Shortly after my first script was called into HealthWarehouse.com, I received an email stating my password had been changed by them. I was appalled. I responded immediately and informed them in all my years of doing business online I had never encountered such an alarming practice. Their poorly stated reasoning did not apply to me. I went onto their website, set up an account with my password, as usual, end of story. I asked them to state on my account, under no circumstances are they allowed to change my password. I've encountered yet another issue with them. The invoice sent with my prescription did not include the shipping charges. I requested several times for an invoice with total charges, to date, I've not received it. I was told by a customer service agent that it had to be mailed to me. Guess what, no shipping charges on invoice. With today's technology this request should be simple enough. Right ????
