It's been about 10 months since my last visit, not as busy as I remember it. I like that they added new shelving on the floor to look and pick up and read the products, and that they had an associate on the floor to answer questions.

Convoluted rewards scheme, extremely overpriced, and they fairly often make mistakes that overcharge you. Good selection, though.

I like this place they got good clones they dont use there bare hands to touch clones. They got a few cuties working there and that's always good very helpful staff.

Harborside has the worst online menu. Absolutely no usable details regarding any of the products. Makes it impossible to order online unless you are fond of gambling.

This is my favorite dispensary in the bay! Very cool that they deliver to Richmond. Had a delivery today and not only was the driver in a mask and gloves and sanitized before making the delivery- they were kind and it was seamless to pay using can pay. It s clear that they care about their employees and customers. Highly recommend- great delivery experience.

Wonderful atmosphere: bright, open, spacious. Friendly staff, who are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Large product selection in glass viewing tables. Note that their website is quirky; know that out-of-stock items are not displayed, which is not obvious. It does get crowded, avoid Fridays and 30 minutes of opening. Lots of free parking available. One of the best dispenser experience in the area.

Venom OG. Timing is necessary if you're a small grower but they always have the best clones. The staff has always been friendly and professional to me and Kathy. The frequent sales are really good.

Always love coming in and being treated with kindness from the outside in. That, in my opinion, speaks volumes!

I spent over 1 hour to buy 3 clones.
Terrible service. They made us wait outside in the sun. Once inside, another line. Only 1 person working in the clones dept. Many employees walking around explaining why it is taking so long. Most of them look like they smoke way to much pot. How about more help where it is needed? I wish I could work for a place where no one is responsible for there actions!
And PLEASE, don t get me started on the taxes !

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but all my expectations were blown out of the water. In from WA and am an avid consumer of cannabis products.
I've been all over the northwest. As well as up and down California visiting the various shops.
Harborside is hands down the best cannabis shop I have been too. Up until today Oregon was the winner. After my experience in Harborside all future shops have a high bar set.
My brother and I brought my mom in to help her find a sleep aid. The guy who helped her was incredibly helpful. The knowledge all the sale people had of each individual product was fantastic. Any questions we had were answered with confidence.
And the selection blew me away, no matter what you're looking for in a cannabis product they have you covered.
I hear that there are lines during busier times of day, we had no wait for either. This shop is being added to my places to visit whenever I am in the bay area.
Now if you could just do something about that rediculous excise tax!

The few weeks following legalized cannabis had me question my preferred choice's future in my life. The transaction was horrid and I have scars. My last few online pick up are nothing like the medical incarnation of last year. The waiting in much longer, but have been very slowly improving.

Harborside no longer cares one whit for the patients that have built its success. I have been a Harborside patient for years. I used to place my order online and would receive a text within 10 minutes confirming my order was ready for pickup. Since legalization, however, I now wait hours and hours for confirm to pick up. Front desk and security are now incredibly rude. Wake up, Harborside! You have a lot of competition now.

This used to be one of my favorites to go. since the legalization of cannabis took place, it has changed drastically. Which in time I knew would happen. The 30% tax pretty much killed this place but it still seems to do okay. Not the selection that they used to have plus now you have to wait in a line outside. Plus once you get inside you will wait in another line from 10 to 20 minutes. They do offer the online service but once again you will also wait in another line for 10 to 20 minutes. The staff used to be extremely friendly, now they're just rushed and trying to get people out the door. I only come when they have a deal, periodically they'll have twenty 30% off. It's better off to grow your own if you have the time.

Try to order online - get to final step and nothing works. So much for trying overpriced legal weed. I'll be calling my local black market dealer as always for 1/3rd of the price and free delivery. Nothing for Oakland stoner company and nothing for Mister Tax Man.

I was curious what all the buzz about this place was about since I heard good things. I was in the area and was shocked to see this place was run by trashy, uneducated staff. They also overcharge people for mediocre bud. They must pay the city of This is what happens when you buy out a city like Oakland.

Such an easy experience. Paul was great at getting me started and Morgan suggested a lot of great options to help with my sleep. Definitely recommend this to anyone. Great staff. :)

They label something one price on the shelf, but then they charge you 50% more when you get to the counter. Why not just put the correct price on the product?

Enormous selection, boutique prices, no medical discount at present, large parking lot.

Went for the 1st time. Customer service was very accommodating and knowledgeable about their product. They allowed me choices that I never experienced in other clubs. I highly recommend them for your cannabis needs.

Sold me a bag of useless weed that only gives me a headache. They say they offer a return policy but they don't stand by it. Everything here is overpriced anyway.
