Wainting for almost 2 hrs to get some plants, a lot of personal but only one guy in the clone section. What the hell!

This was my first trip to Harborside and it was a great experience. They check ID's right at the front door and have helpful people guiding where to park. They do not allow pictures or being on the phone. Inside everything is neatly organized and they have consultants standing by to help with your choices. You write down which items you would like and wait in line. The line moves quickly and the people behind the counter are friendly and helpful. All in all this place is fun and very well organized.

Amazing staff and quality products. Their staff in the nursery are very helpful and caring. They were able to help me narrow in on a wonderful strain from Equilibrium, Black Lemon Glue... and they are not disappointing. I'd highly recommend anyone and everyone interested in the cannabis movement to visit Harborside.

Love the self serve pick your own happiness feel. Good club with constant discounts on variety of products, prices are normally lower than other dispensaries

As always a classy place to get all of the things u need in life. Ordered some clones on my way up, and they had them ready to go when I arrived. They continue to set the bar for Cannabis clubs around the Bay! Three thumbs up!

Nice clean facility. Fun shopping experience with everything in isles of products, you even get a little basket to hold your items while you shop. This store has everything you could need. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

This review is for delivery. I ordered at 10:30 on a Sunday, and the instructions said I'd get a text from the driver when delivery was on the way. 2hrs later, I was still waiting, so I contacted them via chat and was told their delivery driver wasn't even supposed to arrive until 12:30pm and would contact me between 1-2:30pm as to when my order would be delivered. Why is this information not posted anywhere before or after placing an order? Have to wait 3 hours or longer for a delivery placed after open hours at 10am? Unbelievable! I could have driven down there and gotten my order far quicker! Don't bother with delivery. Slow and inconvenient. Update : it's now after 3pm and still waiting for a text confirming delivery. Wow, horrible service.

A well designed space. Bright, open and airy. The staff was very welcoming and the budtenders were knowledgeable and friendly.

Love this place. Took my Boyfriend here while he was visiting from the UK. Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Harborside is always classy and the staff has great energy. Very knowledgeable and stand by their products. They offer veteran discounts and have an unbeatable and exclusive selection. Their buds are top notch.

The taxes are a bit high but they have a lot of options for all tastes while the place itself and costumer service is amazing. They always have promotions running in the store, definitely a place to check when searching for your cannabis.

They were sold out of clones! We drove so freaking far too. 30 minutes North of Sac. Booo!

Harborside is very expensive. Like no doubt the most tax even for recreation use. The price is mostly expensive stuff. Only go if you are trying to spend at least 130+tax. Honestly there is only the fact that if I want more than an eighth I can go there. Total quality over quantity. Did not last. And I hope they can do better. They have a boatload of stuff I don't understand how it can be so hard to be a regular taxed system. But no problems other then the tax system towards them. But no doubt big bucks only xD.

Busy, helpful staff. Hoping to pass legal medical marijuana this fall in the state of Utah. Wish us luck.

Phone customer service is pretty bad. It s impossible to reach someone to cancel a delivery order once it s placed. Lines in store are way too long.

flowers are over priced, oils and concentrates are not that powerful, the staff might be friendly and polite but that only goes so far if they really dont know what they're talking about. Their delivery service is really not a service at all, you put your order in and maybe you can get it that day but probably not around the time you want it. And dont try to go to their website if you have an apple computer or phone cause most of the time it doesnt work. I was told it had something to do with the malware they use, very strange. There are so many better places to get your meds and at a better price, no youre not losing on the quality cause most of the dispensaries in the bay area have the same meds

I'd live here if allowed. These people are incredibly and the products are the best in the business from flower, to edibles, extracts and clones as well.

Went there yesterday and bought a 1/2 ounce and the lady charge me 200 and it was suppose to be 175.... so I called and they called me back to fix the problem... they gave me extra credit for there mistake.... I got a lot of respect for this club.... they do care for there customers.... there the best club I ever been too really respectful.... and I've been too 100s of club..... keep up the good job.... I will always be your customer.... thank you again....

This place was something else! Huge selection of everything! Nice atmosphere, nice location, amazing staff! Tho they were out of my strain, I am very satisfied with their suggested flower.

Cool place. Long wait. 8 clones. 3 are doing well. The rest are confused and ate budding at 23 inches. I am experienced in horticulture, and not my 1st rodeo.

Great selectiom and the employees are helpful and easygoing. The security personnel really take care of the waiting like outside and inside. You'll wait at least 45 minutes to an hour but it is worth it.

Harborside always impresses me from the courtesy and professionalism of the staff to the knowledge of the bystanders, selection, ease with pickup or deliveries. Very, very pleased with their focus on serving the patient.

They were my go to medical dispensary. Now they spit in the face of the medicinal cannabis community. I m 19 and have a seriously debilitating condition and they just turned me away. It shows that they never believed in the medicinal properties of cannabis, I couldn t be more disappointed!

NEVER BUY HARBORSIDE CLONES.
I bought 6 bluberry and 6 platinum cookies clones. I have treated each plant very carefully and many years experience growing. By far, these are the worst clones I ever had. They look good in the store on the shelf. They are all in rockwool and had almost no roots showing anywhere. I had to baby all of my plants. Within the first 2 weeks all but one clone died. None of the roots ever made it through the rockwool cube before they sold it to me, nor after I took excellent care. I have one good plant out of twelve. NEVER BUY HARBORSIDE CLONES. The atmosphere was nice, the line was to long, the quality is horrible for the price. Zero Stars.

I wanted to purchase some clones from Harborside to grow outside. The website clearly states that a medical certificate is no longer needed to purchase products from Harborside, yet I was told by phone that most of the strains being sold require a medical certificate. This doesn't make sense!

So easy to shop here and all the staff were super friendly.

The TAX was outrageous...The service was fantastic. But why $9.00 for something called excise tax, sales tax $6.94 Oakland cannabis tax$6.00 no way to much TAX...

This place has is a lot of money a lot of time unfriendly people the only time they're friendly is when you're coming in there spending hundreds and like if you come in and spend a couple dollars they get upset and it takes like $1,000 before you can get anything free

I went in to buy a clone, and ended up talking to the plant guy for half an hour about his hydroponics setup and recommendations. He clearly just liked talking about it and helping me out and there wasn't a hint of sales pressure - he actually suggested I get my setup ready and come back to buy the clone later. Overall a fantastic experience, and I walked away with a tasty eighth and first-timer's goodie bag

What can I say? Strange to enter such a shop. Folks were very friendly and helpful. Even the um, bouncers? At the door. Everything was displayed well with the "important" information next to it on small cards and a staff member to help guide you through. While I'll not give up my network of old friends I'll be using this resource again.
