The rooms are basic, nothing to race about, the buffet was blah....An Asian female pit boss kept hovering over me, as I was playing table games, She was basically invading my personal space!

Today, changing the place to sleep in the middle of the road because of driving straight away from Grand Canyon returns to LA Ma Wai
Told me that this hotel is pretty and very cheap, paying about 1400 baht per night.

Some of the friendliest people in Nevada, for sure. Been here a few times and have never had bad service from anyone. The restaurants are great! The slots are not bad. Just consider that casinos aren't built on people winning all the time because if they did, the casinos wouldn't be in business. All in all, my wife and I always have a great time at Harrah's Laughlin!

Stayed here at Harrahs during Thanksgiving weekend. The resort was very clean and neat with lots of entertainment. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. I checked into my room using the automated kiosk and found it quite simple to check in. The only reason I am rating this review a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I had a not so pleasant experience while gambling at this casino. I spent well over $600 at the slot machines (visiting multiple ones during my visit) and I hate to say, but I feel that it could have been a way better experience. For starters, the payoff for that amount spent was very low. On top of that, I waited (in my experience) too long for a cocktail waitress to come by and ask if I would like a beverage. On average, I would have to play and wait 45 min to an hour to get a bottled water. This was very unpleasant being that I'm on medication that causes dry mouth. Had I have had more visits from the cocktail waitresses, I am sure that I would have spent more time during my 3 day visit.

Great rooms, incredibly tight slots, but better than the Golden Nugget by far.

Hmm where to start? Spiders webs, dirty showers, basic, out dated, poor service, non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes, elevators are stuffy and the hallway smells like fish food, showers are coming apart, carpets dirty, $14.95 for Freakin wifi! Jacuzzi is low on water, and pool is filled with the whole hotel customers, stupid room cards doesn't even work sometimes. I would rather much stay at a motel 6! Or if I'm desperate I'd rather stay in my car. Have you seen the movie "Pursuit of Happiness" with Will Smith? Yeah well I'd rather stay in that subway bathroom they stayed in. Don't pay the money to stay here it's definitely not worth the cheap price!

Worst experience ever. When we went to our room, found out the door would not shut. Anyone could walk right in without a key. Called front desk and their excuse was " we're a large establishment". They fixed it in 15 minutes, found out the door was not lined up with the hinges when they put a new door in.

Upon check out they tried to charger 30.00 for the third night which was supposed to be comped. Had to speak with a manager to get that fixed and they were really rude to me over the phone when I first called.

Pool wasn't clean either.

Never going here again! Golden nugget is better, Harris can keep their free rooms.

Overall stay was great. We were celebrating my sisters birthday during a girls weekend getaway. John from Montana by the beach, nima in the beach cafe, Laura in hotel, Kevin in beach bar and safa in housekeeping were all some exceptional employees we had the pleasure of talking with. They were quick to suggest places to go, things to do since we were out of towners.. Safa went above and beyond to make sure our room was comfortable and we had enough supplies. Way to go guys! Already planning my next trip to return.

A little bit old as well as not crowded. But the location by riverside must be evaluated ...

Fantastic room clean and wonderful bed .good food at 24 hr diner we only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed a lot longer very good experience!! We won't hesitate to stay in the future!!

I liked the beach area. Hotel was clean and the employees were very helpful and polite. We ate at Guy Fieris and the nachos were amazing!!

Overpriced, Dirty. Room was in serious need of upgrade. Wouldn't recommend or stay here again. I'd rather stayed in some dump motel than here again
