I bought 100 clones and 30 had PM. I bought them back in 48 hours and they won't replace them. They said they would give me a 20% discount on my next order and I explained that it wouldn't help because I have no intention on buying from them again. I told them I would make sure I let everyone know about this on social media. They then told me they were taking me to speak with a manager and took me to security and told them to show me how they deal with aggressive customers. The security didn't do much because they didn't feel that I was aggressive. They then called a manager to speak with me and the manager agreed that I was not aggressive and that taking me to security was not needed. They gave me the number to another manager to speak with about the problem and I got nowhere with him ether. If buying clones from them just know they sale clones with PM. By the way It was the dosidos from kinship that had the PM problem.
Their delivery service is flakey and can't be trusted to make it when they promise.
Our visit to Harborside San Jose was well worth drive from central valley! Spa-like interior was so inviting. Friends & I will def be back!

Every staff person is nice and has lots of information. The Dispensary is very professional, clean, like any office would be. There are many cash out stations. I'd give it 5 stars except i have trouble getting certain products that i use for relief of nausea from medication in San Jose.

The outside staff is rude and doesn't acknowledge you when they're scanning your ID. The staff inside will give you information on a product but won't look you in the eye while they're doing it. Cashier was nice.

Good meds, uncomfortable atmosphere though. Employees seemed unsure how to address some basic concerns like long wait times. Very hard to consider each individual patient's needs with so many employees and patients. Employees were less than cordial, and our budtender forgot to ring up an item I was excited about trying when I got home. This wouldn't have been a big deal if I didn't live three hours away. Too much hype to be worth the hassle of parking and checking in with at least three different employees every time I come. Employees seem disinterested/disgruntled. Not the warmest place for people with serious illnesses.
Hands down, one of the best curated Cannabis emporiums in the Bay Area. Consistent quality, friendly service, Harborside is the East Bay standard in my opinion, if it s not good, they don t have it. Count your lucky stars if Sophia rings you up, I had the pleasure today and just the few minutes we talked helped my day turn around, kind, caring, joyous and compassionate. Those words sum up my experience at Harborside today. In the few months I ve frequented Harborside, I have not gone home unhappy. Check them out.

This place is super well-organized. When you drive up and before you enter the premises, they scan your driver's license or other official ID. Security is super tight. There is a metal detector just inside the door that you must go through in order to reach the showroom floor.
The place is bright, clean and very professional looking. For all practical purposes, this could pass for a modern Medical Clinic. There are a number of glass cased display cases on the floor. They are grouped by product types such as Bud's, Edibles, tintures, Etc.
There is a staff of product advisers circulating on the floor to give you advice and information about all the products. They make it pretty easy 2 choose the right product for what ails you. It's geared for beginners as well as more experienced customers.
Stole then you must have issues. The Deangelos and Staff take pride in wha tthey do. Dont say anything else until youve spoken to Management I am confident they wouldve helped you. You just need to get off your hiney and ask.

I consulted with a customer service representative about moving to a different level of CPD drops and decided to try the 8:1 to see if that met my needs. She was nice enough to write "8:1 CPD Drops" on a slip of paper to present to the person at the counter. After waiting in line for at least 30 minutes, the guy behind the counter retrieved the product and rang up the sale. I walked outside and got into my car when I noticed he gave me the 18:1 CPD drops by mistake. I walked back into the Harborside and I was told by another customer service representative that I will have to wait in line all over again - like another 30 minutes to correct a mistake I did not make. He suggested I try the Pickup line and I was also told the same thing by that staff member. I then asked to see a manager who corrected the situation by exchanging the 18:1for the 8:1 CPD drops. All was well until she told me coldly that "next time I will have to wait in line like the other customers." Lesson learned: ALWAYS double check the person behind the counter fills your order to ensure you are getting what you asked for AND what you had written down on a piece of paper (the paper correctly stated 8:1 because I checked it while waiting in line and Googled 8:1 CPD Drops). Granted, the manager was professional enough to correct the situation immediately, but to tell me I would have to wait in a 30 minute line all over again to correct a mistake I did not make is horrible customer service. What did the manager mean by "next time?" Like this is something I did on purpose for some untold reason? Don't forget Harborside that the customer is supposed to be right and customers should not to be given the runaround by staff members who seem you know nothing of customer service and that telling a customer they will have to wait for up to 30 minutes all over again is nothing more that a "punishment" for the customer who is being forced to correct a mistake that was plainly the fault of Harborside staff. Perhaps it is time for Harborside to review their customer service approach and then train staff to ensure they are not screwing up an order and ESPECIALLY not insinuating it's the fault of the customer by stating coldly that next time the customer "will have to wait in line like the other customers." Really shoddy treatment, Harborside, really shoddy treatment of a customer.

We got another one to see if it was just that one, their harborside joints are terrible they grind the weed until its powder and then roll it into an unsmokeable joint...Booooooo, go somewhere else, like Blum or Ohana...they know how to roll a doobie. Bought 44 clones from Harborside on July 31 2016 and now they have powdery mildew on them. The chiesel and birthday cake clones from QueenBee genetics are full of powdery mildew. I spent so much time and money to get to this point and now I realize Harborside health center and Steve D'Angelo don't give a damn about me or us. They just want the money.
Recently been getting text messages about great deals Harborside is offering, however when you get there the deal is not the same. So it makes me wonder are they just trying to get people there cuz no matter what they aren't going to leave empty handed. Yes I know they make a bizillion dollars there but still makes me wonder. Dark heart nursery say they made a drop at harborside 9pm 1/19 the next morning I drove 100 miles to pick up some clones and all they had was a couple of strains to pick from, asked why and was told to check their website, which I check - but the list is the same everyday. Asked when will new clones will be available and was told they didn't get a drop, dark heart posted that they did?.

Ordered a product online for pickup and was told that my order was ready to be picked up. Drove down and stood in line to be told that they were out of what I ordered. Instead of making it right, they gave me more expensive options to choose from. I ended up paying almost $20 more for way less. This is not the first time this has happened, unfortunately with harborside, this has become common. While the staff is nice, its obvious that they don't really care. They have violated my trust and I will not patronize them anymore. I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience as well.
I used to come to this place at least once a week every week for 2 years, it's basically down the street from my house, spent thousands and thousands of dollars and racked up around 9,000+ rewards points which I came in today to redeem for some cartridges but turns out as of January 1st 2018 harboside "health center" has gone fully recreational...it's a bit of a shame really because I'm 19 and have been using my medical card to get into dispensaries all the time. But harboside seems to have pushed their patient's away and primarily focused on just the general 21 + clientele. And I can't even use the eaze delivery service because it is unavailable in the city where I reside (Alameda) so in the end I'm forced to go to dispensaries that haven't gone fully recreational/ that stayed medical such as telegraph health center for example. I really hope Harborside resolves this inconvenience in the near future.
