Ordered something on their website as an Xmas gift and 5 days before Xmas get an email saying sorry they got their stock levels wrong and can t fulfill the order. Now it s too late to order something else. Livid! Poor service won t be using them again

If you've got a strong bank acount its great for shoping but if you're as poor as a churchyard mouse like me even the coffee was expensive and to be honest not very nice great venue though just know where near what i expected . Obviously the Ladys nd Lads that lunch there are not into coffee like madboy is .

The original Harvey NICs... With floors upon floors of all kinds items. From designer high end brands to high street brand.

Great selection of clothes and more, amazing food hall.

Amazing place for shopping and first class restaurants.

Poor sales staff's manner, didnt want to help customer

Good quality reflected in the prices. Staff leave you to browse in peace until you ask for advice.

Shopping mall just like all of them but check out the nice restaurants and bars on the top floor! Especially burgers and lobster is a winner!

Nice cafe on 5 & friendly staff in the Christian Louboutin section.

Good cafe and bar in the 5th floor. Nicer than Harrods for shopping because it's smaller and better organised. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Note to the staff: dont just stand there admiring your hair in the mirrors...you will be surprised that if your pleasant customers may do more spending.

Robotic staff who are more like husks than humans. Treated as though we were criminals just because we were not wearing cashmere socks. An outrage really, and I for one will not be returning unless I get promoted to a higher status of human

Staff in the perfume department are friendly & engaging.

Lovely coffee and biscuits and of course excellent service

It s a really big department store. They have so many brands around the world and collection. You can buy lots of things here. The stuff can speak good English and other language depends on their nationality. For the tourists, you can take your tax refund in cash. It s really convenient. More quiet and less busy compared to Harrods.

Ludicrously expensive if that's your sort of thing. The o ly place in London to sell Fenty so had to be done

Bit crowded but the staff and ambience was very good.

Slow service in the Grey Goose bar on the 5th floor

Surprisingly, prices for the roof terrace are better than expected. Staff friendly and attentive.

Great food and shopping experience with unique brands and good customer service. Changing areas are fab, particularly when you go to the VIP section to try on items purchased online!

The sushi bar on the top floor is absolutely great and is just so nice little bit of luxury little bit pricey but lots of amazing flavours

Disappointing experience, quite low ceilings and feeling of being crammed, staff fairly disinterested and not hugely helpful.

The range of products is much less comprehensive than expected. Designed a lot more for the regular punter who would care about day-by-day changes than being able to go in and find what you want, regardless of the trend.

Really bad experience with an item. Customer service is very bad, don t buy here anything as they are liers.

A cafe inside the store. The Scones set and the fish and chips are good.

Came to get help and advice from the Fenty Beauty counter and I'm so glad I did. The team are more far approachable than most beauty counters. The team here have a more relaxed/casual uniform and a friendly approach meant I was able to ask lots of questions and not feel pressured to buy. I ended up being really impressed by the products and bought the foundation & primer. I've always dreaded the Stepford Wife vibe of most makeup departments, but this was a really great experience so I'll definitely be back (with more questions).

What a lovely place. Just too hot for a department store. The need to put a thermometer at the entrance to warn you. The busiest counter was Fenty Beauty. I wonder why?

One of my favourite department stores in London. Staff are very helpful. Many lines, brands, top designs... For men, Women & Children.. From perfume, makeup, clothes, shoes, handbags, & much more. Not to miss their famous " Lobester & Burger ", great food. & lots more to do at H&N

One of the best department stores in London which isn't full of tourist! Smaller than others in the capital but has everything one needs... the restaurants on the 5th floor have a great selection.

This department store has a huge assortment of brands.

What's not to like? Love the fifth floor though. At least the staff on 5th don't look down their noses at you!
