The room had some unfix things (bathroom door, window curtain). Maintenance was fixing the door knob at 7 am and try to enter the room. Omelette was very good, but the glazed donuts tasted like old cooking oil. Expensive for what we got!
This hotel is in need of renovation and updating. The room was clean at first glance, but after staying there a bit it was clear that the room needed a more thorough clean. The refrigerator stopped working during our stay and we had to throw away all of the food we had stored in it. The breakfast was stale and minimal. The only ice machine was on the first floor.
Everything went smoothly until the next morning during breakfast we were approached by staff saying that there is a limit per room for breakfast it was 6 of us total and we purchased 2 rooms they went on saying we had to many people and embarrassed us all in front of other guests so we went back to our rooms and packed our stuff and checked out

Our AC went out at home and we needed a cool place to rest. We call BW and we were so pleased. Everything is clean and so accommodating. The room was a handicapped room and is the nicest as far as space. The roll in shower was great. Thanks for making a really bad day end with a cool restful night.

Over rated. Dark hallways. Old mattresses, mold in bathroom, noise of highway very noticeable, ripped leather couch, peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Elevator way slow. One ice machine down in lobby. Excersise room small and equipment broken.
Nice facility, nice clean rooms. The only thing I had a problem with was the cook and desk clerk totally ignored me when I went for breakfast. They were to involved talking about their private life.

The staff is really nice. I came I guess when people from Pittsburg were in town for a football game. Some of them were really creepy and I wanted to leave, but I was told they would be gone in the morning. The walls are pretty thin. The room next to me the guy was having sex and made the weirdest hybrid animal sounds like a cow mixed with a sheep. It sounded like mooooobaaaaa. The lighting is kind of poor for the room. There was exactly 2 forks, 2 spoons, a couple cups, a frying pan, sauce pan, pot, and a cutting knife for the kitchen. Had to buy some stuff at Marshall's to cook a simple meal. Great location though. The room was clean. The bed is pretty comfy. The brekkie in the morning was nothing special and not even really worth it. Worst donut ever. But friendly staff, hot shower, and decent bed I would come here again, just not when Pittsburg football people are in town.
Overall experience doesn't meet the price point, rate either needs to be sub $100 or things need to get fixed /cleaned up. It wasn't a horrible experience but wouldn't recommend for business travel.
Good location and facilities. You can get a suite with a separate bedroom and full kitchen for a third the price of a downtown hotel and the parking is free.
Great location and price was decent for the spacious suite we had. Noise from the bedroom and bathroom was not ideal. Internet was strong, but not working for an evening and morning of our stay, despite notifying staff twice. There was a working grill on the property and a semi-heated outdoor pool. The made-to-order omelet breakfast option was amazing. Staff was always professional and friendly.

Beware will overcharge your credit card. We have 3 extra charges on our card for a total of $401.02. there is no reason for any of these charges. They couldn't tell us why we where getting charged neither. Fishy if you ask me. Husband was stuck on 4th floor for over 24 hours because the elevator was broken and he was wheelchair bound. NOT A SAFE THING. Hotel is Clean and very large room. We won't go back because I am not being over charged again. We will find someplace else to stay that won't overcharge my card.

The wonderful staff make this hotel even better. This hotel is located in a safe part of town and I felt comfortable coming and going at night.
This hotel was perfect for a nice rest after a long day in Cincy. The hotel staff were wonderful. The room was clean and comfy. The made to order breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay again!

Do not allow smokers to stand right outside the front doors and smoke. They kept triggering the automatic doors to open and smoke enters the lobby and breakfast area. Enforce the Ohio law keeping the designated smoking area at least 20 feet from the door. I stayed there last week and every time I was in the front lobby / desk area people were smoking so it was not an isolated incident but an allowed practice.
Nothing really special at this place. I taught Based on the review that people posting on Google map it wouldn t be look cheap for $116 per night but unfortunately I was wrong . Room interior for Best Western at this location so old .

All employees were very friendly, helpful and very informative about the Cincinnati area we were staying at. Close to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants! The traffic is light and the access is so easy going in and out of the hotel. This hotel also has great rates and a great rewards program!

One of my best hotel stays. This place was much better than expected. We were in town just for one night to visit a friend, this place is close to the interstate and had large CLEAN rooms. The shower was one of the best I have ever used. They even made us omelets for breakfast. If you want a reasonably price clean hotel with a great free breakfast, this is the place! We will stay here again!

The Hannaford Bestwestern is in a very nice area , close to I71, very nice restrauants and shopping close by.
The facility is lovely , the rooms are spacious and well maintained. There is a very nice outdoor pool area. Breakfast was a treat , many items to choose from with the addition of made to order eggs. Very nicely done.

Had a great time staying at this hotel. We booked through an online provider Agoda and there was no proper credit card on file from them. So the desk clerk had to call. This took some time, but the clerk handled it well! Even went ahead and upgraded us since we had to wait. The breakfast was awesome! And the staff was great!
No faith in humanity. Stuck in Cincinnati due to the storm on my way back home to PA. Tried driving to a pet friendly hotel, but got stuck. Currently in my car with my dog and begged a best western (hotel about 100 feet from me) employee to allow me and my house trained 20 lb dog to stay in a room tonight. Would not make an exception for the no pets rule.
This is a lovely hidden gem. It is convenient to the highway and lots of restaurants. Clean and the breakfast is very nice. We have stayed here many times, as our daughter goes to the University of Cincinnati. I always check to see if there is availability here before I look anywhere else.
The room is large and has a kitchen. It s a pity to sleep only one night. The room has a kitchen + master bedroom. Staff service is friendly. The room is clean and the items are available. Breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30, rich in food, fruit, omelet, burger.
This is the nicest motel that we've stayed at in quite a while. The room was extra large and updated. The lobby was inviting and decorated nicely. The staff was very nice. We had a full breakfast that was even nicer than going out because the staff was so friendly. We highly recommend this place.

The staff was really nice and very welcoming. The only complaint I have is we had to keep getting room keys. Every time we needed in our room the key wouldn t work. We really enjoyed the free breakfast. The omelettes was really good.

We have stayed at this establishment in the last nine years many times. We have never had any problem here. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast has a good variety. Omlets are especially a good choice for people conscious about health options. Personnel have always been friendly. I am giving this place five stars because of the value you receive for the price.

The hotel is very fency, clean and comfortable. The employees are very kind and helpful. They have a excellent breakfast with Omelett buffet. Wanda was the lady that helped us to check in the evening and also was the one making omelette in the breakfast, she is so helpful and nice, the hotel management needs to recognize her for the excellent guest service provided, it was one of my best experience in the USA, thank you so much!
