A nice little spot to relax and have some fun. Not as crowded as Vegas.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was newly remodeled and very nice.

Obviously Harrahs does care about their guests and it shows! Brad Bellhouse and his team run one of the Best Hotel and Casinos anywhere.

I forgot an item in the room when I checked out, and I'll never see it again! The staff showed total disregard for my concerns. I'll never stay at Harrah's again!

Delicious food, friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Clean. Everything I needed on property. Great restaurants

Upon arrival to our room found bathroom to be disgusting. Toilet had feces and urine on and in it. Bathtub had feces on it. Floor was dirty, had hair behind door. Soap dish was gunky, obvious had not been cleaned. No wash cloths. Would not stay here again.

Have always enjoyed Harrah's Laughlin. Great casino.

The rooms and experience are always on par. Top 3 place in Laughlin. Great value, greater getaway. The staff at Harrahs Laughlin are the absolute best, so far, out of the rooms I've stayed in personally, the central tower river view King rooms are an exceptional deal. The food could be better.

Edit 2019: Still the best place to go on the river, and now they are renovating their entire property, one tower at a time. excellent casino, excellent atmosphere.

North tower needs updating, definitely not the 4* advertised.

Pros-Beautiful Hotel, Nice river side beach, cabanas, drinks shack, Pool area wasn t used but it was clean and looked great, great views, non-smoking casino.

Cons-Called ahead for reservation and was told the hotel would welcome pets (They didn t mention it was at a MUCH higher room rate). I explained we had a 45 pound black lab and was informed they would welcome up to two dogs at sixty pounds each. Arrived and check in was a mob scene, they asked to weigh our dog because the weight limit was fifty (First strike). They bring out a glorified bathroom scale that was too small for any dog above a yorkie. Employees started grabbing my dogs legs and forcing him onto this scale when I put an end to the fiasco and told them Check us in or not but I m not putting my dog thru this . BTW, there was supposed to be Pet Welcome treats in the room but didn t find anything and was too agitated with the front desk to ask and we brought our own anyway.

The check in mess was complete and went outside to find out that a bell boy got into our truck and decided to valet park it. Didn t ask, just took the truck with all of our luggage sitting in the back seat. Then they couldn t locate bell boy with keys. SMDH

No pet area. There are lots of signs and barricades telling us were we couldn t go, not a word on where we could.



Would we go again? I would give them a chance to redeem and stay with them one more time but would defiantly avoid the buffet.

We were there 3 nights. The employees were very nice and helpful, the room was was comfortable. We did not have room service the whole time we were there because of the covid , so we had to ask for extra towels and water. We also missed the special treatment that we encountered on the previous visit a year ago . But we will not be returning for sometime as we have never been anywhere where the machines were so tight. It is difficult for us to see why anyone would be returning any time soon.

We went on vacation to Harrah's Laughlin Casino and Hotel for 3 days 4 nights. It was a memorable experience especially jeting skiing, the food etc. It was very clean as well. Would go again next year.

Location is nice but Hotel rooms are out dated. Felt like I stepped in to the 70s disappointed with my room. Small tv, carpet was stained and dingy room furniture is old the 2 chairs in the room were stained and nasty to big for the room size. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here 4 nights. Really liked the room and view from it. Tried 3 of the food options in hotel. Enjoyed them all. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The beach and water taxi were right outside for quite time. Will probably return soon.

Harrah's was an average hotel. The hotel rooms were very hot even with the air conditioning on. I did like the beach that was at the resort.

The rug in the room had stains on the carpet. Overall upkeep of the property was not the expexted quality of Harrahs.

It was a bit farther than other Casinos but there was more to do and more room.

Laughlin's a Cool little town and a nice little day trip from Vegas... Harrah's was alright, just a quick stop to look around and donate some funds. Seemed clean, decent looking.

Love staying here. It's right on the river, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is gracious.

The restaurant was bad, the beds suck sank as soon as you laid on it, my sink never drained the shower was leaking all night kept us up. I would gave them no stars but i had to put something

Stayed over Christmas. Staff was personable and helpful. Christmas Buffet was pretty good, but too busy to be enjoyable. Nice room with a River view.

I've been loyal to HARRAHS for over 5 yrs, due to pet friendly environment. This past weekend I was confronted by security, Russell, who was overly antagonistic, about my 2 french Bulldogs. I've been taking them both since they were puppies. They have their antarauge, if you know frenchies you understand. So security is NOT pet friendly, let alone human friendly. They may want to let their workers know that pet friendly means just that...PET FRIENDLY. So dissatisfied

Barely a step above motel 6! My sister is a lifetime diamond member. She brought me here to celebrate my birthday. The room is atrocious! I very much recommend that you steer clear of Harrah's in general. When she called to ask very politely as to whether or not this was a diamond member upgrade, she was met with discourteous service and no real answer. Stay away!

The room we had had a view of the river, and it was very clean. The beach is excellent to relax and enjoy the water. The check in was fast, we did not wait for 10 minutes. We will return!

There are very few occasions when I share my opinion publicly. However, my engagement with Total Rewards Air, representative Tammy was beyond unprompted and unhelpful. We were offered a free air trip but cancelled 2 months prior. Today, unauthorized charges appeared on my card. When questioned about charges, the response I received was "you never cancelled the trip." When I asked for management, "no one is available." When asked regarding the names of management for reference purposes, "I'm not able to provide names, it's 3 of them."

Wait, so I'm supposed to be perfectly okay with random charges on my card? I'm supposed to wait an unspecified number of days for follow up and wait on a mystery management to contact me. Hmmmm, or maybe I could post this horrible experience and caution others to explore other options before considering this property.

Definitely will no longer consider or explore in the future. If you're a Total Rewards member, you're value is not recognized or appreciated.

Wonderful place highly recommend visiting there. Great atmosphere and great food and drinks.

I love this place whenever I'm in the area even when I'm in Las Vegas I will drive to Laughlin and enjoy this place a lot of older people but the machines are very updated you can always hang out at their Beach and enjoy the water and the weather fun places stop and get away from the hustle and bustle

We purchased a suite for a week and the service was terrible half the things in the room seemed to be uncleaned for weeks and the beach staff are extremely rude and u helpful we were told we could not have our coolers on the beach due to the size and this was one specific lady she had a super small head as opposed to the rest of her body she told us I ll just stop you right there, those coolers are too big and you can walk right back to your hotel with them after this we had seen multiple people with larger coolers with absolutely no problems, we also paid for a cabana on the beach for 300$ for the day and only had staff come buy twice in that time. The elevators stopped working after a while the arcade is extremely outdated and half the games do not work, the coins in the arcade get stuck 24/7 out room keys began to not work about 7 times of us going up and down the sketchy elevators to get back into our room and finally leave. Not sure if it s just due to the pandemic but this place it terrible and has terrible service would definitely recommend going to the calorado Belle once it s open or any other casino/hotel within your working means almost forgot to mention a child threw up in the pool and instead of cleaning the pool they shut it down and it has been shut down since 4 days ago

Well, apparently the hotel was highly recommended by others. But staying here made me think otherwise. 1 rooms are smaller than the hotel rooms in avi's and aquarius. 2 the beach they have here is quite smaller than expected. And have to rent the shade there since the chairs are locked to the poles. 3one of the jacuzzis aren't in function and haven't been worked on. 4 as I was eating my food in room a cockroach appeared out of nowhere. 5 the selection of food here is limited and a bit pricey for something small. 6 the pools here are quite small. Does have depth but could be better. 7 this hotel could've been designed bigger and better but as seen it isn't all that.

Super nice suites, everyone is so nice! Room service and great selection of resterauntsnts.

Very well run machine. They show more appreciation for guests then most other casinos in the area. We spend a lot of money there, and see mist concerts there, and are always comped very nice rooms, free play and food.

Hotel is nice. Central tower the rooms need to be upgraded on decor.

Waited until about 10 pm to get into room, hair on vanity and in sink. Old coffee still in the pot

I was surprised with a daily resort fee of almost $17, not mentioned in the third-party booking sites Harrah s chooses to do business with. If breakfast is supposed to be included you'll have to enforce this with registration staff that seem surprised. You might as well book somewhere else if you don't want to pay hidden fees. Update: they are really trying to have their business together. However, a certain level of incompetence is hard to overlook. The registration staff can t figure out how their printer works two weekends in a row. Simple stuff like this and the fact that the temporary registration parking lot is permanently full makes for an inconvenient check-in experience. Someone needs to enforce some order in this place.

I went to the buffet for excellent food, taste and variety, it costs about 20 dollars. The best is roast beef and ribs

Apparently we get charge for using anything for $13.50 a day even without using it. They didn't mention anything to us until we checked out, and we had to ask what the charge fee was. We asked for a non smoking room, and ended up smelling smoke everywhere with construction noises all night. It's a rip off!!!

Very relaxing place to be if you want to get away from the big crowds like Vegas.

Dirty awful most awful place I've ever seen ....cancel the reservation before we ever finish checking in willing to pay anything to get away from this place. Leaving this review for other fellow travelers don't stay here. Go to the Aquarius they are wonderful clean and treat you like a customer should be treated.

We stayed for two nights and rate it #1 in Laughlin. Everything was clean and in good condition. Gaming floor had all the favorite machines. Employees were excellent. Their buffet is the best in Laughlin. We usually stay at competitors, but no more. Parking was easy and well lit. The grounds were perfect.

Went to get my free gift and came out 120.00 ahead. Not bad

The staff was friendly. That the rooms were horrible they smelled so badd and very dirty make sure you take something to clean off the Tables in the Room and the bathroom

Slow check in, ac didn't work well enough, mediocre buffet however the bell staff and valets were excellent!

Great time. Loved El Burro Buracho. The Trash Can Nachos and margaritas are wonderful.

The room is pretty basic but does the job, we were in town for the Spartan race so I was happy they still had great prices for the weekend. Since we came with friends we asked the front desk, to see about making our rooms next to one another, she was able to do so, she did tell us that since she is changing bthe room, we would have to go from a King bed down to two Queens which is okay, but once we got to the room, we found it to be 2 full size beds instead which was a let down. But other than that, we are enjoying your stay.

This hotel is a dump... Rooms are dated kids bouncing off the walls making it impossible to sleep. Ho down the hill much much better.

Horrible Hotel - Completely needs to be renovated.... the bathroom sink clogged never drained and we only stayed one night. Shower / tub need over haul - couldn't even shower

Felt like we were at a high end beach, it offered family fun. The kids loved the Sandy Beach area. It offered jet skis, beach loungers, picnic tables with the fancy umbrella. The room faced the pool below, and the Colorado River at our window view, taking happy visitors from there to the other casinos on spacious water taxi's. The indoor concert area had us up and dancing! Picked up a few off track bets and enjoyed the floor tables as well as slot machines. Before calling it a night, had to pick up a huge fresh made cinnamon rolls. The casino staff were there to help you with any questions and needs. We will return.
