Fair price, clean room & a great breakfast. 'Nuf said.

Washing machine on 2nd floor didn't work. Dryer on 4th floor didn't work. Really nice hotel and only had a continental breakfast.

Completely adequate hotel with kind, courteous staff.

Clean, safe area. Staff was helpful, friendly and outgoing.

Overall pretty nice. Just a few misses with the facility

Wonderful stay while visiting UC. The high ratings this hotel receive are accurate.
The only thing I would change is not having a first floor room by the ice machine. Hallway noise all night, ice machine ran all night.
Staff was excellent, amenities were excellent, breakfast was fresh and well presented. Fresh made omletes. Clean and well decorated throughout entire property.

My daughter loved the hotel and she is a teenager! Great location and excellent customer service! The restaurant was fabulous and catered to a wide age bracket! Definitely will stay at this hotel again during our next visit!

Stayed multiple nights at different times and the staff has be super accommodating. The rooms are top notch and probably the best around. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. I travel for work and I know a good hotel. This one is very good.

The front desk was very helpful and made sure I enjoyed my room with a complimentary upgrade. I didn't like the air conditioning unit in the room, which wasn't a big deal, but she made sure I was satisfied with my stay!

Upon arrival,all was good until we tried to get into the room. The card key several and I do mean several attempts to enter, no entry. We go to the clerk to remedy the situation and took her several attempts. Not one appoligy for any inconvenience. Not very professional. Get inside the room and it's 81 degrees in there and this is July. Complained about the AC and she said it was probably turned on from the last guest. I call b.s. They should at least checked the room before I checked in. Terrible MGMT. I inspected the AC filter and it hasn't been changed since 2/19 this is 7/20, again I call b.s. White Castle sack in the cupboard in the kitchen, Lord knows how long that was in there. The room itself was very nice. It's the small things that matter sometimes in a great stay or a so so stay. Would stay again if the pool and breakfast bar were up and going.

Really nice rooms and staff, but we were facing the highway so there was a lot of ambient noise. Also the breakfast is pretty meager if you don't want an omelette.

We stayed at this property March 12 - 15, 2020. During this time, Ohio had a COVID-19 mask mandate in effect in all counties. During our three night stay, we observed an unmasked housekeeping aide in the lobby and only saw one guest and her children with masks. All other guests traversed the lobby, halls, and common areas without masks - despite four signs at the entrance stating that masks were required. One guest even tried to get on the elevator with us without a mask. I did not observe the staff making any effort to encourage anyone to wear masks and when I queried one employee, the response was, "We can't make them wear a mask." I understand these are difficult times for everyone, but as senior citizens, we did not feel safe staying at this property. Other than the pandemic issues, the mattress was one of the worst we've ever slept on and the air conditioning unit had a bearing going out that made a high-pitch squealing sound. The carpet also did not appear to be clean - especially around the edges. The desk staff were very pleasant and cordial.

Employee hospitality was 5-STAR. Hand made omelet breakfast was nice. Room was clean but very dated and in desperate need of updating.

Should be renamed as Worst Western Hotel. I booked for nine nights but checked out in one night. Room was untidy. No Utensils in kitchen except an old and rusty pan found under sink. Microwave almost broken. Bed making weird broken sound when sleep on it. Storage Cupboard sliding drawers almost unmovable. No hot breakfast until about 7.30 am. That too only make to order Omelette. Overall a very bad hotel that charges rates of a 4 star hotel. Unfair. No complaints from Staff as they are always helpful.

Overall the stay was great! Needs better lighting everything is so dark. Rooms was very clean. Breakfast wasn't that impressive, it's free! Staff was nice!

Good service, clean rooms, affordable prices, and hot breakfast. Can't ask for more. It was nice that our king suite had a pull out bed for the kids and an operating kitchen as well.

Ample parking with a very nice pool. The people that work here are beyond helpful and exceeded any request I had when I asked for help. The bar that was available in the evening was a pleasant surprise and very affordable. The breakfast was the best I ve ever experienced at any hotel with eggs made to order with numerous toppings available at your request. I have to question the grits served as I didn t see anyone order them as I ate. I feel hash browns or other breakfast potatoes would have been a better choice.

Hotel was below average for the price. We upgraded to the King suite and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the TV had no movie channels. Plus at night you can hear the AC kicking on in all the rooms around the hotel.

Besides hearing the next room shower at2am this place was amazing very nice and clean rooms. Guest service was very polite. I plan on staying her again

The internet connection was super spotty, keycards are awful and the elevator is very slow. Otherwise a good hotel.

This hotel is not in the best shape. Starting with the front desk the people who work here seem like they don't care about much also they can't do much without their manager and this staff person laughed when I came down to break a $10 to get a few drinks out of the vending machine on my floor. They didnt even a enought cash to break it the guy in tbe front hand to break his money. The room is not the best the when i was takkng a show it turned into a bath because the water doesn't drain normally. The shower and the sink water didn't come out with enough presser. The bathroom door didn't stay closed all the way. The bedroom needed a up grade. From the walls to the closet door to the coach. The breakfast here is good just not much to it. The pool is on the other side of the parking lot. Just a all around this place needs a upgrade I would give this place at least a .5 to a max maybe 2 stars out of 5.

Rooms where not cleaned, blinds and mattresses stain. Sofa ripped.

Not the cleanest, and definitely outdated. The staff was nice and the beds were adequate. Horrible broken chair at the desk in room, and uhhh... 'unusual' stains on the couch... they didn't wipe off so I assume it was clean, but still unnerving.

If you pay with points check your credit card. They will charge you until you call them to correct their mishap ...
After my call on a weekend trying to resolve this the money was replaced the NEXT business day. Thank you! I do apologize for writing in the heat of the moment. Other than this issue, it is a very nice place. One of the best Best Westerns I have stayed at in 20 years.

My husband and I had only planned to stay at this hotel for a short time after our house sold sooner than we expected. We ended up staying for 3 months ..The staff was amazing! They all went above and beyond to assure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was always great !! Thank you Wanda for caring about us and giving us the little extras to make our stay feel like home...we love and appreciate you so much...Jen thanks for making us laugh all the time...Very nice place to stay and great people work here ..PS GLACIER SAYS THANK YOU TOO

Very nice hotel at a great price. The rooms are nice sized and clean. Great breakfast selection. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. Even though it is in the suburbs, it is easy to get to downtown Cincinnati.

Room is very nice and front desk check-in late in the evening was super.

This place is disgusting, I don't understand how it holds a 4 star average on Google. There was a pice of floss left in the bathroom vent and one of the outlets was hanging off the wall. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they let me break my reservation and check out after one night with no penalty.

Always clean! This was my third or fourth stay at this hotel and I love the spaciousness of the rooms and the complimentary breakfast that includes made-to-order omelettes!

I reserved a suite for my parents who were in town for one night. I'd arranged to pay for the room prior to their arrival but when they checked in, the front desk staff was a little less than accommodating in that even though my payment information was already on file, the woman still made my parents give their cc information. I was able to resolve this issue with another, much more helpful front desk staff member later that day. Despite that initial frustration, the suite was beautiful and my parents enjoyed their stay; the breakfast was also a big hit !

The night manager, Miss Wonda. Is literally the nicest woman I ve probably ever met. Compassionate about our last minute check-in due to terrible weather. She gave us anything we asked for and way more. She went above and beyond to make our stay as amazing as possible and I can definitely say it was!! The rooms were very large, comfy, and tidy! Bathrooms were roomy and clean. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone. Right next door to Kenwood Towne Centre is a big plus too!!

Very friendly staff. Hotel quite outdated, but is still comfortable.

Clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, great value for the price! Well-located near several restaurants. The building is tucked behind trees and not visible from the road and the sign says Hannaford Inn rather than Best Western. I overshot and had to turn around. Not a problem though, and I loved the hotel and location.

Great stay, friendly staff. Will be back if ever in the area. Just wish breakfast during the week had more options besides carbs and to offer sugar free options. They had an omlet bar which was great! But I never got to use it because there were so many orders in already. Great value, great stay.

I stayed here for five days and loved it. All of the staff were great, helpful in every way. The breakfast is excellent, especially the made to order omelletes. The happy hours were also great. It is a little hard to find the place but it's worth it. The location is ideal also, close to the 71.

Beautiful!! Under a makeover however it was SO clean. At least when I was there.

Rooms are dusty. Carpet looks old. It's dark, and doesn't have a welcoming feel/atmosphere. They were in the process of remolding I guess, but it looked to me that the entire hotel needs updating. I didn't actually stay here because during my "check in" check, my daughter found a "roach".......blunt with weed in a drawer. Obviously this room wasn't cleaned efficiently. At that point, I notified the front desk and asked to be refunded and to let them know I was NOT going to be staying there. She notified her boss, he came in and was apologetic about the situation. I was not charged for anything, just inconvenienced at most. Customer service was A okay, as they were empathetic about my feelings. I commend them for that. However in the future, I will not book a reservation at this hotel and or maybe even the chain.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, omelettes, bread, waffles, muffins etc. Room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

My husband made reservations for us for the night so we could attend the Reds/Cubs game. We arrived at the hotel about 5:50pm and was picked up by an Uber at 6:15 to make the 7:05 first pitch.

When we finally could spend more than five minutes in our room, it was a spacious suite, with sitting area, full kitchen including a refrigerator, and cook top.

The suite even had 2 TVs in it, which was a nice surprise, even if we didn't take advantage of it.

The bedroom suite was, though, a little snug, with an additional table and padded bench in the room. While we took advantage of both, it seemed like there wasn't as much need for both in the room, especially since the king sized bed took up much space.

Speaking of... the hotel was busy, with sports teams staying in the hotel, and it didn't seem like the lovely lady making omlettes could keep up with 30 making requests for hungry teenagers and slightly hung-over travellers. The breakfast area was crowded enough that my husband and I shared our table with another couple so we'd all have a place to sit. (And it turns out that they knew some of the people I did from Home. Imagine that, in Cincinnati!) From 8am until 9:15, the breakfast area was packed.

The only downside from our visit was that the keycards for the room are easily demagnitized, especially if you have it in the same pocket as a cell phone. We accidentally did that the first time before even getting to our room, and again the next morning when I was forgetful after breakfast.

Would I stay again? Yes, because the price is right and while rush-hour traffic was maddening, getting out of town the next morning was pretty easy. I'd be careful, though, about storing the room keys away from the cell phone.

We absolutely love staying here. Big comfy rooms with a kitchen (full fridge) and a delicious breakfast!

Not a guest but the lobby looked professional and service was excellent. Location is fantastic by virtue of being close to a great mall, hospitals and the highway.

Service was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Wanda did a great job at breakfast engaging the customers and serving grits. A true southern lady. I recommend this hotel for families who have no choice but to visit Ohio.

Came to visit family in Cincinnati! This is one of the best hotels I have ever chosen! Staff is amazing, breakfast was delicious ( many options for my family to choose from), they serve hot cookies during the day and have happy hour in the evenings. My kids and I really enjoyed the pool area! Thank you Best Western Hannaford for your amazing hospitality! We will back next time for sure!

Great hotel! Stayed after moving our daughter into her apartment at UC. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Great location close to UC, but not the high prices right on campus. Would definitely recommend and stay again if needed!

There was a bedbug in our room! We left the hotel immediately after showing the hotel staff the live bedbug. They would not compensate us for driving around at midnight to look for a new hotel and ruining some of our clothes from washing then on high heat. They accused us of bringing the bedbug in. I will never stay here or at any best western if corporate does not monitor the owners. This was a horrible experience.

Kind of like a small apartment i enjoied my stay and will return the next time im in the Cincy area
