The worst place to get medications drove over 89 miles just to be turned away all because my drivers license was expired no compassion act at all even though my prescription was valid they put me in a lot of pain and suffering

It's nice, but totally outrageously overpriced... the quality of cannabis has dropped dramatically since legalization. I'll be going to the black market from now on.

They care more about greed than dispensing good medicine. The buds I got were simply mediocre, yet charged $65 plus tax for their "top shelf" which was as good as what you would find on the street. Terrible.

Love the level of security and professionalism here. Sometimes it can be pricey but, good variety.

Last visit they tried overcharging me a hundred dollars, made life hell forcing me to wait 2 months for a e mail order THEY DEMANDED, said my order would be in in 3 - 5 days, the person on the phone actually argued with me about that, which I had in writing- I will never go back

The best selection in the East Bay. Flower, concentrates, edibles, beverages, CBD. If you need something special or unique, HS is the place. Ask for your Veterans or Medical discount. Warning, this place is not the most price friendly place. Sometimes there can be a long 30+ min wait.

Unfortunately, no disabled access, long time waiting lines. It's hard for those that find it difficult to standard in long lines. Once you getting to the front counter you purchase, clerk wash helpful and friendly despite the crowded conditions.

I miss this place. Very upperscale, good displays, good selection, and pure products. Love the delivery service, the drivers are always warm. Store employees are pro, fast, and efficient. If you know what you want, call it in, and pick it up. No lines. Regardless, the cashiers are fast and pro, and Harborside's offerings are undeniably above and beyond.

New floor layout and u-pick-it approach lends to a true hands on approach. A new tasting room is nearly complete.

Absolutely a go-to in the east bay. Convenient placed right off the 880 what makes this place so good in my opinion is the helpful and friendly staff that'll help you get just what you need. This place has consistently had great service everytime I've come. Highly recommend

Not to good. i travel 2 and a half hours to go there .two monts ago i spent 800 dollars and half my clones had powder mold now my garden does .thanks so i call them they tell me will fix it ill give me an eighth of weed .wow thats it 30points so 2 months later ill try it again i spent 480 and got 5 flavors and guess what 2 of my flavors had powder mold how can you say your the best when you do business like this they dont care about there product .this is not right .i too grow and mold happens you got to be a man and put it in the garbage and you take a loss thats how it works .better check your farmers ill be checking back .bad product..!!!!!

Usually I don't have a problem getting the product I want. I typically don't have to stand in a long line. They were having a sale and had sold out of both products I wanted. Darn.

I just bought some clones from Oakland harbor side. I bought a lot so I only check a few, a usual practice when you order online and all ready to go for pick up. Only half of them root. I called the clone department manager and he choose to say nothing. He said it was my fault for not checking. I'm from Chico, driving three hours to pick up clones and only half rooted. Beware all you online orders, especially large orders. Over the past moth, I must spent over several thousand for clone in both San Jose and Oakland harbor side. Me and my friends are no going there from here on. The nursery that provide the unrooted clone is queen bee.

Terrific and helpful staff here. Best bet if you know what you want, order online and pick up in store. You ll avoid the line that way.

Interesting experience if you ve never done such a thing. Feels like walking into your neighborhood grocery store. Parking can sometimes be a hassle. Good security presence.

Bad quality cannabis, i paid for supposely high grade bud and it had mold. Ontop of that it was dry and had darker ashes like it wasnt flushed properly. Dissapointed on my first and last encounter. They were pretty rude there, there system is not functional. Blum is way better than this club.

Very nice place. Easy in and out as long as you know what you want but if you don't the staff is helpful.

Beautiful store, lot of selection. But they never have enough workers. Going to this store is a guaranteed 20-30 minutes wait to be checked out. You would think after so many years they would learn but sadly not yet. Friendly staff but the wait time needs to be reduced

I love going to Harborside. the staff is friendly and helpful. I buy flowers mainly, and the quality is always top notch.

I love when the sun grown flowers are around, the prices drop like crazy and the quality is the same.

I recommend using the pick up service so I don't have to stand in a long line. I have some back problems that make it very difficult to stand very kind. even the bathrooms are nice!

My adult daughter recommended Harborside as I ve recently been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis. I had been looking online for alternatives to Pharmaceuticals to help the pain from inflammation. Our consultant Nick was VERY friendly and knowledgeable and was able to direct me to a product that should help my symptoms. The cashier was also very friendly and I loved getting a wisdom discount! Can t wait to try my products and go back for more!

Nice ppl very close to home so it's very convenient. And more importantly they have a great selection.

Bad value products. Significantly higher quality$25 1/8ths can be had at many other locations. Additionally, they do not let you smell the product, a ridiculous policy that no other dispensary follows. I'll gladly take my biz elsewhere. They also charged me for an exit bag when I brought my own.

The no smelling policy is purely greed based as the opened display product has to be disposed of and not sold per state regs. As I said other dispensaries let you properly inspect the buds. My $25 bag smelled like trimmings, bad taste and harsh.

Been coming to Harborside since they opened. They are what every dispensary should be. They have a huge selection of marijuana in just about every form imaginable. Professional enviorment and knolagable staff. I wish they had better prices or at least better deals on their buds. However, you will never leave disapointed and their product is always quality. If you got some extra $$, this is the place to go.
