Great hotel to stay at! The employees are friendly and extremely nice! They had a great complimentary breakfast and I enjoyed the fitness center too. The room was really spacious with two queen beds and a couch. The beds were really comfortable too. I liked that you even had a mini kitchen area too with a sink, microwave, and fridge. I would definitely recommend staying here.
I stayed here for a few days with my family for a short vacation and was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. I did not have high expectations and was really just looking for a place to crash each night and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the facility. The room was larger than expected and very clean upon checking in. More than enough room for me, my wife and my three kids. The breakfast in the morning was quite good and much more than just cereal and bagels. There is a station for making fresh waffles and they had a person making omelets which was great! On Saturday and Sunday morning they also had sausages and grits (which come HIGHLY recommended, and I'm not a big fan of grits. So that should tell you something.) Again, I cannot stress of friendly and accommodating the staff was. They even gave us plates and napkins when we brought in pizza for dinner one night. I will definitely use this hotel again when I'm in the area.

The BW Plus Hannaford Inn greatly exceeded our expectations. We chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the team hotel rate at the neighboring Hampton Inn. Boy did we get so much more for our money at the Hannaford! Check in was easy and the associate at the desk was very helpful. The rooms were awesome with a kitchenette and amenities like make-up remover wipes, dish soap in the kitchen, and extra pillows. Breakfast each morning was the best part. I have never stayed at a hotel that included such an amazing array of breakfast choices including an omelette bar made to order! Wanda was the breakfast hostess and she was the most cheerful and positive person. She made sure every guest at breakfast was taken care of and off to a great start. Loved this hotel!!
There for a couple of Cubs games as were a bunch of people. Room was clean, large and very nice. Staff was amazing, one lady seemed to know everybody and their kids, she was also involved in cooking my awesome omelet (Black female). Will book again in 2020 when I come back to see the Cubs(love the ballpark). Only negative was it was hard to find at night, my nav system sent me to the apartments adjacent to the hotel. There is also plenty of shopping nearby if that's your thing.
Nice hotel. Breakfast seems to always be very busy. Would stay here again.
Excellent breakfast bar and cook/hostess! She made special food and welcomed people like we were her own guests.

They double charged my card,and as it goes,you can't get your money back for 2 or3 days,,,,,,but it comes out in seconds
I have stayed here on business travel to Cincinnati the last 3 years. There is no finer place. The wonderful people that work there are happy and genuinely seem to love their jobs. It is like staying with family. The hotel is clean decorated nicely and the beds are truly comfortable. Cannot say enough about the great experiences I've had at this establishment.
Great motel! Feels like you are staying at much fancier location. Rooms are nicely done! We had a 3 seat sofa with hideaway. Lived the beds. But the best part was the staff. They made it a joy to stay there!
I just recently stayed at the best western plus and it was marvelous... when you walk in it look so rich and up-scale... The front desk person when I checked in was not Knowledgeable about the best Westrin loyalty program but that s my only complaint everything else was great ... I also loved that it was right across from the kenwood shopping mall plus easy access to all sorts of restaurants /shopping and the highway ... I was pleased with my stay ... I will be back and highly recommend them
The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable beds. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was beyond any place we have stayed.
Great guest service! Wonderful free continental breakfast! My first room was absolutely wonderful! Came back 4 days later, a day wait to fly home & nice rooms, but room is not as big, beds not as comfortable, & the couch had big round spot of the leather gone on the seat cushion. They moved me to this one cause the one upstairs the couch was also comming apart! At least no holes, still usable just not aesthetically as nice!
Motel is nice, rooms were clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Motel is well located, convenient to interstate,
shopping, restaurants, etc. Would not hesitate to stay here again
We had an overall great experience! We used the conference room for a party and the staff was very friendly and accommodating--above average hospitality. The bed and comforters are the most comfortable I've had in any hotel. Minor glitches keep me from rating 5 stars, but for a hotel in this price range (often great discounts!) it is excellent.
Bed was hard, couch didn't have any support, was charged a $100 deposit because other people have smoked in their rooms when they weren't supposed to when I checked in that I was not told about before hand and the clerk's response was "when I went to New York last week, I was charged a $50 deposit, it's happening everywhere and in all hotels"
