Had a group of 25+ people stay here for a family event at the US Bank Arena. Couldn't have been more pleased with my choice of place to stay for everyone. Place was very clean, staff very helpful & accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful! Would highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a great location right off the highway, and a very peaceful area in Kenwood. It was secluded from the rest of the traffic and shopping in the area. The staff is very polite, and had great customer service skills when I checked in. I also had an awesome room that had a small kitchen and the bedroom was separate from the kitchen and living room. It was very neat and tidy. I didn't have any breakfast, as all they had was muffins, bagels, waffles, and they also have the ability for you to custom order an omelette. They also had a variety of drinks in the evening for a happy hour setting. There is a pool there, however it was behind the hotel up on the hill pass the parking lot. They area itself is very safe oh, and there's a lot of restaurant options nearby. I will definitely be staying here again.
This hotel is a hidden gem on Galbraith Road in Montgomery (a suburb of Cincinnati, Oh). The rooms are large and clean; the staff very helpful and it's location is perfect near the I-71 highway and large Kenwood Mall. We stay here each time we've visited family in Cincy.
To start it off I'm 19 with a debit card and valid ID. Blue haired lady with very large glasses said she could not book my room because it was "Ohio law" for the age of the person booking the room to be 21. Then went on to slander the Red Roof Inn in Mason saying that they would be able to illegally book me and that they do it all the time.
I walk back to my car and 2 minuets of google searching reveals that you have to be 18 to rent a hotel room everywhere, and it is Best Wester's policy that you be 21 to book a room. It would be fine if she just stated the policy and left it at that, but she did not. She was misinformed the whole way through which shows incompetence, not what you want in customer service.
Best Western should train their employees better, and let any legal adualts with a valid ID rent a room, because you just lost a potential customer for life. I went 2 minuets down the road to Hampton Inn and Suites in Kenwood, their policy is you have to be 18 to rent a room, you know, because I'm a legal adult. My stay was wonderful at the Hampton. I will from now on exclusively stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. I might even start traveling more just so I have to rent more rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites. I'm going to buy so many freaking rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites that the founder of the parent company, Richard Hilton, is liquid enough to buy a new Rolex for his collection, and his daughter, Paris Hilton, can get a new pair of Gucci flip flops with her daddys money.
The staff was friendly and very attentive and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel was horrible. They made me put a $100 deposit in cash. That was not mentioned on Hotels.com. only two towels in the room. Said the pool was open when I booked but was not. Plug-in separating from the wall. Bed was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Stayed 1 night before our Cincy Zoo trip. I'm so upset I didn't get their names but the 2 ladies that were there when we checked in were amazing! We had a broke down sofa bed in our room and we let them know and they went above and beyond to fix the situation! They were very kind and professional. The breakfast was top notch! Several items to choose from (doughnuts, cereal, waffles, omelets, muffins) and my omelet was great! Would definitely stay again!
I stay here every month, great and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and amenities. Internet works great, breakfast is good, omelets are made for you from 7:00 am on. Would be appreciated if they where made earlier like 6:30 for those needing to leave earlier.
For the price this hotel is a great value. Our king suite was adequate, however it needed updating. Only the basic kitchen items provided and the quality of dishes, glassware and utensils were poor. The walls were marked up in various places and the mirror on the bathroom door wasn't clean. The shower curtain didn't reach the width of the tub because it was doubled up in places due to missing hooks. The tub' s enamel was dinged. However, the bed was very comfortable and the room quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. Great location for Kenwood shopping ....you can walk to the mall.

Rooms are very nice for the business travelers. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Couch fridge microwave easy to eat in if you do carryout. Located near a lot of local and chain resteraunts. The breakfast here is a plus and worth taking advantage of.
Understaffed, undertrained. No concern for travelers when time is a an issue. Offers omelet bar but had no one to actually do it. I stay at Best Westerns every time I can, but this one severely disappointed!
Excellent place to stay! Staff was extremely nice, hotel was so clean. Only complaint was that there was no hot tub and the pool wasn't right outside a door....you have to walk across the parking lot but it was a nice area.
Will absolutely return to this hotel every time I go to Cincinnati.

The room was comfortable and clean upon arrival..one day out of five the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Beware of the breakfast lady..she is bubbly and over-the-top friendly....and very loud. I say beware because she made a simple mistake on my husband's egg order and when I pointed it out she came unglued and went from being friendly to yelling at me in a room full of guests...she eavesdropped on my conversation with my husband and yelled at me again from two tables away...then she denied us access to the breakfast room the next day because they we're opening 30 minutes later due to it being a holiday..thing was there were already two people eating in the room...I do not recommend this hotel because of her unprofessional behavior
Location is ideal, in a prime location. Restaurants all around, just minutes from downtown. Very clean, great breakfast, clean pool and very helpful staff. Would definitely reccomend to anyone, and will stay here again!
The room was great. The tv's were nice but the signal was analog and that made the reception look awful. The room and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast downstairs was decent, however it lacked meat. Over all the experience was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed overnight for a tour of University of Cincinnati. Overall, the hotel and room were clean. I did not complain that when I pulled out the sofa bed, it was unusable to do the fabric pulling away from springs. I tried to ask a room servant, however, she did not speak English very well and was not able to understand me. I did not tell management. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. There also was no bathroom vent. However, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was more than I thought it would be. The omelet chef was fantastic. Never been to a hotel where the continental breakfast included a chef!! She was so personable and friendly.

Right on the highway, way too loud, unless it would help to specify a room on the front on the buulding. Pleasant staff. Nice breakfast.
Clean room and bed. Spacious room with a couch, fridge, and sink. Clean bathroom as well. The front desk workers were helpful and kind. Breakfast the next day was included, pastries, cereal, waffles, juices, even had the option for fresh scrambled eggs.
About a 20 minute drive down to the city, with a good rate per night.

For our first time here the experience was amazing to say the least. Thank you guys for helping my fiance bring in the New Year!!! The Christmas decorations made the hotel look even more beautiful. What a time to remember. Our room was huge for the price we paid. Nice area (Kenwood) 3 minutes away from the Kenwood Towne Center and Kenwood Movies. Will definitely return!!!!!

Great place to stay. Large comfortable, queen-sized bed, fluffy pillows, large refrigerator, microwave, stove. This was a nice size suite. The staff were nice and friendly. Loved the price for the room.This hotel is located a block away from the mall.
Nice hotel, close to mall but I think a little on the pricey side. I would say worth about 80 a night not 120.

Wonderful contential breakfast with omelet bar and frozen breakfast sandwiches. Excellent staff with room upgrades free of charge and proper room cleaning.
The toliet in our room did not flush properly and the elevator was really slow. These are not huge issues though, my stay was very comfortable.
Blood stains were on the pull out bed.
Room key did not work
And food crumbs were everywhere
This hotel is a gem and great location if you are traveling to Cincinnati or Xavier University. Great location and close to everything. Rooms are large, clean and comfy!
I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, and perfectly located for the purpose of my stay in Cincinnati. The staff found a room for me to enter 4 hours before the customary check-in time that was a significant upgrade at no additional cost. My experience proves that a standardized, national chain can have a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Location of the hotel is great as it's literally across the street from a large mall and other local shops; pretty much if you need something it's easily accessible from the hotel. It's also great because it's right next door to the family we specifically came to see. As far as the hotel itself, and coming from a background of working in the hotel industry, everything is exactly how it should be. From the friendly staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms. Speaking of; definitely more than serviceable for our length of stay. Our room contained a small kitchen with a fridge and stove, and living space with a TV. The bedroom contained another TV, a king-sized bed, large closet, and the bathroom. Had our stay been longer I could see the kitchen being more of use as it also had utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, and dishware on hand. The only "issue" I could think of is the lighting in the hallways. It's fairly dim even in the morning hours, and not much brighter after the sun's gone down. But it's pretty much a non-issue because it's a hallway; who's spending their time hanging out in a hallway?
Lobby looks beautiful. Rooms look worn. Cleanliness okay. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. Staff are pleasant but unprofessional.
Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The only thing I would say is bring your own body wash if you don't like showering with bars of soap.
I've stayed at numerous Best Western's. I had a horrible stay at this specific location. They were never able to supply me with a working door key. Each time I accessede6 my room, someone from the Hotel had to let me in. At times they too had difficulty as well. To top it off, my air conditioning stopped working, I stayed in August. I informed them of the issue in the morning, that evening it still was not fixed until I had to make a second request of my issue.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now in the past 3 years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience! The staff are wonderful. They treat you like family and go out of their way to accomodate your every need!

I like to stay at this hotel since it's so close to places I enjoy going while here. The price is great for this area and size of this hotel room. Each room I've stayed in has been fairly well appointed. As long as the property is maintained well it will continue to be my hotel of choice while in the area.

We stayed here for one night. I was expecting a regular room (I didn't order the room), but we ended up in a small suite. It was great. It has a dedicated AC unit which kept it nice and cool. More importantly, the bed was super comfy. Would definitely recommend.
Overall our stay was very nice. The only negative I can think of is that our room was on the freeway side of the hotel and the traffic was loud all night long.
Nice place, friendly and professional staff. However there were minor things with the room. Such as, drawers were not clean. I noticed hair in a few drawers and a few minor mold spots. Again, these were very minor. The biggest issue was hearing people walk past the room talking and even that's a minor thing. I definitely would stay here again.
The location of the hotel is strategic because you'll find Kenwood mall across the street! Not everyone in the front desk is friendly though. They have free breakfast every morning! You can request for an omelet but they have a certain time for that. They have two laundry rooms and they have a pool (that I wasn't able to really try).
I stayed here for 8 weeks and they're very consistent with housekeeping. They wash your dishes too!
The not so good thing about it is when I checked in, I gave them a debit card and the lady that time processed it like a credit card so the funds on my card was held in limbo for a looooong period of time and they also posted the total bill. It was really a pain! Just tell them if you're using a debit card to not experience the same thing I did!
Stayed here this past weekend. I was booked for two nights, but checked out after one. The woman at the desk when I checked in was very rude. The room was filthy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was pink and black mold in the bathroom. I have stayed here once before a year or so ago and it was fine, but it has REALLY gone downhill and I will not be staying here again.
Hotel is nice, room was good. This place charges $100 deposit even when you pay with a credit card. It seems like the really want to keep this deposit too! They claimed that we were smoking in our room and tried to keep our deposit. We weren't smoking in our room and how could they know that anyway as we were the 2nd room (ground level) as you come in from the designated smoking area. We also found a previous guests slipper next to the bed platform.

Construction in the lobby made check in a bit difficult. The room was nice, but the lighting was rather dim. The young lady at the desk was especially helpful and went above and beyond what we expected.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff (at all hours). We stayed 4 nights and there was always a friendly smiling face at the reception counter.
The continental breakfast is AWESOME. Not only did the offer the usual donuts and bagels but they had an omelette bar where they prepared an omelette for you!

the online trip advisor reviews led me to book this establishment... the room was okay, the bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning and remodeling.... want a poor review... have mold prevalent below the tub spout.... and filthy grout on the main portion of the bathroom floor. the beds were acceptable, and the room seemed clean. the free breakfast was poor in comparison with other hotels we've stayed at over the years... the omelet station was okay, but the tip jar next to it was absurd. also, when we checked out at 6a.m., there was no external lighting whatsoever, we left in the cover of darkness.
Very comfortable bed! Very clean. We especially appreciated the towels; they are super soft and not stiff and scratchy like you have at some hotels. Coffee and breakfast were really good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay and we will stay again when we're back in town.
Everything was great. Only issue was that I checked in at almost 3 am and asked for late check out, 12 noon, and the housekeeping woke me up with persistent knocking to ask if I was checking out. I had the do not disturb sign on my door. She didn't seem to care when I explained this to her.

I from Chicago IL. I ride with my husband he stuck drive. I had some bad experiences when we have to lay over in Cincinnati !!! I was surprised the staff was friendly very good service nice small bar and am they even cook for guest I Highly recommended room are very clean a mini suites they provide everything you need will return soon!!!

At check in Jennifer said I had to pay a deposit for the room. I ve stayed here many times and never paid a deposit. The hospital our daughter has surgeries through pays. I stated I never have to pay and Jennifer said well there s a Jazz Festival this weekend. I asked her what that had to do with me. She said she could rent my room for a higher rate. I told her she couldn t bc I have a reservation. She said she doesn t have to let me stay. The room was paid for at this point. It was after 5pm. She said it didn t matter they could rent the room at a higher rate if I didn t want to pay the deposit. I gave her my card bc it was late and we had spent all day at the hospital. Then it got worse! That woman put in a wake up call for 6 am!!!! I NEVER asked for one. She did it to be a jerk! So with a 3 yr old, 4 month old and a 9 month old what do you think happened at 6 am? Chaos!!! Worst experience and treatment from a hotel! And I m a platinum member of Best Western! Seriously furious! It s their loss bc they have a contract with the hospital. Which during their slow seasons keeps them in business. What would happen if they lost that contract bc of how they treated us?
