This was by far one of the best hotel experiences/stays that I have had and I have stayed in many hotels in my life.
I have taken the time to write this because I am so impressed with the Hannaford Inn. From the friendly, caring, and professional staff to the cleanliness and condition of the room it was extremely good value for the money.

Love it here! We've stayed many night's here out son and daughter sees the Dr's at Cincinnati children's mostly our son, but anyway we've stayed lots of night's. The rooms always nice and clean, big comfy bed, I like the king suites because they have the kitchenette which is very handy for when we go we can make our own good instead of eating out several times a day. All the staff are very friendly wouldn't want to stay any where else.
This was our third time to stay here, and every-time the staff has been FANTASTIC! Max made a great omelets and they have a variety of breakfast items to choose from , and if you catch Wanda working on the weekend, she will provide you with a free comedy show that will just make your day. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
There was a problem when we checked in. My husband found an online deal, which the front desk lady had to be pressed to honor. The room was not cleaned well.
I strongly suggest bringing your own clorox wipes and pillowcase ( just in case).
I will say there were no bugs and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Nice hotel in a good location off of I-71 near Cincinnati. Spacious room and nice staff. Used the fitness center and it was good for a hotel of this size. Located near a big mall and about 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati.. Good value for the price.
An out-dated hotel. Bathrooms cramped. Rooms fairly small. Kind hearted staff.
Wish I could give a 0 star. There was stains all over the sheets, the water pressure was awful, bathtub or sink will not drain. After informing the front desk of the issue the maintenance man came with a toilet bowl plunger. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn 5 min away only a $10 difference in price, but a world of difference in the hotel room.

Pros:Best location with quick access to the mall and many restaurants in the area. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons: mediocre internet speed. Noisey highway. A few broken items in the room (door handle, curtains don't close all the way).

The Best Western was a great place to stay and nicely located, right off the interstate, across the street from Kenwood Mall and very near Jewish Hospital. When we travel we like to stay at a hotel/motel we are familiar with and have had good experiences with. Like all Best Westerns, this one was very clean, quiet, nice rooms, in a safe location, and with a nice breakfast set up. We like the REWARDS program and take advantage of a free nights lodging now and then.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms, best omelet cook, the best breakfast and the Lady cooked the fish for breakfast was perfect. We will stay here again. Highly Recommended.

I'll admit I was scared when I got Best Western on Hotwire. However, it was actually nice. There are hard wood floors in the kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. We had the king sized bed and I slept for 12 hours! In the morning they have fresh omelets that you can add anything you want! Also the guy that was making them was extremely nice and friendly. Good breakfast selection. There are not many options for hotels in the are and this is a good choice.

Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was also very good. The cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all. When we pulled out the couch for my daughter it was obvious that they didn't even look or attempt to clean it.
The odd configuration of the rooms and lack of an apparent luggage ramp to the property was enough of a problem to only give a 3 star. Other than the odd configuration, the rooms were nice and clean. i was not impressed with the desk personnel either, but that can vary wildly based on the individual and situation.

I have stayed in several hotels in the Cincinnati area, and the Hannaford is by far the better of the ones I have stayed in. Free Hot breakfast (omelets and waffles), the rooms are very nice, they are in the process of upgrading most of the A/C units and rooms. They are even making some very nice executive suites. I will admit if you can't sleep with the sound of the interstate going by, you may want to ask for a room near the parking lot. I just can't say enough about how I have been treated like family during my stay.

This is an excellent Best Western Plus location. Everything was top notch.
The suite, they gave us, was brilliant. Everything was clean and spotless. There was a small kitchenette with full fridge and hot plate, sink, microwave, coffee etc. Sitting area was comfortable. The bedroom separated by doors from the living area was a nice touch and made the bedroom extremely quiet. The bed was new and just the right firmness. Everything conspired to give us the best sleep on the road in recent memory.
The fitness room was small but well equipped.
The breakfast was brilliant and including a chef making customized omelettes. Lots of other choices if you that didn't suit you. Coffee was good, as was the orange juice.
All staff were very helpful and friendly.
We will stay here on our way back to Canada.

The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. A/c was cool but interstate was a bit noisy. It is an older place but was neat and clean. The pool area was clean but the pool itself needs more daily attention. Close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Absolutely worth what I paid!

Nice staff, good location, but poor shower and elevator
Hotel was great. Clean and staff was friendly (asked for extra blanket and pillow and even though she was the only one working at the time, she offered to carry it up for me). The breakfast was amazing. I wish I could make omelettes like that. My only complaints would be that there is no ice machine except on the first floor (We were on the third) and as nice as the coffee table was my 1 year old hit her head on it and had a huge bump and now a bruise (but she is ok). Only other complaint is the loveseat in our room. When you sat on it you sank to the middle. But overall was a great experience and enjoyed our stay!
Clean, functional, and spacious. They upgraded us to a King Suite for free and we loved it. The view from our room wasn't bad, either. And the staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying again, for sure!
The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I have the king bed suite which comes with a kitchen, full size fridge and living room with nice leather couch. They even have made to order omelette bar during breakfast and 1 penny happy hour beer and wine. I would definitely stay here again.
