Overrated and always way to many people takes forever

Great clones. Service is always slow. Nothing like one cashier when you have a line to the door and just opened. Do not expect to get out quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful just be prepared to take a long time

Bought 4 clones and grew them to find out 2 of them were not what they said. I got purple Cadillac which ended up being a glue strain and sour patch kids which ended up being grapefruit Romulan. Very disappointed this use to be a place I trusted when it came to getting clones but now im not to sure at all. Really wanted Cadillac Purple and Sour patch kids drove 100 miles to get those strains to spend 8 weeks growing it and find out it s something completely different!

Good selection and prices. Out of the cartridge that I need for the pen that I bought there going on 3 weeks,while San Jose has them. Otherwise 5 stars.

First time buyer. Exceptionally impressed w/security, helpful folks @ the door because I did not know exactly what I was looking for (roll on Prana). The parking lot was like Disneyland. CDL pictured ID & I was in. Employee @ the front door directed me to the salesperson that was knowledge in Prana & explained how it works as there are 2 other grades of Prana. He writes out what I want & the quantity I want. I take my order to a cashier & he pulls the product & rings up the receipt. He ask if I am over 65 & I reply yes @ 72 which earns me a 10% senior discount. The cashier puts the Prana in a sealed envelope & I exit the building guided by a 2nd security guard.
This was my first time experience & well worth the drive from Concord. They also take credit & debit cards. Very professional. John

I love the layout of the store, the employees were helpful and they offered great prices on most everything. I do wish they offered more discount buds in smaller sizes like $20 1/8ths.

This is offerd to you as a wellness center and is non-profit. They offer many services as well as medicine so get your wellness here and look to a more positive and uplifting experience. For those of you in cronic pain my heart goes out to you and I hope that you find relief that you can live with and enjoy. Peace to all.

This place sucks now. They changed their website and now you have to upload a picture of your government ID if you want to order pick up. I don't care how good a website's security is, I am not putting a picture of my ID in the internet. And the normal line is always so long. I don't have an hour to spare to stand in line everytime I go.

The people who work there very nice they will help you with anything you need there's not a better place to go to

Ordered online yesterday and picked it up today. In and out in 10 minutes. The order was exactly right. The staff was super nice.

Im sad I have to leave a bad review. My rewards points have not been added up and combined with my new ones. "Tom" or "Tod" said he will combine them for me but never did. If ya keep your word and update my rewards points ill delete this review .

HIGH, HIGH HIGH prices, no pun intended but this place takes every opportunity to add a fee, including an additional cost if you DON'T use cash. Taxes are not included in the price of goods expect to pay 10% in taxes and $2.50 per card use no matter what the payment.. LONG LINES even in off hours which apparently they don't have, off hours that is. They have delivery service but that too is over the top a $100 minimum order plus a charge I believe. So many dispensaries with excellent service and product this one I would pass by.

All of the medicine is great quality and there's so many different varieties from edibles, vapes, and flowers. There's also oils and merchandise. This place is big, awesome and seems to be at a reasonable price too.

The doctors are very good. They hear the patients problems and after that, they solve it fastly.

Harborside takes pride in helping people. Their staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their medicine is tested. Some strains are pricy but they do always have excellent sun grown 1/8ths for as little as 30$. They offer discounts to seniors and veterans. They also have a program for low income patients to receive a weekly care package. They often have specials for holidays and have ounces for 120$. As for those complaing about parking, I've never had an issue and I've been here hundreds of times. Also every dispensary will turn you away without valid id, that's not harborside fault! The lines can be long but I've never waited 15 minutes as some claim. They also offer an express lane for those who already know what they want. One more thing. Harborside offers massages and other holistic approaches to their clients. I've been to many dispensaries and none compare to harborside.

Harborside is was overpriced. I bought a Airopro battery for about 45 bucks including tax and the same item was listed for 15.00 at another dispensary. Coco farms has better selections and all their prices include tax.

Seemed like a legit place. Coming from LA I never had to wait in line to gonin a shop. We were ready to drop$$$ before the snoop concert. I guess it 4/20 weekend? Thats why its busy. I would never wait 30min .

I am 63 years Ole I have been in the pot industry since 1964 ... This is the best place for clones .. good flowers ..and outstanding hash oil ..great edibles.. super stringent rules ..for our safety and concern.. I give this place a thumbs up ..

The front line staff were very nice when entering the location. Haven't been to this location in a while and didn't realize they now have a counter that u can go to and look at all the choices before getting in line. So of course the staff members inside made me feel completely ignorant because I hadn't figured out what I was going to get before getting to the counter. Before I could get to the counter, the cashier asked the woman who came over and told me that I needed to go to the display counter what i was going to buy. The reply was she's doesn't know and didn't come over to the display counter. Thanks for making a point of sharing that bit of info.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They require i.d . They have a big parking lot. The store was clean and well maintained . They have an atm machine there also. They sell tee shirts , caps , books . They do have sales on some items.

Hands on, no hassle. They have a good selection, but it could be better, especially with live resin cartridges and their edible selections.

Great selection of plant and concentrate and products and clones. Helpful and friend staff that are a pleasure to talk with and easy on the eyes.

Harborside is fantastic. The employees are knowledgeable, The building is open and airy inside. The selection is excellent.
They have good deals pretty often. The strict security gives me piece of mind. I drive 45 minutes to get there but it's the only dispensary I'll go to.

First visit yesterday. I loved the space, it's beautiful and browsing the shelves was fun...its the first dispensary I've been to that isn't solely a counter service. Store has a grow counter too, for plants seed etc.

Friendly security and staff. Efficient COVID measures and curbside pick up option.

Very long lines. Had to wait at least 45 minutes to check out on a Saturday. People were friendly and helpful.

I went there yesterday as a first time customer. I did not receive anything for being first time customer. I bought 1/8 of humanity og and one gram of raw garden Larry got funk. $95 total. They charged me $126 something after tax!!!! $31 and Change for sales tax off of two items what a rip off!!!! I normally go to connected in Sacramento they do not charge you 33% sales tax!!! It s like 20% or so. But this place is very ghetto and trashy wouldn t be surprised if the bud tender overcharged me on purpose to pocket the money.

Look for the on sale items as there are always good deals going on. Don't forget to join their membership club. 1 for 1 point system gets you a pre-roll for a buck when you reach 100 points.
