Harrison Hot Springs is a run down hole. Their pools are disgusting and over clorinated/crowded and they could care less about their guests. We stayed there for 2 nights.. from garbage on the room floors, to used hair ties in the shower and left over items from previous guests and the disgustingly dirty unkept rooms.

Kids have rashes and blisters and I have conveniently contracted shingles over the whole right side of my face which im now on meds for. After complaining to guest services all they did was thank me for my feedback. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

I summed up the stay by leaving a message written in the caked on dust/dirt that could be found on every inch of the disgusting room.

If I could share the pictures they would horrify you.

Just spent a girl's weekend at the resort. We had an amazing time! The Hot Springs pools were the best part! Didn't eat at the resort as it's close to some other great restaurants. Would recommend to people looking for a relaxing getaway!

While the facilities were terrific with various spring pools, our 'heritage' room was less so, as we could all of the foot traffic on the floor above us, and there were various cracks on the ceilings... our room was worse off than most motels, and we felt a bit cheated having spent $250 for the night. We suggest to upgrade to the newer building albeit the cost if you value your sleep.

It's considered a 3 star hotel. Prices of a 5 stars. Definitely overpriced.
We stayed in the East Wing - that's the newest apparently. The carpet was just disgusting, dirty, stained. So was the carpet in the common area hallways. Cable tv only had a few channels working, nothing for kids. Movies can be purchased for 23 dollars which is a lot if you ask me.
We had the dinner buffet one night. For 30 dollars a person the selection was poor. Previously frozen cakes, a soup that hardly had any veggies in it and lots of salads -the cheapest dish.
Staff on the other hand was great. Polite and curteous. The outside amenities are nice. Beautiful landscaping.
Also, if memory serves me right, guests used to be able to stay at the pool after checking out for as long as they wish. Now they kick you out at 1 pm and you have to remove your car by 1:30 from their lot. Did not appreciate that at all. So if you only purchase a night, that costs about $300, you get your room after 4 pm on the check- in day and you have to check out by 11 am and allowed to enjoy the pool only until 1 pm. That's a rip off. Will I go again? Nope.

One of the few natural hot springs fed resorts in Southern BC. Great staff and lots of accomodation options for different budgets.

If you prefer quiet sleep I recommend Lake View rooms as that way you won't hear the outdoor pool noises from guests and you'll get a nice view of the lake to boot.

If you like to be closer (30 seconds away) to the outdoor hot springs pools then a pool view room would be ideal. Pools close for everyone at 11pm so the noise may not be an issue however they do open at 8am... so if you like to sleep in get a lake view room.

Gets loud inside with the echo of kids screaming and jumping in the pool. One kid was squeeking like a car alarm. Had to escape a few times to the outdoor adult pool but not a preferred spot due it being winter with cold rain falling. Still got a relaxing time after a hard week of house painting. I don't know yet of an alternative equivalent setting for less price for painters near Langley.

Amazing Laval vacation at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. We checked in late and were upgraded to the Lake View room. The front desk girl was front desk was welcoming. Our room was clean but unfortunately it was very rainy so we didn t see much of a view. The Hot Springs were very crowded since the indoor pools were closed. They ask us to use the family pool which had a lot more people then the adult pool and agreed to let us in. There was a very rowdy person in the pool who got kicked out. In the morning it was sunny and the view was amazing, the restaurant was amazing and the pools were not busy at all. It was an amazing day

So far this place is great, great view, great room (very big). Room has A/C, TV, King size bed and private balcony. The resort has a restaurant, bar, cafe and a coffee shop. Only thing I didn't care for was how packed the hot springs were. Not the fault of resort.

You'd want to use the inside pool and adult pool for more heat. The kiddies pool is pretty lukewarm and doesn't give you enough of a "hot spring" feel

Very enjoyable experience, rooms are nice, has a view of the lake

Attendants are well versed in customer service, pretty good compared to the rest of Canada

Bad experience all around it! I went with high expectations and got completely disappointed. We booked our family trip almost a month in advance, I wanted to have some balloons put in our room before the arrival, my girl loves balloons and since it was husband's birthday I thought it will be nice so after receiving a very welcoming email from the manager (for sure just an automated one), offering help with spa and restaurant reservations, I emailed back with my balloons request, only to receive another email saying that they don't do any balloons and that they will note my husband birthday on the reservation, I thanked and email back questioning about a buffet dinner and if they could help with the reservation, they replied that the Copper Room may offer that, here is the number you can call them after 3pm. I didn't reserve that.
day finally came in and we drove all the way from Vancouver, we stopped by to have a nice dinner before arriving to the hotel, so big line up to start with, not a smile from the check in person, her question... is this your first visit to our hotel? my answer, Yes! with lots of things in my mind, where are the pools? the restaurant? now i saw coming to the hotel a restaurant "Lakeside view" or "Lakeview Restaurant" so i thought oh we have credit for this restaurant if we want to come and have dinner here, "I got a dinner package or something like that when I booked my hotel". but going back to check in, i answered to her question Yes this is my first time in the hotel, so she pointed a map on the back of my check-in paper and said here is a map so you can locate yourself in the buildings. then pointed to right side, take the elevator go to the second floor and go down the hall to your room. hhmm ok off we go, brought luggage from the car and got to the stinky room we were assigned, so i would not stay in that smelly stinky hall, elevator and room, i called the reception and told the operator that i really need another room, she was like we are fully booked, if you want a different side then you can go for tonight but tomorrow you'll have to come back to this one, huh??? she also offered a room just below us, so we went down smelled the room and this was good. so we switched to the first floor, now they put a box of chocolates for my husband in our room that said Happy birthday, that is one of the stars, 2nd because it has the "hot springs pools" but Saturday morning 9am someone knocks on your door???? on my holidays, even my girl was surprised!! ok so a lady asks... do you want us to make up your room?? I said no, do you need coffee or towels? please towels. when i closed the door I saw the door sign PLEASE MAKE UP MY ROOM, I did not put it out. however, we went out that night for about an hour, we came back to a Half way done bed, and a note with the history of the hot springs. did someone just came in???? of course!!! and i called the operator and she said why didn't you put the sign out saying do not disturb??? my answer I DIDNT PUT THE SIGN THAT SAYS PLEASE MAKE UP MY ROOM!!!!!. anyway, Sunday came we need to look for breakfast and for our entire stay we were thinking that the restaurant we had to go to was the one we saw when driving in, but no!! there is a Cafe Lakeside Cafe on the 2nd. at check out, I want to complaint manager is trying to fool me saying that the housekeeping and some other entity do not communicate at all and that is why, the lady that knocked on my door at 9am on Saturday will not inform housekeeping to not make up my room, the other explanation was... because it was my husband birthday they'll come in as a nice gesture to check up on our room!!!! are your serious???? that is invading MY PRIVACY!!!!!!! this manager didn't even say I apologize for your inconvenience or sorry to hear about your experience, nothing I just said I hope that you put this for the record because it will surely be my last visit to this hotel. you need better communication, she was like sure will give this information to the powers of being and that was it!.
So bad I had to write this review!!

Room was a bit dated, but spacious. Bathtub drain was blocked, but they got an engineer in quickly to remedy the issue. Pools were plentiful and the views lovely. Food in Harrison is a bit lacking and expensive.

The rooms are very dated and dirty! The sink in the bathroom was broken. We had a room with a view of the pool, this mostly very crowded pool was also dirty. There is no air conditioning in the room, very hot at night! Unable to open the windows because there was a lot of noise !!! Not recommended, the owners should be ashamed to ask such overpriced prices!

Went to a wedding here and it was great. Rain backup room was still made to look magical for the ceremony (which was supposed to be on the beach) on a stormy summer day. One pool is open after 11 pm which made for a nice end to the party! We were able to have fun and be a little noisy in a closed environment which I'm sure the other hotel patrons appreciated.

Our arrival was met with warm staff that booked our room and upgraded us to her choice of the best room for our second night as they're booked for our package. Dinner and music was fantastic and the massage the next day exquisite. They moved everything for us into a spectacular room we couldn't ask for betters. Breakfast is great, staff so happy to help. We will be back!!!

We stayed in the east tower on the 7th floor. We prefer the east tower because it is quieter. We always have a great time at the resort, but this time were awoken twice in the night by drunken neighbours banging on the adjoining room. Resort was great despite inconsiderate guests. The resort's response was slightly dismissive.

We waited an hour in line to check in to be told that our room wasn't ready. We got the call that our room was finally ready at 5:15 when check in time is 4pm, delay by an hour. I specifically requested 4 robes to be in our room when I checked in at 4. When we got to our rooms at 6:30 there were no robes at all. We called front desk to request robes and it took nearly an hour to be brought up. For a resort where the main draw is the hot spring pools it's ridiculous that we weren't provided with even one robe in our room when we first got it, even more ridiculous that we waited an hour for front desk to bring us robes. We didn't pay over 300 to wait in our rooms.

Overpriced for the amenities. Needs some TLC. Vending and ice machines not working on multiple floors, Copper room dinner was pricey and the service was very poor. Had to go buy our own beer from the bar and request our server's attention twice.
Hot pools were very crowded as the public pool was closed so the hotel pool was opened to public. Wish I'd known this, would've booked a different hotel.

Been there 5 times. Love the pools. Spa massage was good too. Copper Room dining was excellent. Beautiful views. Lovely lake waterfront with plenty of boutiques and cafes. Boat rentals and charters too. Don't miss brunch in the Lakeside Cafe.

The whole place needs a bit of a facelift. Very old building with old interior. Creaky raised floors, smoke tinged walls, carpet almost worn through in some areas. The pools themselves were okay I guess but was expecting a little more atmosphere. They're only a stone's throw from the parking lot, surrounded by room Windows.

Spa couples massage wasn't worth the $250 at all - stay away from it.

Breakfast buffet will hurt your wallet but the food was good. I suggest the "Spanish sauce eggs" if you need to stay here. If not, maybe avoid this resort.

Staff and management are a monstrosity! It s quite an over exaggeration to call this a resort it s like calling a roach motel a bed and breakfast! Whistler resorts makes this place look like holiday inn ( the ghetto parts of LA)! BE AWARE, when considering a stay!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary one evening and had a great time. It was a little pricy, but the hot springs were wonderful and we had a great view of the lake from our room. We would stay here again.

Service was nice but facilities and rooms were not worth the price. Room was incredibly small and tight confines, poorly lit, and squeaking floors. Pools themselves are overcrowded with too many people abusing the no outside drinks rule

We arrived on a busy Monday and our room was available only a bit after 4. In return the hotel management didn't charge us for parking and allowed to check out at noon on the next day. One extra hour was all we needed. We appreciate it very much. Everything was great.

I took my wife here for our 11th anniversary, the stay was disappointing!! I had booked a suite for us to stay in and the cost of the room was over $450 per night. When we got to the room we had noticed a few things that were not up to par with the cost of the room. There was wine stains on the carpets and the non smoking room had the worst smell of smoke I have ever Smelt. At that time I was trying to look past the few things as we were there to celebrate our anniversary. We had left the room to head downstairs get a couples massage when returning we were going to get ready for dinner, at that point my wife started to brush her teeth before dinner, I heard me wife yell and say this place is so gross, I walk to the bathroom to find a backed up sink with hair coming out of the drain. At that point I had phoned down to talk to the front counter manager, there was no manager on duty. So I had left a message for them to call me In The morning to talk about some of this stuff. In the morning we decided to come home, on the way home I had to call the resort back to talk to the manager as she didn t call me back in the morning. I explained the situation with her and she even made a comment of .... man is that ever gross!! She then said she would look into my complaint issues and call me back and try to Rectify the situation. I had to wait additional 24 hours before I heard back from the manager, in between that time I had even left her another message for her. When she contacted me back I did not hear my phone ring so she had left me a message, she said sorry for the troubles you have had on your stay with us but she was happy to reimburse me our $10 parking fee. Lol what a joke!!! We were there for less then 24hrs and our total bill was just under $1000. It was a slap in my face to offer a $10 parking fee. I truly do not recommend going here, you pay premium price for sub par service. Terrible job Harrison resort you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!

Horrible beds - horrible food - horribly busy!

Horrible beds - horrible food - horribly busy!

Also on a side note: the food in town and at the hotel is all very greasy and we were unable to find any place to eat healthy, well made food. All the food that we tried, tasted like corn starch and grease.

The beds at the hotel are the worst I have ever been to and we were in one of the newer rooms. The bed smelled like spices and body odor and they didn t use fitted sheets which showed us a stained mattress below the unfitted sheets that were sloppily thrown on the bed to make look like they were freshly made maybe...?

The outdoor pools were dirty and too many people allowed in these times. They did post small signs about the 1-2 people in elevator rule but people either didn t notice the signs or they just didn t follow them and there was no enforcement by hotel staff.

Harrison isn t what it used to be....
This resort hotel gets a thumbs down from us.

The hot pools are amazing and so relaxing. The West wing is good for better soundproofing than the main hotel. There's a coffee shop and gift shop as well. We tend to go in winter so there's not as much going on in the town, but those hot pools are just right. Makes it more of a getaway to relax instead of days chock full of activity.

Lovely resort, the renovation of the spas has totally changed the place. Rooms are nice, robes and towels are so soft, and parking is only $10 a day. Unfortunately for all of Harrison there really is no night life. But it is a nice little place for a one or two night relaxation retreat

The location is good and some rooms have good views. The rooms in the main hotel are dated. The hot spring pools are nice, especially for young kids but always busy. The main problem with this hotel is the service/attitude. We have stayed multiple times, each time hoping our experience would improve but sadly disappointed each time. This hotel is always very busy therefore they simply don't seem to care about customer service.
