Very good place to gamble, food is decent and the accommodation was good

The room was nice and clean, however the elevators and hallway in tower 3 had no air conditioning, so getting to the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

HARRAHS is a great place to stay. Had a problem with a running toilet and they were there to fix it within 30 minutes. Everyone is friendly. They do have the best buffet in town. Gambling is pretty good too. We love to stay there everytime we visit. It's a bit smokey, but it is a casino. The smoke free area is nice. We do plan on staying there again.

Stopped for some gaming and lunch ones Way back from a weekend in Vegas. Always a good time here.

I love visiting Laughlin. Harrah's always tries to make the visit special. We spent our 19 year wedding anniversary here.

Went to watch a Tribute to Frankie Valli and the four season. Great show.

Been coming here for years I love this place cause is kid friendly has a separe tower for non smoking access to the pool n food are always from the casino n smoke as well, the one thing I do not like at all is the new restaurant they opened a pinup pizza is expensive smash burger is always packed with kids no time to be waiting for too long. They also have a Starbucks, Cinnabon, n a new yogurt place. Other than those 2 places I would have given this a 5 Star.

The casino and the room we stayed was so old. Not even as good as a small motel, I believe it should be remodeled. But I liked the river view

Plenty of parking. Friendly service. Room alarm clock wasn't change to day night savings and went off at the middle of the night. Rooms are clean. Plenty of foods to choose from at night. Arcade place little suck. Most machines are temporarily out of service.

Horrible never coming again they have terrible customer service..

Check in was easy, fast. Got two rooms and they were near each other on the same floor. The hotel was clean and well kept overall, our rooms were cozy, clean, what you'd expect from a Caesar's property. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the layout is a bit bad. We were in the north tower and it's way way far away from the check in desk, and the pool area that allows kids is much smaller than the adult only pool, so it's very crammed. Otherwise though everything was nice.

I went through the Samho tour, but the hot water comes out well and the casino is divided into the smoking area and the non-smoking area, so the smoking area is really pleasant and the buffet is really delicious! Breakfast and dinner continue to overeat ..
The beaches of the Colorado River are beautiful, and the night view of the hotel is also beautiful.
I stayed for one night and it was okay.

Some might ask, what was the best part of our stay at Harrah's? My response would be the self check-in / out, the great valets, the water pressure in the shower and the security dude who took us up the employee elevator! That would be about it for me. We stayed in the North Tower, had to wait between 10-15 minutes each time to use the elevators as they were soooooo slow. Rooms are dated, the a/c couldn't keep up, no "frills" like fridge, microwave etc. Avoid eating at Smashburger, it was the wrong place to eat.Virtually no a/c in that area and a 40 minute wait on 2 overpriced, tasteless burgers. We won't be back.

Nice location. Good looking games in the casino, updated. Rooms are nice size but basic. Beds are okay. Right on the water with River access which is a huge plus!

We have been here 2 nights. Both nights the housekeeper had to be called up to the room. The floor had powder & dog hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Today we were out all day. The room was not cleaned at all . No clean towels, trash still here& bed not made. I had surgery recently so I surely didn't want to come back to an unclean room. 2 stars because the view was nice & it is dog friendly.

I stayed on a package trip based on two years ago and it was okay.

The location is wonderful right by the Colorado River you can go kayaking, gamble and drink all in one place. The rooms are cozy and the beds are soft, great to sleep on a night out. The customer service is great also. I had trouble with one waiter about my ID who was very persistent I wasn't older than 21 even though I showed ID. But the head of security came cleared me and was very apologetic and provided great customer service.

Wonderful place, relaxing and reasonable hotel rates.

Why is one star the lowest, Harrah's is most greedy place on earth, I have never spent $500 in an 1 1/2 hours at a casino in my life, so greedy, poor service, but the bedbugs were free

i booked a room with two beds for me and my 3 kids...when i checked in at the front desk they told me it was that would be a $10 charge per child because i only claimed myself when i booked... why would i book a 2 bed room for myself??? you have to be kidding me... ive been on the road for a week with my kids on vacation and i have booked 5 other hotels the same way and had no problem... another issue i had and its not really their fault is that this casino has no access to the river walk... if you want to go to any of the other casinos you have to drive or walk for a good 15 min to the nearest casino...

Check in was easy enough with the kiosk. We wanted to upgrade to the renovated tower with river view. No problem for a $27/night extra. So far so good. Room was clean and modern looking with a nice view of the river from the 2nd floor. Would have preferred to be higher up for a better view. We weren't here to gamble, only to relax on the river, ride jet skies and a boat ride to Lake Havasu. We had two complaints, first the buffet, which is reviewed as the best in Laughlin, closed at 9pm as with the other restaurant in the hotel. There was a cafe open, but it was small and way too expensive. Laughlin is a 24 hour gambling resort, why is the buffet closed at 9pm? The only other complaint is that there is no cell signal on the casino floor, and the wifi sucks. I would probably stay here again, it looks more modern then the other hotels.

Staff were helpful in answering questions. Has an arcade for kids and buffet was goid.

Harrah's is a great place to stay in Laughlin because they keep it nice. The rooms are always clean and we had great service.

North tower rooms - small TV, hardly any outlets. Pools are small, not too many food options in the hotel. Over half of the games in the arcade were broken. Staff was friendly, beach was fun.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Rooms the right price for what it is. Downside is only allowed to hook up 2 devices to the wifi with the $28.50 resort fee.

Nice getaway from Las Vegas. Good food and a change of pace.

I loved everything especially the customer service! Our cocktail waitress Kirsten, our dealers Oscar and Carol, our bartender Kevin, were all friendly, polite and fun.

I also don't want to leave out, that upon checking out, I left a very sentimental peice of jewelry in my room. The security manager Matthew searched the room twice until he found it! While Bianca was very accommodating! Overall a great exexperience!

First time visiting. Gotta say, this place is phenomenal. From food to room service. I would highly recommend this place!

Dirty and old casino it's pretty bad thought it would be like the one in Vegas but this one is run down

I'd have to say that it's the cleanest and nicest place on that strip but it is very out dated.

I really enjoyed the fact that the casino had a non smoking section!

The beach on the river is absolutely a perfect close substitute for the "real beach" from Las Vegas.

I do not understand all the negative reviews I read. Excellent customer service, extremely clean room. Not great for gambling, limited game selection, but I am here for the pool, the beach, and the sports book. Would definitely stay here again.

Since the last time I had stayed there, about 4 years ago, Harrah's has renovated. The rooms were beautiful and elegant. Check in was a little slow, but over all, my few hour stay was great. Thankfully Harrah's got rid a large chain restaurant and replaced it with a better option. I would recommend staying there to everyone I know and would definitely stay there again myself.

The hotel was fine. I would not compare it to Vegas level but not bad. The hotel staff was fine. My issue is with the casino staff particularly the ones at the craps table. Two of the staff had really bad attitude. I will not be going back there, that's for sure.

Has other things to do besides gambling for example arcade games, jet ski rental on dock at the location and restaurants. I really liked the smoothie place.

Employees very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They have a large nonsmokers area in the casino. The Beach Cafe is open 24 hours and the food is good. They have a food court, buffet and Guy Fieri Mexican restaurant. Nice pool and boat taxi on the Colorado River.

Older crowd. I do love that there is a smoke free area. Micheal is the best. Not sure of his last name but he is always there when I visit and super helpful.

Good for the price, the private beach was a huge plus
