The Small things

High-end products have been sold at Yeezy by Adidas. // This mall is near Harret. Walking comfortably, not crowded Of many famous brands, chic clothes, stylish, price, quality There is a lovely pub on the top floor of this mall. I don't really dare to take the camera to shoot because I feel immediately. I think people here want privacy. Is if you are a star I'm going to walk this mall.

Really nice store. Great selection of clothes friendly staff. And you pop in for some food.

I am afraid the Parfum section is not organised. Staff all over the place. No identified price labels. No product knowledge. I left with buying anything. Very disappointed. Wasted journey.

Went to Burger & Lobster for a family dinner. We had both the burgers & lobster. Although the food was delicious completely not with the money. Would conclude by saying its a been there done that experience.

The doorman was a nice touch and all the ladies where really friendly and helpful thank.

Harvey Nicholls Great department store lovely things to look at nice designer ranges on the 1st floor and after a exhausting walk around you can relax on the fifth floor coffee shop where they serve a variety of coffee and different food varieties.

An astonishing range of brand and prices, but still more expensive than the average kind of shopping mall. This one is more the Up Scale type.
The food court at the top floor has just amazing food: I strongly advise the Chili Chiken wraps with the spicy sauce - Just amazing.
Place to avoid on boxing dayz.

Free WiFi is HN-Wifi but doesn't not work. Poor mobile reception. Much more pleasant experience than Harrods offering much of the same. Head to the fifth floor for great selection of restaurants and bars. Outdoor terrace is a nice spot in the summer.

Very big and has FENTY BEAUTY!! Wasn't impressed with the amount of drinks they offered, other than YO! Sushi which we presumed you had to buy food to get a bottle of fizzy pop!! Other than that it's an amazing place!! Definitely recommend

Not a premium service, Ordered a Christmas present for my wife, there courier did not deliver it and looks like they ve lost it. Now Harvey Nichols are acting like they are the middle man between me and the courier when it is really between them.

10 days a wife has no Christmas present and looks like won t even receive it for New Years Eve. AVOID as poor customer service

really nice shop with everything from clothes to food.

They are a department store with many interesting brands and boutiques, and a very good service from everyone who works there. It is very comfortable to visit them, even with a baby carriage and children since they have many lifts. In the food court they prepare salads, sandwiches, wraps, woks and food instantly and it is really delicious. But everything they prepare there is to take away, you have to take it into account. Hyde park is very close by making it ideal for organizing a picnic. If the weather is not good, there are also a couple of interesting restaurants to eat lobster, hamburger or sushi.

I had great breakfast there. Only thing which put me off was hair on my drink. Waitress asked me if I need new one. It was awkward as I do not need but I would like. Anyway, we had great breakfast

Step back in time to a glorious part of London History. Beautiful as a casual visitor or a serious savvi shopper.

Unfortunately prices are very expensive and unreasonable the show is very nice

Old Town Commercial Grade 'a short walk from Harrods

If you go to London you go to Harvey Nichols. Well I do. Many floors both below and above ground to explore plus rooftop sustenance. Stop for a coffee or explore the exclusive rang of provisions. There are many HN exclusives in fashion and beauty/perfume where you must be prepared to be assailed by many staff. You'll enjoy the visit.

Never been a fan of Harvey Nichols however, the food hall and top floor restaurants are good. Food is fresh and nicely presented. Staff friendly and attentive, bubbly and seems haply.

Customer service useless, their apps not working , emailed them to add my points, NO reply; been told the organisation ,\ behind the scene, of the store is a mess, really???

All designers are there, not crowded and very good service

Always pop in whenever I'm near the area a lot less people then in the big Green store nearby.

Great brands and great service. The new menswear boutique on the lower levels is beautifully structured.

Good quality stuff. We had tea and muffins and cakes. Excellent.

It's amazing. To check it out for yourself and definitely go eat at Zelaman meats. Their dirty steak is divine

Extremely friendly staff especially the ladies section of Michael Kors. Very patient and helpful.

Worth visiting for shopaholics, more modern brands than Harrods or Selfridges

Came with my two kids in a double pushchair which i thought would be challenging but staff were more that happy to physically direct me to the lifts, open tills to serve me and make me really comfortable

Love walking around and looking at all that I will purchase...when I can afford to.
Fenty area is too small though...I think as a range that is clearly bringing in alot of revenue, you should encourage a wider space that is more comfortable for your customers.

It's good but losing its appeal compared to places like Westfield's.

Actually I don't like it, I prefer Selfridge or Harrods a million times.

It s a really big department store. They have so many high end brands from around the world from makeup to designer clothing. The staff were very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. The building is divided over 5 floors, with mostly food locations on the higher floors. Its easy to get to as the train station is literally on its door step.

I went in to look for some clothes to purchase in the men s section. I was made to feel very uneasy by the staff downstairs as they followed me round and kept repeatedly asking if I m looking for anything in particular. I felt like they were watching me at every section I looked at. I don t mind the fact they asked if I was after anything however it was at least 4-5 times and it got overwhelming and quite rude as time went on (this doesn t apply to those working in the shoes area as they were wonderful and welcoming). I ended up leaving and bought what I needed to in Harrods instead, as the staff were much more helpful and didn t make me feel uneasy. Usually my experiences in other Harvey Nichols stores is a very positive one, however today I felt let down
