The process is easy and the customer service is good when you can actually get to someone. I eventually got support via the chat option, but when I called repeatedly during business hours, I received a recording stating that it was after business hours and try again. The prescription process works well and is consistent. Just need to do better with accessibility.

I had placed a YEARLY prescription with HWH. They would only refilled for 90days. In spite the SPECIFIC indication this is a yearly script.
Now have to keep re-phoning Customer Support to try to correct this.

RX Advocates has months of paperwork, that are never done to their specs. tens of hours and months wasted each year. This was like a dream, it was fast, easy, no fuss. I had my meds in a week at the right price. There are no generics for other meds that I need. But when you don't have to make 3 months of meds last 6 months it's so great!

I get an email that there is "a Delay" I contact their rep and am assured that it has been taken care of ....next day I get ANOTHER message about a delay....GOODBYE Crappy customer service!

they changed drug manufacturers on one of my prescrips with no notice to me. i didn't care until my annual physical indicated the new drug wasn't as effective as the previous. i demanded the previous OEM & they complied. However, it's more expensive & now i have to call or log in to reorder vs. auto-order to get refills. there is also no reminder sent before i run out. their answer why they can change OEMs with no notice: they always buy the cheapest, effective or not. but I'm required to notify them when & what I want. very good service on other prescrips. this one fails.
My provider had their information in the system so my Rx went directly to them with no delay. The customer service rep was very helpful and made my first experience pleasant. I will look for other opportunities to have them fill my future orders.

Avoid at all cost. YES, great prices. BUT dont get in a hurry for the products you ordered. I ordered OTC iron pills... site says OTC ships in 1-2 days. After 8 days I started chatting and calling. 2 chat sessions timed out before anyone logged on. 2 phone calls. 1st time I left a call back number. They never called back. 2nd time I stayed on told until someone answered. She had no answers but took my number and said she she would call back... never did. 2 1/2 weeks to get product. Shipping was only 3-4 days after they actually filled it. AVOID.

You have good service and prices. My only complaint is the communication problem between my doctors office and your business. There is ALWAYS a wrong prescription amount every time I run out of refills. I only order one med,so I don't understand why this keeps happening.

The price was good. I ordered 3 packs of cold and flu medicine to prepare the coming winter (4 months ahead). When the order arrived, I looked at the expiration date, they will be expired within 3 or 4 months. Bummer.

I used HealthWarehouse.com for a few years and now I stopped. I am seriously concerned with regard to a quality of generic medicines they sell. Meaning, it appears that HealthWarehouse.com uses cheap overseas drug manufacturers that just don't give you quality and expected strength in the drugs they make.
