I m on the auto refill plan. I am on Medicare. I get tier 1 drugs through my plan D but my other meds come from HW at considerable savings. These folks are really good.

My experience with purchase of Blue Star ointment was great. It only took a week to get it. I will order again

A previously inexpensive otc allergy medicine (clemastine) is now hugely expensive. Obviously was inexpensive to produce. Ridiculous.

They take forever to complete the order. They do not go the extra mile being in the medical field to make sure people get their medications in a timely manner. Great prices terrible customer service and support

Health Warehouse had the best price for my medication. The service I received was excellent. After mailing my order to Health Warehouse, I received a confirmation e mail. They informed me when the RX was mailed and sent a USPS tracking number. I received my medication in less than a week.

But the best part is the customer service interaction - you can send them an email with a question or problem, and soon after you get a response from an actual person. How often does any interaction with the health care industry leave you feeling well served? HealthWarehouse has consistently done that for me.

I was going to be a new customer. Had a question and tried the Online Chat but it was unavailable (during business hours). I called their toll-free phone number and was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. Inexcusable. Obviously they are understaffed, or don't care about their customers, or both. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
