It took almost three weeks and four phone calls for them to send me my medication. Each time I spoke with a representative, I was assured all the issues were resolved and that my order was being shipped out that same day or the day after at the latest. I ended up running out of medication and having to go to an actual pharmacy and ask for an emergency supply. Thankfully they were able to give me enough to last me until my medicine finally arrived. After all of this I got a half-hearted apology from one of the representatives who, quite frankly, seemed pretty annoyed with me and my predicament. I was really excited to try this because it was going to be cheaper for me than going to a regular pharmacy, but it's just not worth it. I would rather pay a little more and know that I will receive my medication and be treated well than save a few bucks and go through this nightmare again.
