Charge each gang using RICO, tie one member of each game to a felony, ANY FELONY, offer one member each a plea deal if you must.
Then use the felony murder rule to get them all for capital murder - problem solved.
Maybe look for a new job.
Finally a man who isn't taking bribes, refreshing.
A sad disgrace to any victim willing to fight.... and didn't have the balls to face their client with thier actions.
Cost taxpayers tens of millions of dollars with extremely WEAK evidence that resulted in a 3-year not guilty verdict. It also cost a young man $3-$10 million dollars and changed the course of his life forever. He should resign and withhold himself from any public service position. Tax payer money is real money not an endless resource to pander to your political and career agendas. As a taxpayer, I hope this costs millions more in the form of a lawsuit from the falsely accused.
