This is my personal favorite hotel in Laughlin. I appreciate that there's a Non Smoking Casino area. The pool is old & small but the view right on the river is nice and the rooms are clean and decent.

Ridiculous WiFi policy of $10.99 per device per day. I didn't take it, and a good thing: my Android WiFi analyzer showed poor connections throughout the hotel. The hotel sits in a bowl below a mountain: 2G connections for phones only worked outside. 4G is unheard of...

Never would I stay there again. It's the 21st Century, people.

Tropicana has excellent WiFi service all over, and its FREE.

Room was so-so. Had to repeatedly ask for in-room coffee packs -- the cleaners do not care a whit for amenities. Hotel showing lots of uncaring: parking structure elevators and landings are filthy and stained with dirt and crud. In house McDonald's and Cinnabon...how quaint; I felt like I was in a bad airport concourse.

Game rooms do not smell of smoke as do other casinos; they have a non smoking section. Big deal.

Laughlin is a mini Vegas, without the silly Paris/New York/Pyramid etc facades. Went for a convention. Probably wouldn't go other wise. Nothing to do in that town except gamble.

I went on a Total Rewards Air trip. It was well worth it. We didn't know what to expect and the staff and logistics team made the trip effortless.

Rooms: No bed bugs. We were cautious after reading the myriad of reviews but it's not even remotely dirty. Yes, they're dated, but they're also $20ish rooms, right? Tap water was potable, toilets have a hard flush, coffee maker clean and complimentary cups stocked, the walls were thick to dampen neighbor noise, the TV's have great channels including Showtime, the climate controls and AC work well, and there's enough lights.

Casino: Quite the distinct old smell. You get used to it after 2 days but it is uninviting. There's not many machines so the weekends are crazy busy and you'll have to play games you don't want to. The workout room is open 24 hours, very nice, multiple weight sets, machines, benches, treadmills, and bathrooms. It was cold so we didn't get to sit at the beach but it is quite the view and amenity.

Food: Buffet was a buffet, I'll leave it at that. Smash Burger was super yummy. Nice there was a Cinnabon, Starbucks, and yogurt shop. Didn't get a chance to try the Guy Fieri restaurant since it's closed most of the time.

Staff: Everyone was super nice, they must treat their staff well here. We asked for some initial dirty sheets to be changed and the sink was not flowing well. She replied with a smile. Their staff got us new sheets and fixed the sink that day. The workers just standing at the table games say "Hi" as you walk by (if you're a gambler, you know that's not typical of table game workers of other casinos). Multiple waitresses will ensure you're taken care of (be sure to get those free drinks!). Our trip hosts were exceptional from shuttle drivers, check in staff, and baggage handlers.

Total Rewards Air trip: AMAZING! If you get the invite, take advantage! The first thing we received was a complimentary alcoholic beverage on the flight down, awesome! They shuttle us to the hotel, take our bags to the room, provide us with itineraries, and share local activities. We will certainly be back.

This was the most awful experience of my life in hotels. The a.c. never cooled the room, my daughter ended up with a rash all over that ended up being bed bug after taking her to the er, the sheets were dirty. The quality of the room was not worth the price. I would not advise anyone to go to this location

The staff here were horrible! They do not try to accommodate their guest. They treat you like just another number! They refused to give my wife a key to our hotel number and made her stay in the lobby until she begged management to take her up to the room. There were no locks on the bathroom door, no refrigerator to cool out drinks. They nickel and dime you for everything. We had to pay for internet service because more than two devices were connected, we had to pay 12 dollars a day for parking, on top of the resort fee that was paid. I will never ever stay at this hotel and casino again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Since we checked in on Friday 31st we were told at the casino in Harrah's Laughlin that we could not purchase drinks from a bar. We were told specifically that we had to sit and play at games for the waitress to be able to serve us. My brother and I walked over to the blackjack table and they were closed. How are you supposed to play if they're closed? Then I went to roulette seeing five people at the table plus the dealer I went to place my money on the table and ask for chips. The dealer gives me back my money and says they're closing the table. How am I supposed to order a drink if I cannot play at that moment?
I kindly explain to the manager that our vacation has started on a rough patch because we are complying and they are not. I simply asked the manager for a drink for my brother and my girlfriend and I. Regretfully he allowed the cocktail waitress to take our order. We continued along the casino putting fives tens and twenties into random casino slot machines because no table games were open. By the second time that we had ordered drinks we had noticed the manager was following us around like a security guard at a mall following shoplifters.
I don't understand why we are being singled out and being isolated from the rest of the paying customers. Is my money not green? Do I not pee in the same American currency as every other free blooded American citizen? Did I not check into this hotel to stay for a week with my friends and family? The hotel manager tells the cocktail waitresses not to service any longer after we had just won $120 at a slot machine. His reasoning behind this was that we were not playing at all.. I specifically emphasized that there is an eye in the sky that watches everything in casinos and they can confirm my brother myself and my girlfriend were all playing at different times enjoying each other's company starting our vacation.
It was such an uncomfortable feeling very unwelcoming and prejudice against is what it felt like.
Why are we being singled out why are we being isolated if we are following all the rules and we are spending money at this so-called good public establishment? I am starting to have second thoughts about staying here for the rest of the week that we have already booked.
I expect nothing but professional etiquette out of Harris and his hierarchy.
I tried calling customer service and I tried calling Cesar's but no one answers and it is simply a voice mail.

Truthfully speaking I give you my honest opinion save yourselves the time the trouble in the money get yourselves in Airbnb instead of Harrah's Casino. At least you will spend more time with your friends and family and not be scrutinized unnecessarily like some punk kid at school. Obviously this manager has a personal Vendetta. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Vacation day one and we have came to a roadblock not even 2 hours into checking in sadly.

I feel unaccepted singled out and harassed at Harrah's Laughlin

Our power went out at home from a large storm. And my grandmother at 73 can't sit in a very hot and sticky house without a/c. I called in to Harrah's and a man told me they have no rooms. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Reina got us taken care within minutes Thank you reina

My stay at this hotel was awful. I found bugs On my bed dead and alive. The whole room smelled and was not a pleasant smell. The rooms are very dirty and trashy. The pool was terrible I found a cockroach in the pool along with bees, mosquitoes, fly s and more. I suggest finding a new hotel because this hotel is not worth your money. Please get better service and house keeping thank you!

We are here for the concert at the Beach Party with the Wailers, originally with Bob Marley!
The event staff were great and helped us get to where we needed to be and made sure we were happy.

To Whom it may concern,

To Whom it may concern,
I recently rented two rooms from Harrah's Laughlin on 7-18-13 thru 7-20-13. Rooms 31608 and 31622. We came back to Harrah's after trying a few other Casinos in the area and found your accommodations inadequate in these few areas.
First and foremost was the raw sewage coming up through the bathroom sink in room 22 after calling twice and using the bathroom facilities in room 08 the problem was not resolved and the room had a stench for the rest of the weekend. I don't believe anyone ever responded to the problem other than house keeping cleaning the sink and spraying air freshener. The stopper was checked by us and we still found residue of the raw sewage in the sink.
Secondly, after using the towels we had to throw them on the floor, as directed, in order to get freshly laundered towels the next day as they absorbed the stench from the sink backup. We came back from the Lake to get ready to go down to the Casino only to find that the towels had been over looked and were not changed and still laying on the floor.
The last of this quite lengthy review is the fact that Harrah's does not seem to "river " oriented. The parking [Boat] is not adequate and the overflow parking is across the street and around 75 feet higher than the Casino. There was a shuttle but I never saw it show up when it was convenient.
Tower 3 is the tower to avoid its full of kids and tour bus patrons and getting up to your room at tour bus arrival time or if one of the kids feels the need to push all the elevator floor buttons the Buffet may be closed by the time you get up to your room to take a shower to get ready to go to dinner.
I feel kinda bad about this type of review but my past experience with Harrah's was always good. Now I feel Human Resources may have to revisit and update their line of strategies. Thanks for your time

I have been staying here over 18 years...great half way stop between San Francisco, CA and
Chama, NM. My main attraction is; very affordable rooms (mon-thur & off season),
and the beach...the only beach on the entire, small "strip".
Sure the rooms are starting to show normal wear and tear but nothing gross or dirty. They have started room remodelling.
Get a "river view room" and enjoy Bullhead City, AZ, the jagged and beautiful mountains to the east of course, the Colorado river and the PWC and boaters.
All "restaurants" inside serve your basic, good fare. The Range Stakehouse is thier 4 star restaurant, reservations required. Also has a dress code but not always enforced. Good food and service and nice Colorado river view tables.
The beach gets my vote for relaxing in spite of the other two swimming pools. Harrahs also has the only water taxi to get you to the other hotel/casinos via the river...very nice at night with all casinos brilliantly lit up.
I think the taxi is $4.00 each way but worth it especially if you just had a rewarding day at gambling. Still my favorite while in Laughlin. Enjoy!

the woman at the front desk asked me if i had ptsd after i asked about required service dog id's. #1 when are you allowed to ask that under ADA? #2 who answers a question with a question?

This was the nicest experience in Laughlin. Great customer service. The rooms were clean. I had a river view room and I enjoyed the hotel off to the side.
The staff could not do enough to make our experience better. I give them a 10+

I made the reservation six months in advance for our anniversary. When we got there at 8 pm the girl was nice at first, we told her we were here for the Carrie Underwood concert for our anniversary. After all the intake information was taken, she said they haven't assigned us a room yet. She went in the back and 10 minutes later she came back and stated they didn't have the room we requested and the only room for us was a room with 2 twin beds. She stated it was an upgrade because it faced the river (don't care). After arguing with her about a 6 month reservation not amounting to anything, we took the room. We would have been better off staying at a Motel 6! The room was VERY dirty, dist everywhere and the room hasn't been renovated in about 40 years. It was a huge disappointment! We went online and booked a room at the Tropicana for the next night and that room was a huge improvement. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HARRAH'S OR CAESARS AGAIN!!!!!

We started at another hotel, but met a friend at Starbucks in Harrah's. We came early to play the slots (MUCH better than at our hotel casino--and SO grateful for the non-smoking section) and stayed after to eat at Guy Fieri's place. Next trip to Laughlin, I would much rather stay at Harrah's!!

Very nice looking hotel and casino, does not smell old or smell like smoke. Has great information and security both. The only problem I had was the parking location with the casino location. I did a lot of walking around to find the casino. Just don't go to the Red mango frozen yogurt or Cinnabon.
