Very helpful and attentive staff, who clearly knew what they were talking about.

The bar on the bottom floor was more expensive than it should, but if you go there, you kindof expect that beforehand.

Its a unique store, small if it compared to other departments store.

Staffs awareness definitely in place and well displayed of items.
Unfortunately reason for me been there let them down.
My client who shoes size is 43 was sold size42 in size43 box. I had to dash there 10am Saturday morning as he was leaving for the Airport at 12noon to exchange.

Their apology was sincere and even offered me coffee. Will shop there again and again. Beautiful surrounding areas and just less than a minute work from Knightsbridge Station. Respectful.

A wonderful selection of luxury and fashion brands, friendly (but not intrusive) service, all set out for easy viewing and selection. Much better than the experience at Harrods for clothes/shoes/handbags

Expensive store but if you want something different they will have it.

A wonderful market for an accent smaller than Hards

I actually went the roof garden there and it was lovely, with great service.

Lovely shop with a good variety of departments. I liked the top floor with the food and drink, some really nice items to choose from. The designers are great, only really looked at Canada goose in the clothing. Some more unusual perfumes, make up and skincare brands from the run of the mill stores. Not quite as good as selfridges or harrods but worth a visit if in the area.

Nice department store, lots of variety and not too busy.

Best menswear department in London, could spend all week in here.

A great experience however some of the brands they have on website are not in Harvey Nichols.

I understand that they are going through a refurbishment, but the store guide isn't very detailed or helpful and the layout seems confusing.

Great store.....pity it doesn't have a chocolate lounge like Edinburgh

Harvey Nichols is awesome! They have the best, in my opinion, and my favourite beauty bars there is. I come here every so often just to get my brows done, because that s how great they are at doing their job. The staff are very friendly and the service is quick and efficient.

Great shopping experience, vast array of goods on offer ranging from medium priced to high- end goods at high prices. Some of the friendliest staff you could ever meet offering a high standard of customer service without pushing to make a sale. Some of the staff in other popular high end department stores in London could certainly learn a lesson or two from the staff here!

This store offers great stock of some of my favourite but unusual brands. They use a good / simple / paperless app points system - although I m still awaiting my recent rewards.
80% of staff are really helpful, although some are a little rude with minimal customer service skills. For example; the girls in Anine Bing are fabulous, but one assistant in Sandro was really rude. Can really vary between each concession. Despite this, still a nice department store located next to the tube and bus links.

There are food and shopping, lobster burgers on the fifth floor

I had the best service here. This is such an iconic London dept store where you can find things hard you may not find elsewhere. Great menswear selection. I got 30% off for signing up for the email service for the first time. Right outside the Knightbridge tube station too

Really lovely dinner venue. The staff were OK trying to stay on top of more tables than idea. The food was disappointing and NOT value for money. I am not going back under current management!

Hmmm. Bit underwhelmed. Had a strange experience, bought a jewelry item that was on display (as it was the last one) no discount for being on display, I also had a faff going up three floors to discuss the possibility of them ordering the item to collect in store. I don't know why that couldn't be done at the nearest till on the ground floor? Seemed like an ancient and odd way to do business.

Went for brunch here and sat on the roof terrace - the staff were so friendly, took the time to chat to us and make sure we were having a great time.

Burger Lobster restaurant is available at the store

Lovely cocktails in the upstairs bar. The Old Fashioned is highly recommended.

Their bubbletea on the 5th floor is excellent and inexpensive for this place of luxury.

So nice place for shopping,quite not crowded. The right place for facile, and afternoon tea there is wonderful.

Good place to shop in if you want to avoid large crowds like Harrods!
They have a wonderful selection of items here!

Took advantage of their bottomless pancakes offer for pancake Day! Great table service and loving outdoor heated seating area.

Yes you can find everything but the prices are just crazy. Especially at the bar.

One of London's favorite department stores, the restaurant on the top floor is very stylish ~

Rating only bubbleology the manager was really nice. Fenty Beauty was expecting better customer service!

OK. But feels from another time not move on roof top bar great in the 80s

Big store so much stock inside, great layout and scenery.

Didn t shop here, but tasted typical english tee in a friendly and nice enviroment on the fifth floor!

got me a new bec and bridge dress, cannot wait to wear it
