Door men! Cosmetics department full of people talking to each other! I sense this style of Shopping is a niche market.

Went to Harvey Nichols to visit the Fenty make up, I am still waiting to be served and there were 4 staff and no other customers. Very poor customer service. HN is a little in my opinion elitist and the impression is they are doing you a favor just by allowing you in. Rather go to Selfridges.

Don't expect quality service at Harvey Nichols. I can't believe how rude the staff in Harvey Nichols are. I went to collect my order in store, it was 10minutes before the man behind the counter even acknowledged me. It was a nightmare to collect my order as I spent a lot of time waiting around. To add to that the man behind the counter at the collect in store kept stating that I needed to pay full price for my item, that was until showed my receipt/invoice and explained the situation of my last delivery arriving in a poor state. I got a discount because the 30% off rewards HN did a couple weeks ago. It maybe a luxury store & brand but you don't get quality customer service. Last time I buy from HN.

I ordered Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille 100ml - the original package arrived in a poor condition. Some kind of liquid had saturated packaging and to top it off my package was not even sealed. I requested for my order to be collected from HN Knightsbridge. I travelled to london to pick up my order - I'm glad I now have my order in perfect condition ready for it to be gifted at Christmas. The hassle ( I've had 5people from HN customer services email me asking me to explain my issues over and over again, despite having spoken to 3 representatives on the phone. I appreciate they're trying to understand what's gone off but it was simply too many spoons in the pot, 2 people max would've been fine to deal with but not 5.

If you have an issue and need to call HN customer services, you need to get a lady called Eve. Eve was excellent and sorted my situation iur right away, it's just funny how the others I spoke to couldn't deal with it. The hassle on the phone to HN Customer Services and the rudeness in store and the hassle it's taken to get the order has resulted that I will never again order or buy from this store. I've never had an issue with Harrods and would buy from Harrods repeatedly. Harvey Nichols, it's the 2nd and last time I'll order from you.

The 5th floor roof terrace of Harvey Nichols is still one of the best places to get a healthy meal and a great experance!

Good range of designers and decent coffee bar - I'd like to see a far greater range for men like that offered by Mr Porter for instance with whom I regularly shop.

Good range of items across the spectrum, did our pre Christmas recce of the store. Excellent dining options on the 5th floor which won't break the Bank. Ideal resting place while shopping.

Snobs, snobs & more snobs. Treat you like dirt if you don't wear a diamond tiara.

A good shopping complex, more relaxed atmosphere compared to Harrods or Selfridges.

The staff at the Fenty counter come across as obnoxious. They make you go wait in a line even if you just want to buy items you have had previously. There is also security the enforce this. It doesn't come across a good customer service.
Once you're inside the tiny cornered off area you then go through a consultation. This is great if you've never used the products before. But it should be an option if people want it, not mandatory.

The complex of brands and others is not far from Harrods more than a 7 minute walk

We went to eat at Burger & Lobster. Here are some pictures of the Original Beef Burger and the Lobster Roll (fries are extra but worth it!). The place was quite crowded but we had a table without reservation. Overall the food was good and I would recommend to go!

Lunch on the terrace cant ask for any more great food good service what's not to like

Great upscale store in knightsbridge. From outside its pretty ordinary but inside is different. Go to the upper level and enjoy having your food with amazing view of London. I tried lubster burger and was fantastic.

Could be due to Covid-19 but food and service very disappointing particularly Yo Sushi

A very attractive contemporary department store with branded clothing that is in line with the times! Especially since it is always a good alternative to the competitor that is mostly overrun by tourists right next door!

Staff at fenty were very nice however other open spaced store staff seemed slighly nobbish if you dont look like you have money or dressed in a certain attire suited or corporate its like your downgraded .just a feeling i got .

Yesterday I went in Blink Brown and I had an amazing experience! My assistant was a lovely Lebanese lady, Sarah did an amazing job with my eyelashes. I recommend this place, they are specialists and very professional!

I think this place needs an update. Its been the same layout for years. It is just OK. No complaints, it's there for a reason.

The Wine Shop, have interesting collections with feasonable price (given u understand alcohols)

Seem to have downsized some of the collections which is a shame. Would prefer Harrods or Selfridges.

Good collection of high end clothes, and service from staff is friendly, if you got money to spend and less time to shop this is the place in London.

What a fantastic place, honestly that good I think it stands out as an icon of London! Rubbing shoulders with the likes of Harrods, for the simple fact it's staff, in particular seems dedicated to you from the moment you walk in the door. Superb range too. The burger and lobster HAS to be experienced!

Second only to Harrods and Selfridges, if you don't intend to wrestle the crowd at Harrods then this department store is for you. Located just accross the road from the tube station, and carries all the super brands offered at harrods. Namely Givenchy, Balenciaga, Kenzo, Calvin Klein main line, amiri, and many more.

World top level shopping department. Best brands, best environment, best service. You could find the definition of rich people here. Lots of rich Middle East people gather here. Probably those rich Middle East people are actually the target of Sweden and Germany immigration policy however it seems Europe gets the poor refugees and smart British people get the money with fewest population. Sarcasm;)

Abysmal service at the Fenty Beauty counter. The rude sales associates tried to refuse my return claiming that they don't do any refunds, exchanges or anything else like that even though it clearly says you can online and on the back of the receipt and I was within the 14 day return time.

I really love this store, great selection of items one cannot find elsewhere, and almost always exceptional service.
