We came to Myrtle Beach on Vacation and had originally booked a room at the Wave Rider resort, needless to say we weren't happy so we came to this hotel hoping to find a room. When we got here there were no rooms available. I was almost in tears because we had just traveled such a long way and I was ready to be settled. Raymond at the front desk was the sweetest and started our reservation for the following night when rooms would be available and also gave us some great recommendations on where to stay that night, which was right across the street and even got to keep my car in the parking garage for the time being. We have a lovely view of the ocean on the 12th floor, everyone else on the staff are super nice as well, rooms are clean, and the establishment is just so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back again!
