Very thoughtful van driver picked up 8 passages and took us half way to our casino, a side being assaulted by some tragic looking bimbo and her man that had no balls to tell her to shut her mouth all was good , kept my cool after I slammed her into the wall. People should not bring out there pets if they can keep them under control .... Where's security when you need them ?

The place was a little dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem I ran into was neither shower head worked. I only had a few hours to sleep and head out again I'm sure that they would have offered to fix it I just didn't have time.

This place is Okay. First of all, if you staying here, you can expect long line to get to the elevator and go to your room and from. Second, knowing where to park is soo confusing. There were many cars ahead and behind us not knowing where to go. There is parking in front of the Casino which most people dont know about. Didnt really have any issues with the rooms, except everyone is jumping floors trying to get ice from the machine lol The Beach is accessible from this hotel and its amazing however its small. Would recommend just cuz you can get in the water.

When i first arrived i had some issues . I brought them to Ms. Ivys attention the following day when i went to check out . She completely went above and beyond on exceeding all of my expectations and wants so much too the point we stayed another night here . She is great and will take care of any issues you have . I will continue to come to this hotel because of her hospitality and how amazing she made the rest of our stay here feel. All the staff here has been great and i cannot be more pleased.

the air conditioning does not work in a lot of the rooms, the rooms are really tiny, the windows are not stable, and the pool is really tiny and is always really crowded. the west tower has a 15 minute wait to get on the elevator. We had to switch rooms 3 times do to air conditioning problems. we also found stains under the sheets on the beds. and the worst thing of it all is they charge you a ton for their horrible service. I would not recommend it and I'm definitely not staying there again! I would recommend the river lodge though. it's a newer hotel really close to harrahs that is for sure worth your money's worth.

I don't like to lose , however the crew tou have at the tables were fantastic to interact with. I would like to point out Maria,,Silvia, Jerri,at the tables and Rolanne, Kim and Shirlee in the Supervisor area. They all went out of there way to be sure that not only I but all guests felt good. I need to also mention Sisters Chris and Roberta who not only are they super at the tables but have gone a huge step above and beyond on their own time to assist me with a personel project of providinf useful stuff for the very needy who live about 300 miles south of the border into Mexico. The stuff they provide is fantastic however the time they put into arranging it for me speaks very highly of the Quality of employees that you have been able to maintain on your team. Again many thanks for providing a fun place for all

We were only here for a pit stop between the Grand Canyon and Los Angeles. Bad, dirty place, people who drink and eat in the pool with their loudspeakers with loud music. It smells of alcohol and beer in the corridors. Pizza boxes and dustbin in front of the doors of the rooms. A real crap. And security when it passes does not say anything. At the reception they gave us the key to the room, zero information with a plan of the hotel. Poorly managed. Fortunately, our stay will be short. Not recommended.

We stayed in Harrahs in July and it was amazing the staff are so nice and the buffet is the best in Laughlin also they have their own private beach. I highly recommend this hotel. I also recommend using your total rewards card because they offer charter flights to Laughlin I will never go to Vegas again unless it is for some amazing show that isnt in Laughlin but they get plenty of good shows too.

One room was cleaned, bathroom had a urine smell. Other room the tub was clogged the water to drained took forever. The big complain was the elevator issue. They took forever to go up and down. I m sure the people that visited on 8-3-19 will complain about this issue.

Hotel staff is nice and the rooms were redone. The rooms are pretty nice and so is the bathroom. The shower door on the other hand, well there was not one. I ended up soaking the floor. But the water pressure is good and the water is always hot.

For a weekend it was pretty good. Only problem was didn't have appointments available for this steak house until 8:30 in the evening and had to use the buffet. The food was good and our server was a big help.

Other Harrah's should be ashamed to have this one in their family as should Caesar's. I hate to complain because I paid so little but I wouldn't come back here if they paid me to. I will still go to the Harrah's in Tahoe every year as long as my cousins continue to show up. Not only was the room a huge source of aggravation here in Laughlin but the food is the worst I have ever had at any casino in the country. I arrived via a charter flight so the only way to escape this place is a one way car rental and a long drive home.

We did not get the room that we had requested a month in advance (river view), despite being assured that it would be available. The pool bar (Cancun Lagoon) closed up at 5:30pm on Saturday afternoon, despite having a crowd at the pool. And we did not appreciate the condescending tone of the pool attendant that asked us to leave the hot tub on Friday evening, despite the fact that the pool area was unlocked, and still open for another 20 minutes.
