They got a good stock here. I came in for some blue dream and ended up leaving with some lemon drops since they didn't have blue dream. Not even mad.

I paid $80 for "Feminized" seeds that turned out to be males. They told me that was too bad. No money back, nothing. The seeds were Cali connection Tahoe OG. They handled this poorly.

I had a very weird experience with Jess today. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I won't be coming back for a while.

The nicest cannabis club I've ever been to. Been going here for years and the experience has always been excellent. Helpful and friendly staff, wide variety of great products including clones. Great spot for locals and tourists.

I didn't know what to expect, being it was the first thing time I've bought weed legally. Of course, you need your ID at the door, and that about it.

And to my surprise it was basically the Cannabis DMV, where it pays off SIGNIFICANTLY to order online, or th3 equivalent of having an appointment at DMV.

Goes from a 1 hour+ wait time to 20 mins if you pre-order your cannabis online 30 mins in advance.

The whole staff were very kind and accommodating, and the prices were fair.

I highly recommend going to Harborside in Oakland California if you wish to buy recreational cannabis in the Bay Area.

so, wow. i use Eaze a lot when i cant get to a storefront. but wanted to try something different today, esp since harborside has such a huge selection - rarely do i get out that way. never again. I placed my order at 10am and didnt hear from them for 4.0 hrs. they called to tell me they ddt have what i wanted. k. i picked whatever. jst bring me whatever. 2 hours later they call again. they tell me the are coming. k. they confirmed my address at least 3 x now. i have it on my acct. plus, each time they called, they verified my address. driver will be there in 20 min. get ready! k. i sit out front on steps for 40 min. nothing. 60 min later someone calls me to tell me she cant find me. but i am at the address i gave you 3 x now. now this makes 4. but she cant find me. not only do i offer to go outside and jump up and down for her, but i am also giving her cross streets. i am doing everything short of leaving my house and driving to harborside myself. she tells me i live i a hard to find location. are you serious right now?
i live on the corner of Martin Luther King, one of the largest, busiest streets in Oakland. If you can't find MLK, perhaps maybe you're not cut out to deliver. I work had for my money and I spend it just as hard. Trust me, the weed jst as good at Blum.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful sales people who really know their products. Very large sellection of all kinds of cannabis items. Trustworthy products especially in these times of counterfeit goods. Would be helpful if you could exchange unopened products. Ready to get to off the highway in a decent neighborhood by the harbor with plenty of security and parking. They also deliver.

This is the most inefficiently operates diapensery I ve been to across threw different states. I don t care how pretty it looks, there s no reason for any place to have a wait time like this, if you know what you want you shouldn t have to wait for 40 to get a consultation.

Took a drive over here from San Jose and picked up 6 clones very easy and convenient ordering online with text message updates no troubles at all door guys are professional and welcoming the bud tender SAM G helped me out and was very nice and gave me a ton of knowledge on the California laws and regulations very nice woman!i appreciate it Harborside

Great customer service but those lines are way too long

They are wonderful and have really helped me navigate a lot of health problems. Everyone is super kind. It has gotten crazy though since recreational legislation went into effect. But they also offer holistic services like acupuncture and chiropractic for free to their members so it's a uniquely awesome place.

Nice product (except clones, which for 3 yrs in a row were the same strain although named differently), there is always a long line, expensive & not the friendliest employees. In other words, there are definately better choices out there.

Pros: Clean store, lots of selection. Cons: Hard to shop, there is no menu of product. Prices are ok until you realize those prices don t include tax. I ve shopped in so many stores, five states, that was a first. Salesperson was AWFUL!!

Total rip off! Pretty shady that they are using the new laws to screw over everyone especially patients that actually need their medicine. If you're looking for a place to go, definitely go anywhere but here!

I suffer from back and legs injury for 10 years also pancreas problems I live in england and wish there was a place like this here and not have to hide way and struggle to get hold of pot as my heath since take it as 100% better than it was if only I live near to this heath centre

Love this place. Nice to be in a shop where no one acts like they're authority, everyone is happy to help, and also very knowledgeable about their products.

Security will scan your ID before you are allowed to enter the establishment. Then there is a medal detector when you go inside. Establishment is brightly lit , clean and well organized. Workers are very informative and helpful. Feels like a safe place to shop with ample parking.

What I like about this place the most is that there are so many different programs to help people like Chiropractic and acupuncture.Also look for the deals when they have them they're great

Extremely slow and disinterested service. Lots of staff milling around chatting while we all wait for an hour plus. Meantime the manager lady wanders round not making eye contact and seemingly oblivious to the waste of time and poor service. There are 2 checkout people active yet about 10 registers. Don t seem to care here. Line out the door is not so much a function of the undeserved popularity as it is to extremely indifferent staff. We will shop elsewhere from now on.

Happy helpful staff.I bought four select elite cartridges because they are on sale for $19 instead of 34 and three out of four cartridges were half full......not happy. my girlfriend went down there the same day, bought the same deal and ended up with all four cartridges half full.

Very welcoming. Clean parking lot with security and staff to welcome you. Knowledgeable staff inside that makes it easier to gather the herbs and medicine during your visit. A great place to intro your FAMILY to the world of medical and recreational cannabis.

This is really , the only place I go to get my essentials. I love the atmosphere. It's very clean and the staff is very helpful without being overbearing. I especially love the fact that you can walk around the shop and hold a product in your hands and read the packaging. It doesn't feel like a head shop. It feels like a real store. I don't like the other places where everything is behind a counter. It's too bad the other dispensaries can't follow this business model. They would get more business if they did,

Harborside used to be a friendly place, staff used to care, not anymore! It feels like they are just out to make another million, no customer satisfaction at all. They don't stock product, you have to ask if they have this or that in the back, which always seems like a bother to the sales staff. Put out what you have!!!! It feels like a Walmart, not cool at all anymore. Much better Dispensaries out there!

It used to the best dispensary. They had really cool vibe and great service. Most of all, they had great great products; epic buds, big and healthy plants, and artisan equipments. However, they sold their business to Canadian company in 2018, they turn the brand and quality into Burlington . They now got gimmicky products, tiny and wimpy plants with higher price, workers don t know about pot, stupid cheap merches and loooooong waiting line for paying. Securities are some thugs and they gather around on the entrance and make jokes to each other. Seriously it is like going to a cheap supermarket. I feel really sad. because, this Harborside in this location was truely the gem of pot industry. now... it is garbage. it is not edge at all, but pricy and super low quality.

I've been going here for about 6 months now. It's a pretty big space and has plenty of parking. They've been making improvements to their shop and things seem to move pretty efficiently. They have a good number of bud tenders so the line moves pretty fast. They are also always very friendly and helpful.

The shop has a good selection of herb products. Good flower selections, lots of vape juices, concentrated, and edibles. They also have an excellent seed offering and a good choice of clones. The prices seem to be pretty competitive. I joined the rewards club and get notices of the various sales. The sales as re good too, not just click bait. Like 50% off or buy one get one 50% off.

Harborside has become my new go to connect. Worth a visit if you're looking for a new spot to buy your bud.
