Everything I had at the hotel's service was good I did not like the room was not clean the carpet smelled of hoarseness or humidity and something spiked and I left a welt can improve the service

The only thing I like is the boat taxi, ballet staff, smash burger, and Pin Up Pizza. You don't win there, and the quality of customer service everywhere is not great. I spoke with locals and said they don't go there, they are known for playing to out of towners as well as you don't win there.

Staff was good, beach entry decent but hotel is extremely run down and absolutely filthy. Our Bathroom had a potty mouth smell, carpets are disgusting. Type of people that stay here are nothing but riff raff. Casino is too small, no entertainment. We won t be back...yuck!!

Wrong room. No freaking air conditioning for 18 hours. My room was over 97 degrees and miserable. No sleep. Finally got a different room which took quite a while of waiting and transferring luggage and packing and unpacking everything. Nuts. No safe. Requested fridge for medical reasons. 20 hours later...
Will not stay there again.

The reception at the check in desk was definitely to be desired. I had requested an upgrade upon making my reservation. No upgrade available. Rooms not ready until way after 4:00 pm. The room 31410 was one of the worse rooms I've ever stayed in...totally out dated, dingy and there was something slimey all over the headboard of one of the beds..disgusting! I again asked for another room..Desk area said no rooms available. Then to top it off upon checkout (a day early because I could no longer stand the room or the beds) I was charged an additional $13 for requesting what they say was a deluxe room thru some 3rd party which I have no idea what they were talking about! I could not get a clear answer, ended up just checking out frustrated and upset..NEVER will i go back to Harrahs laughlin even with the offer of a free stay at that particular hotel!

I was expecting more from the sea food buffet. There should of been more of a selection than what they had and for the price. Don't get me wrong it was good.

We had dinner At El Buracho Burritos Guy Fierry restaurant it was delicious extremely large servings had wonderful evening. Defiantly will go back and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

Hotel and casino need an update. Bathroom sink was cracked, tub looked dirty and there is no comfortable chairs to sit on in the room. It would be nice if the check in staff would give you information about the resort especially for first time visitors. We ate every meal off site.

Harrah's has gone downhill. Kasey the VIP services supervisor needs to be retrained. She is Not very accommodating to higher limit players. Lines are very long at check in and the buffets if you are not a Diamond player. The beach is filthy and so is the carpet leading to the beach. The arcade has not been cleaned in a long time. Windows are very water spotted ruining the view. The neon is out on several of the letters spelling Harrah's

I've been coming here for 30 years so It Feels Like Home to me, some of the rooms are still old and our TV was really small. The last few times we've come there have been busloads of tourists coming in so it was a little crazy . But I do love the casino

They put me in the wrong room and charged me for two rooms and some additional charges they could even explain to me why....so annoyed

Book 3 rooms for family on all 3 the AC was not working, they only had one elevator working took me 30 minutes to go down from the 12 floor to casino.

The security there needs to grow up and act like adults. I think 12 year olds act more mature then them. I will never go back to Harrahs Laughlin. Since when does a grown ass man step on a guest foot on purpose. They need to teach there security how to have some respect for their guest..

Sunday worst day to check-in. Other than that good experience.

Checked in to a dirty room, they moved us to a second room with spider webs and dust everywhere!! I'm disgusted!

There's a charge to the WiFi afyer two devices so basically no WiFi. The elevators are either incredibly slow or more than half of them are broken 100% of the time and theres no a/c there or in the halls so prepare to sweat a lot rwally close to tons of drunk people, everything smells like cigarettes, there's no microwave? Even in the suite?... the tub and shower are okay though. Super sucks that everything fom vending machines to the gift stores multiply prices by a ton so don't spend money in the building. View from the 20th floor of the parking lot is just lovely.

We loved this hotel, the place is amazing, the beach is very clean and rooms sparkling, beds super comfortable and staff very friendly

Bummed about no internet in the Rooms, got moved to a nicer room, they need to update that Hotel. Had to lug my computer all the way to rhe back of the casino to get online. I thinkv U could pay $$$ and have it in your rooms. Food was good, although I am use to eating Free at FL Hard Rocks. River Boat cruise to all the Casino's was NICE. No Jackpots for us.

Their buffet was very delicious! Many chooses for your breakfast likes. Ranging from Asian to Mexican. With a omelet station. A fresh pizza station. You will have to get your own drink at their new drink station.

You get all the benefits of having your player card. It is one of the best groups to play in AMERICA

The original room had a beeping smoke detector. Told the front desk but no one came for an hour. We wanted to go to sleep so we asked for another room. The carpet next to the bed was wet and smelled of urine. We were tired and just went to sleep in the pee room. Unhappy Wife...

Great rooms and great buffet. Best in Laughlin in my opinion

Great place to stay in Laughlin. The suite we stayed in was very clean and the staff were great. There were two things though that weren't so great.....you can't use your phone at all on the casino floor, the check in area or restaurants (whuch is the entire first floor). Also, the hallways have no air conditioning.

This used to be the Flamingo Hilton. Aquarius has done a really nice job of re branding this hotel casino. Nice rooms, good casino, Outback steakhouse on the casino floor. They have good wi-fi. In my opinion the casino doesn't have as good of selections of nickel and penny machines like they used to. The nickel keno I played never payed out. I recommend going next door to the Riverside for cheaper gaming. Although the higher denomination machines might pay better but I don't play a lot of those. My wife who does didn't win much either.

Very nice casino! Highly recommend visiting Harrah's if you are ever in Laughlin. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Customer services for rude restaurants with filthy rooms with filthy gambling was very inconvenient everything cost money

This place is terrible. A complete lack of common sense when laying out the garages. The garages are distant from the motel. The elevator in the garage only goes to the 2nd floor where you must take the stairs. No place to just unload your stuff and take it to your room. Gambling is horrible on the slot machines. Lost $20 and didn't win one time. Another lady lost $70 in about 5 minutes. I will never book a room here again! The room was okay but no refrigerator, no microwave, and no coffee pot, but you'll be good and tired by the time you get there.

Had a visit to the Spa, where my Aunt had a massage and I had a pedicure, we had a wonderful, relaxing experience. Desk staff were very friendly , Brianna gives a fabulous Pedicure.

The beach here at Harrah's is great! Husband & I went Monday thur Thursday for a getaway. It was very relaxing. The beach was ours....okay there was 8 other people on the sandy beach with us. Very peaceful & quiet! We took lots of water, fresh fruit & sun block. It felt like our own private beach!

Very friendly casino staff. Awesome location with private beach, lots of places to eat, nice clean rooms, $5 tables (which are obsolete on Vegas strip) and you can't beat the price....best value for your money. I look forward to coming back here!

The room was comfortable, the food at the cafe was pretty good and all was priced well

loved that they had an adult only tower. the newly renovated rooms are nice but they were not very clean which was disappointing. the casino is great also has a non smoking section. service is a great and cool rewards.

Harris was a great place to play craps, that is the only game I play the dealers were great very inviting I enjoyed it a lot I would love to come and stay at your hotel sometime.

Clean & lively resort. Loved the private beach & all of the green landscaping catering to the resort atmosphere. Nearly all of the slots/video poker machines are new & were paying out frequently. Their Beach Cafe had delicious food with very friendly & quick service. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit!

Has its personal River/ beach like entrance. Plus an adult only pool and kids.

The view of the river, the pool and the free gifts. Yep..that's why I like it. I do not smoke so the gambling floor stinks...and your clothes and hair just reek.But ..take a shower and all is good.

Good service good health saftey every one wore a mask but poor social distancing. Good pizza place in the restaurant too.

Hotel under construction and too bad they don't tell u, u will be waking up to construction at 6am, new upgrade south tower rooms, with no hot water and frig not working, don't bother staying here, they didn't care when I told them all this, all they told me is they can downgrade me to the north tower, no comps no discount on room, don't stay here, this was my first and last time to stay here, can u say Golden Nugget.

The room had ZERO amenities - no fridge or coffee pot, not even any info about the property or the local area. They even gave you 2 small plastic water chips you'd see at a water cooler - not even real glasses. And the room was pretty dirty. I mean, I can't even count how many crumbs we picked up off the floor. Gross.

The buffet is amazing and the casino is great! I spent a great weekend

20+ yrs as a very satisfied rewards player, but with Caesar taking over it's not been the same. Employees are still the best I've ever encountered, but reservations were wrong after confirming twice took 30 mins to straighten out, meantime upgraded to top floor suite. Great view but toilet was broken, my husband was able to fix before engineer arrived, drawer handles broken, darkening curtains hanging down due to broken hooks...

My Husband I had a Great Time @ Harrah's Hotel...All the staff were Great and very Friendly...we had only one bad incident with one of the staff member but like I wrote before overall the staff were Great...we can't wait to come back next year
