Love the 5th floor bar, nice place to hand out after a long day or meeting your date for the first time

Great brands, nice food area upstairs offering a great selection of products.

Small and beautiful department store
The 5th floor food street is worth visiting

A fabulous store with very friendly and helpful staff and clothes and shoes to lust after even if you can't necessarily always afford them!

One one of my favourite shops and they got so many collection of perfume and closes main closes and ladies

Staff heavy cafe service and surrounding average but pricey

The girls in the make up hall are great, especially on the Urban Decay concession, professional, down to earth and not pushy in the slightest- refreshing in a high-end department store! The only thing that can occasionally let the place down is the service on the salad/hot food counter in the food court. Quite often disinterested and not particularly customer focused either. Food however is always good!

Nice cocktails. A bit expensive, but it goes with the whole kind of fancy atmosphere. The bar is small but nice. Overall ok.

It is a nice department store. I used to shop there at least twice a month but I stopped because I experienced some kind of discrimination/racism. Especially in the perfume department. They will be giving 'sample' to smell but when they see a black person they pretend to be busy doing something else to avoid her. I though that had stopped but again I experienced it twice today. Other than that everything else was good. Thank you and have a great week

The personal shopping experience is lovely. We were made to feel really special and the team are really lovely.

I went with family to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time and got a lovely dress. And the champagne is gorgeous

Ottimo centrale commerciale, presenti tutte le grandi marche, consigliato per chi vuole fare dello shopping di lusso.

Just popped in for a pre lunch glass of champagne and the waiter over heard our conversation about it being my wives birthday and really went the extra mile.

It s a really big department store. They have so many brands around the world and collection. You can buy lots of things here. The stuff can speak good English and other language depends on their nationality. For the tourists, you can take your tax refund in cash. It s really convenient. More quiet and less busy compared to Harrods.

Large Variety of Clothing As a clothing fan Gave me plenty of options! Ranging from MKI to Gucci and off-white they have it all and Service is absolutely brilliant can have a great chat about designer clothes with some of the Workers

This review is just my personal opinion about one item which I ordered on that day and not meant to generalise the overall restaurant by any means.

I'm sure there are better options on the menu, but can't recommend the salad unfortunately. <3

Big department store with excellent rooftop restaurant.

Bright and friendly atmosphere. Good service and a good price ratio for London.

My favorite Shopping mall. Literally, you get everything you want there at a high price. From Cosmetics, Perfumes, Wines, Clothings, Beauty products, shoes, bags & lots more.
The trendy crowd makes it even more admirable, you meet different people from all walks of life shopping. Available restaurants and pubs, public restroom, help desk Centre, Wheelchair accessible entrance, fantastic sights and sounds.

Okish. A bit dated in terms if deco. No comparison to the likes of Selfridges.

Always a delightful experience. Friendly staff and happy to help. Love the fragrances on offer here.

Next to Harrods, a high-end department store. Do not tear your hair off.

I just don't like the layout, too many corners and you don't know where are you going. The restaurant at the top serves good food.

You can't go wrong shopping at Harvey Nichols, it's as simple as that. Great staff always been helpful for whatever I've needed to buy.

A great array of designer products including clothes for men and women, accessories, bags and cosmetics. It is reasonably sized and it has multiple floors. Worth a visit for sure if in the area.
It is less majestic and is smaller than Harrods but it sells almost the same products.

We went for tea and a scone enjoyed it very much, very well looked after,

its an instant hit of poshness. i was frantically searching for a "no peasants" sign, but couldn't find one so quickly made my purchase and was glad to be out.

Here certainly the top floor belonged to the top, here the people come to see and be seen.

I didn't have time to eat but the menu looked good. Bought some goodies in the foodhall :-)

As you would expect, great shop with great products. It's Knightsbridge so you need a few quid for a splash-out.

Oligarch-chic London paradigm, absolutely fabulous range of designer clothing and couture concessions with a nod to bijou home furnishings and a little food hall (deli, butcher, choclatier, luxemonde hamper fillers)) onhe top floor. Bar, Lobster Burger and Yo! Sushi on the food hall floor. HSBC owned these days and while it's still a great department store, it's more competent business class than connoisseur First.

Went to the cocktail masterclass. Fantastic experience. Loved it

It's a good place to wander around. There's a mac stand on the ground floor if you love makeup.

While on a recent tour of Europe, my wife was in search of Blanton's Gold edition bourbon whisky as a favor for a friend. It is impossible to get stateside, so we hoped to find it abroad. After searching in Belgium, Holland, and Copenhagen with no luck, my wife finally came across a listing for Blanton's on the Harvey Nichols website. She emailed Harvey Nichols to find out if they had any in stock in their Knightsbridge store and promptly received a positive reply from a 'stylist' who offered to reserve a bottle for pick-up when we passed through London en route home. Pick-up was easy and the bottle was packed up for air travel. The staff in the wine and spirits department were very helpful and friendly.

It can be a bit overwhelming so you kind of need to know where your going

I had an issue with Valentino online store (which I would rate very bad) but this store manger Ash helped me from the begging and sorted everything out.

Visited burger and lobster in Knightsbridge and I have to say for a London restaurant they have the most terrible customer service, attitude and not child friendly. I, my wife and 5 month old baby visited the restaurant with another couple who also have a 2 year old baby. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were told that only one pushchair is allowed per table and a maximum of two pushchairs in the restaurant at the same time. As there was already a pushchair in the restaurant we had a wait over an hour to be seated while everyone other customer was seated right away and when we were seated our friends who we had planned to have a meal with had to sit on the other side of the restaurant to us even though there was loads of space around our table, we even offered to leave one of the pushchairs outside the restaurant but this was not allowed.

We did ask to speak to a manager who told us basically that s the rules and there s nothing she could do (personally she had an attitude of I don t care and didn t seem interested in finding a solution to the issue).
Come on burger on lobster you re a big chain and this is 2017 and you shouldn t have rules like this.

Nothing ever changes except the shop displays at this iconic departmental store . Walk right in to be enveloped by scents from perfumes and spritzea from all manner of beauty brands from around the world . The fashion buyers here pride themselves on carrying the best and the coolest merchandise and once you need a break from credit card fatigue, ascend upwards to the 5th floor where it's eponymous cafe and all other manner of delectable offerings including a conveyor belt sushi bar promise to recharge you for yet another round of magnetic stripe swishing..husbands keep your wife's and daughters away if you want to escape ruinous bank debt.

Awful customer service from one member of staff. Didn't expect this from a store of this caliber.

From the best centers in London. The food hall upstairs is unbeatable: everything you buy here is delicious. I especially like the collection of bags you have. All select, beautiful and good.

The price of meat is reasonable and recommended amount to eat satisfactory amount.
