We made reservations for a luxury king room for 5 nights, did the mobile check in and due to weather and traffic checked in at 8pm. They apparently gave our room away and offered us a double queen room in a different tower with no other compensation or explanation. They informed us we would need to talk to the front desk the next morning to get the room we actually booked. If you went on the website we were still able to book the room we wanted the first night but this was impossible for them to provide. We spent the night in a double queen bed room in the coastal tower that was not exactly clean. We found a (fortunately) unused pad laying on the floor by the couch and there was trash in the hallway. We were able to get the room we actually asked for but after talking to a third (and very helpful) front desk person whose name was Diane. They seem to change our reservation every time we use the mobile check in or the fast check in kiosk. This was the first time it was not immediately corrected. Once we were in the room we actually booked, things were better or at least what we expected. But that first night was not good and set a bad tone for the weekend.
