication skills are even worse. If I could rate them a ZERO I would. When I asked to speak with a supervisor or the pharmacist, they (Shawna) refused to do it. Real class operation.

Also quit using health insurance for prescriptions. I m saving money and eliminated so many insurance company hassles and trips to the drug store.
Insurance companies only let you get a 30 day supply. This was a BIG hassle as I travel on my job. Now I can order a 6 month supply.
My wife was paying $30 per month for Zyrtec. We now buy the generic and pay $2.30 per month.
NEVER going back to insurance for prescriptions and the incompetent Walgreens staff!

Ordered an Rx but doctor wouldn't prescribe the most cost effective quantity. The doctor also wanted me to visit his/her office and I did not consider it worth the risk. This was a med I have been taking for years and I wasn't involving any insurance. HealthWarehouse worked with me to get at least some of the Rx. They were good to work with and I finally got some of my medication.

Zero custemore service and zero way to cancel order

Cheaper than my co-pay with Medicare, in fact it is HALF what Optum was charging me. They mail it right to my door as soon as it can be sent so I am never without. I wish I could get ALL my drugs from them.

Great experience from start to finish!! First, can t express how comforting it is that a online company has a phone number to ask questions and that someone actually answers the phone! Excellent customer service and all questions answered on first call . Second, my specific order was a little tricky since the prescription was coming from a online doctor service and the website didn t have a field for that but they made it happen. I received an email as soon as everything was in place and processing. Third, the cost of my meds made it a no brainer!! Customer forever and telling all my friends

Everything is always great, excluding processing time. I feel it takes waaaaay too long for them to ship the items. Otherwise, I always get good prices and never a mistake in my orders.
