Drove from my house in Antioch to the Oakland location, picked up a eighth of flower and 2 one gram shatters, got back home and opened the mandatory sealed bag i had to pay for, and found 1 of the shatter packets was empty. $40 lost. Stay FAR away from this place, unless you want to get ripped off also. I definitely recommend VHHC Vallejo. They're awesome, and have endless selections.

First timer checking out the shop. In town from Texas and this was my first time walking into a dispensary. Very smooth process and the staff was very helpful. Went on a Friday around 11am and only had to wait about 5 min to check out. Will definitely visit again when I m back in the Bay Area.

This place is great! The order online feature is a real timesaver as this place was pretty busy when I went by on Sunday. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The layout is well thought out. All of the products are grouped by category (flowers, edibles, topicals, etc.) on/in tables around the store.
The only bad thing about ordering online is they were out of stock of one of my selections and instead of sending me back to my cart, it proceeded to process the order. I would have picked something else to replace it but didn't want to create a second order and go through the whole process again.

Harborside has slowly turned from the peoples' dispensary with high quality product to just another corporate brand. I tried to unsubscribe from their text list because it sent me nearly a dozen copies of the same ad in the same day. It continued to send the ad directly to my phone so i called the oakland location just to let them know it was happening and to see if they could help. Of course, this corporation hired another third-party corporation to handle all that. Not only that but the woman who answered the phone did not tell me her name, told me if i didnt like it i didnt have to shop here, and that there was no manager or supervisor for me to speak to. You typically get a little bit of attitude from people who work customer service in oakland but this woman was flat out rude and then hung up on me. I called back to try to speak to a direct supervisor and the next lady, who didnt identify herself, gave me the run around and told me there was nothing she could do. I then called the san jose location where Amber politely and apologetically helped me!! It really wasnt that hard. But thats a big corporate brand for you: lots of numbers to call, nobodys with attitude on the other end, zero recourse for an individual's actions, and yet a few gems like Amber. Considering all of the cut-throat corporate business tactics Harborside's parent corp is taking place in in "legal" cananbis in california, along with declining service, and selection, i will now never return to the first dispensary i ever was a patient at in california: Harborside.

The best of the best. On Your first visit you feel comfortable. They are just the most amazing people. Customer service is top notch. You honestly cannot get any better customer service . There Selection is amazing there guarantee is amazing. you just can't go wrong at Harborside

Clean and safe store front, staff is ranges from rude to nice, never know who you'll get or what mood they'll be in. It's way overpriced for what they have, but pretty quick to get what you want.

Fantastic staff,great selection, and a very inviting atmosphere. I'm not even interested in searching out other shops, they have everything I could possibly want with the expertise that any newcomer or experienced cannabis consumer would appreciate. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Beautifully decorated,,and staff is very knowledgeable .They have bouquets of flowers displayed throughout the store.Sofia helped my friends and I and she knows her stuff.Large variety of oils ,,drinks ,novelty souvenirs of course herbs.

I love this dispensary. The staff is really knowledgable and willing to help with any questions you may have. I've been a member here for a few years and I can tell that they have re-invested in the business over and over. They've had a major remodel and rebranding within the last year that I love and they're improving on how efficiently they run the check out line. Highly recommend. Get it?? lol

Took a while but you was treated very well when you got to see the person who was supposed to get that for you they knew what they were doing I was happy

All around terrible. I attempted to purchase something for pickup and drove there four times and each time there was a problem. Their process is so convoluted that I was literally unable to complete my order or buy anything.

the last time I drove there I was talking to the gentleman as I received a text message that my order was canceled for some reason. They have no record of me ever even placing an order.

I would have had a more productive day if instead I had driven across the bay bridge four times to talk to a literal red brick in Oakland

this dispensaries need to work harder on keeping the store cool and well air-filtered

First of all the clone guy wouldn't give me (good clones) because I didn't have medical slip which I did he gave me 4 males then I went to flower line where he saw on computer I had a slip. Clones suck and would not call us back. Never again!!!!

Staff is hit or miss. Have had a couple who were great, but several who were downright HOSTILE. Products are expensive and iffy in their efficacy. Lines are ALWAYS LONG, ALWAYS.

I am from deep down south flew all the way to Oakland just to go to the store it was amazing had everything you want everything you need to accommodate your experience I loved it and I will be visiting again very soon

I went in my first day off the plane from New York. The staff was knowledgeable , attentive, and kind. They were more than willing to answer any question I had in concerns to not just buying their products but in the community as well. Then I went again on April 20th and the staff remembered me. She asked me how my stay was and thanked me for coming back.

The cashiers are high. Clearly states on the website that this is a RECREATIONAL dispensary. Multiple times. It was even in the news. The guards let me through without my medical card. I get to the counter to pick up my online order and they say I need my medical card. WHAT?
Dont waste your time. Order Eaze. They come right to your door. It's only $5 for delivery, and it's free if you order over $50. Seriously--I'm not leaving Eaze again.

I purchased a $50 30:1 CBD oil that didn t work. I was planning on using it to lesson the amount of pain medication I had to take after a cancer surgery, double mastectomy and nerve grafting. My cousin who has fibromyalgia and I both tried this recommenced product and we had 0 reduction in pain. It tasted like burnt leaves and I thought it was perhaps defective. So on 3 different occasions I called to speak with a manager. I know you can t really return marijuana but I figured considering the situation I could at least have a conversation with a manager. The first two times I left the message with Natalia and the last time it was with (I think) Carina. Both representatives were nice and listened to the issue I was having, but I never had anyone reply. Maybe someone will at some point. I do have a second surgery for reconstruction coming up in a few months.

Good selection, clean and bright. Staff doesn't seem the most knowledgable. Security is rude and unhelpful. All other dispensaries that have a parking lot, the security makes sure there are no people lingering in their cars, especially with a full lot. These guys don't care, but mostly just don't want to get wet in the rain.

I do not recommend that anyone pays almost $20 for 2 grams of marijuana it is simply not worth it, this is commercial marijuana at his best, go and walk around the store but as far as paying for marijuana not worth it

Best place to get medical marijuana. Everything is tested and labeled. There's a huge selection. If you don't know what you want, there are helpful, patient people to walk you through your diagnosis and needs to find what kinds of things you might try. Anything related to medical marijuana, you can find out more about and probably get here.

And even more importantly, they are at the front of the national medical marijuana legalize issue. Buying here might be more expense than buying from your sidewalk dealer but besides knowing exactly what you are getting, you're also contributing to the larger fight. That's important to me. Harborside is nationally known and very public in its sales and efforts to legalize marijuana use for andlts.

Superb quality of staff and I look forward to shopping here in the future for a long time.

I went to oakland just to go to this place.and i was so dissapointed the security at the door was realy rude. and he dint let me in just becase my id was just expired for 2 moths .i dont think im ever coming here again..i look to find another place wat the difference the other place made my trim to okland not completly for nothing...

Ubfortubately Harborside rides on their fame and doesn t even attempt to offer competitive prices. There s tons of dispensaries offering better deals out there. The days of $50 8ths should be behind us.

It's worth the 40% sales tax. Especially when it's not my money. All kidding aside I choose wisely. What gives you more bang for the buck. because I used to have a lot of experience in this.

If you like game overpriced and waiting in long lines this is your place. I wish they could just make it more simple and sell we like people on the streets instead they want to make it impossible to make your mind up and it's always a long line

CBD and CBN available here work great for nights when I can t sleep of the arthritis in my joints aches. Ordering ahead saves time in lines.

Everyone is kind, willing to talk and educate you based on what you want treated.
Order ahead and add to it if you see something else you missed. The tablets you see around are great for independent look up of items and your reward points that you can't see online right now. Be extra aware if you are looking for CBD the labelling can be confusing, check the ratios of CBD to THC..

4.5 stars, very friendly with most of employees here (security, front desk check-in, host that explained layout & changes, person at edibles counter helped me answer questions & wrote my order down before heading to register to get my medicine) with the exception of slow, most likely very high?, cashier who wasn't very warm or welcoming (no smile, no hello, no courtesy, no thank you, no formalities). Maybe it was because it was a strain that was conducive to being paranoid? Anyway, other than that minor weird-ness, I'd definitely go again! Love the new layout, fast tracking, new look online & at location. They have a wide variety of edibles (ones that I like are actually in stock).
