a. It's not uncommon for mistakes to happen in a place of work. Especially when you are one of a hundred customers. I have experienced a couple of mishaps, but believe these to be unintentional. I brought my concerns to Ed Wallace, in which he personally addressed these matters, and had them corrected at no cost to me.
